I enjoyed this book
The first book I’ve read by this author and really enjoyed it. I’ll look for more of his books.
I thought enjoyed the story within the story.
This is the third book in a series and I really liked all of them. There is always a historical element in them, this one more than most. The historical parts are very well-done, realistic and obviously well-researched. The main characters are likeable. No explicit violence or sex, which I appreciate. Neither is necessary to tell a good story.
Good suspense story about realistic characters and what they dealt with during World War !!.
This was interesting but not what I had expected.
Very enjoyable read
Really sweet read! Good view of the French side of WWII
I liked this book! It is a clean read, yet still had multigeneration love stories, mystery and historical reminders of the many sacrifices in WWII, with the added bonus of gentle reminders of God.
Pulls you right in from the first.
enjoy most of Dan Walsh
Everything by Dan Walsh is excellent!
I enjoy WWII stories, and this was entertaining and informative.
Old fashioned love story. Sweet characters and great historical background.
I highly recommend all of Sam Walsh’s books
Although the story went back and forth between the different times and characters, it was easy to follow. I loved the character development. I liked and cared about them.
I recommend you read Unintended Consequences by Dan Walsh. I enjoyed this book very much.
Great WWII history as well!
