When country boys meet a city girl, everyone is in for a wild ride.
Studs in Spurs, Book 1
Slade Bower and Mustang Jackson are living the high life on the professional bull-riding circuit. The prize money is big, the bulls are rank and the women are willing. But something is missing.
For Slade, waking up in a different city with a different woman each morning is holding less and less appeal. … is holding less and less appeal. Even Mustang’s creative attempts to shake things up don’t help. Then along comes a big-city author who’s like nothing they’ve ever encountered. Something about her makes Slade sit up and take notice — and Mustang is always up for anything.
Romance writer Jenna Block has a problem — her agent thinks a cowboy book will jump-start her career. A born New Yorker, Jenna doesn’t do cowboys, not on paper, and definitely not in real life. Luckily for her there are two cowboys ready, willing and able to take her out of her comfort zone in every way that counts… and some ways she hadn’t counted on.

Thoroughly enjoyed!
I wanted to bop both of the characters upside their heads a couple of times when they seemed a bit dense in common sense then cheer when they did something insightful. But I guess that was a sign I was really getting into the lives of the character and the book at large.
Happy Reader!
It’s great to read a story where the author did their homework about bull riding! Thank you, Cat!! And I recognize a name or two!! I’m a huge PBR fan so this made the story even more exciting! Fun should be an option to choose about why I liked this book. It was just fun to read.
Great read

Loved It
Jenna was a romance writer who needed a new story line to sell books. Slade and Mustang were bull riders. They enjoyed their buckle bunnies but Slade was getting bored until he me Jenna. She was in Tulsa for a romance writers convention, they were their for a competition. They and talk the first night. Slade is hooked, but won’t admit …
This is a great story. I had a few good laughs along the way. Cant wait for the next one!
Quick little treat. Could have been developed more and made more dimensional. But I love me some cowboy romance!
MFM genre is a bit difficult to get a handle on sometimes, but in the story, they tried it singular and coupled and they found what works for them and its not what you think in a normal MFM. Surprise!
It was okay. Predictable.
