un·rav·el·ing verb to free from complication or difficulty She had it all figured out. Burned by love, Arden Graham thought she knew where her life was going. As an event planner at Rocky Shores Retirement home in Queens, she enjoyed her life. Bringing smiles to the faces of the elderly brought her joy. Giving them something to look forward to, gave her a sense of purpose. Being stalked was … purpose.
Being stalked was never in the game plan. Neither was having two bodyguards who liked to boss her around. With Arden in and out of the tabloids because of her charity work for her twin brother’s company, Boston and Dare think they have her figured out.
Falling in love wasn’t the plan.
Boston Falco and Dare Waters have been best friends for more than half their lives. The decision to share one woman came as easily as when they joined the SEALs. Receiving a call from two men on their former SEAL team to protect their little sister, came as a shock. The woman herself was the biggest contradiction they’d ever encountered.
With the help of their former technical analyst, John ‘Tex’ Keegan, the hunt for Arden’s stalker is on. The clock is ticking, twists keep coming, and soon or later something’s gotta give. With no idea who’s on the other end of the revealing pictures and veiled threats, the only question left is; will they be able to unravel Arden’s heart and open her up to love again once all is said and done?
Unraveling Love is the first book in International Bestselling Author KL Donn’s new ménage series, Damaged Love, publishing in Susan Stoker’s Special Forces: Operation Alpha World. This is a full length novel.

Created in the Susan Stoker’s Special Forces: Operation Alpha World, I had no doubt KL Donn’s book will again be another one I could not put down, and I was right!
The chemistry that Arden Graham, an event planner for a retirement home, share with Boston Falco and Dare Waters, two ex-Navy SEALS, were both fun and swoon-worthy to read. Even at the height of being pursued by a deadly stalker, the three of them were able to maintain a trust only three people with their kind of a relationship—yes, a menage—can share.
The fast-paced setting of KL Donn’s story was a boon for me—I was never bored all throughout the story. A plus for me was that the menage aspect was not cringe-worthy, and was tastefully done!
So to recap? I just One-Clicked Creed and Linc’s (Kennedy’s Redemption), Dane and Cooper’s (Emily’s Protectors), and Nate and Tyler’s (Keeley’s Fight) stories.
By the way, I have never tasted a Pierogi. I think I want to try baking it soon!
Unraveling Love by K.L. Donn was fantastic romantic suspense!
Arden Graham may come from money, but her passion is working as an event planner at a retirement community bringing joy to the elderly living there. She’s been burned by love and isn’t looking to do anything but enjoy her charity work. But when a stalker has other plans for her, Arden’s brothers decide she needs security with her at all times to keep her safe.
When best friends, former SEALS and business partners Boston Falco and Dare Waters are called in by their friends to guard their sister, their expecting to deal with a spoiled socialite. However, Arden is anything but what they expected and in the best of ways. She’s sweet and caring and they can’t help but to fall for her. Now, they just need to keep her safe and convince her to be a part of an unconventional trio.
With no real clue as to who is stalking Arden, it will take everything Dare and Boston have to unravel the clues and keep their girl safe . . . all while convincing her to give their love a chance.
Unraveling Love is definitely one of my favorite books by K.L. Donn. She created an amazing and suspenseful story that fit seamlessly into Susan Stoker’s Special Forces: Operation Alpha World. While fans of Susan Stoker will enjoy seeing Tex, they’ll also fall in love with Arden, Boston and Dare.
I really loved Arden’s character and her passion for working with the elderly, which is often a forgotten population. She was such an all around sweet and good person, it was hard to think why anyone would hate her enough to want to harm her. Dare and Boston are oh so alpha, yet are extremely considerate of Arden’s needs and feelings, even when protecting her. They know they can’t just shut her away in order to keep her safe, and instead provide her with the security she needs so she can blossom and thrive.
The suspense of who the stalker was and why was absolutely thrilling and kept me guessing for the entire book. Just when I would think I had it figured out, another clue would drop leading me in another direction. I honestly didn’t know who the stalker was until K.L. Donn wanted me too, and it was awesome! I’m thrilled to know that she has more books planned for this series. 5 stars!
Instalove, menage, and a completely over the top storyline – a combo that should’ve driven me crazy. Instead, it kept me turning pages to see what would happen next. Crazy is right – crazy good! Usually the instalove trope just leaves me rolling my eyes, and menage is a tough one to pull off under the best of circumstances, but KL Donn not only pulls it off, but she does it with an emotional depth that showcases all three of these terrific characters. As I mentioned, the storyline is way over the top, but it’s so exciting that I couldn’t help but get lost in these pages. We get it all in this action-packed, steamy romance. There’s intrigue, humor, and romance all wrapped up in two sexy as sexy gets alpha males and one lucky girl who is equal parts sassy and silly. And when these three come together, it’s nothing short of scorching hot. The whole thing is a great bit of escapism, and I can’t wait to see where this series goes from here.
The first book I ever read by KL Donn was Kennedy’s Redemption shortly after it came out a few years ago and I have been hooked ever since. When I tell you this book gave me so many emotions and reminders of those beginning books of hers in such a great way. I feel like fans of hers have been chomping at the bit to get more menage from her and boy does she deliver!
Arden Graham doesn’t know what to do with these two ruff and tumble men that are now her bodyguards, by her twin brothers instance (can’t wait for that book, just sayin), but boy does that not slow her down a bit. One thing I loved about this book and just generally something I love in general about KL Donn is her strong heroines. Arden was no exception. She pushed back against these overbearing, protective and possessive men.
Speaking of which Boston Falco and Dare Waters are hot. I mean they are seriously some hot, alpha men when have two missions. Protect Arden and make her theirs.
This book is a fantastic journey of these three people coming together in an explosive and very hot way, but also the background story of the retirement home where Arden works and the stalker(s) she has.
I adored Mrs. Donn’s return to menage romance. It was a fast paced, suspenseful love story that really gave me everything i have been longing for!
Dare and Boston where do I even start with how much I loved them. These 2 best friends have a great chemistry together and they really balance each other out. One thing I really liked about these two guys is that one was instantly into the girl and the other one it took a bit more time for her to grow on him. Another unexpected surprise with this story was that had a bit of mystery in it and I was waiting to see how it would end. Arden is the female lead character in the best way to describe her is having all kinds of personalities rolled up in one. I really love this storyline and really just everything about the book was a definite must read.
Dare and Boston! Yes, please! These two.have met their match with Arden, and what a match it is. This story has it all, two hot men, a fiesty damsel in distress, some stalkers and all the feels! This is a great story, with characters I would love to visit again. Definitely move this to the top of your TBR!
