A heartfelt, powerful, standalone romance about mistakes, acceptance and forgiveness. There are certain things you just don’t do. Falling for your brother’s best friend is one of them. That isn’t the worst thing I’ve ever done, though. Not even close. Shame and guilt follow me everywhere. Except when I’m with him. With him, I can breathe again.Smile again. Love again. But he doesn’t know I’m … breathe again.
Smile again. Love again.
But he doesn’t know I’m unforgivable…
A note to readers: Each book in the Unexpected Love Series focuses on a different couple and while you might see characters from the other books within each story, they can all can be read as a standalone.

Unforgivable is my first Isabel Love book and what can I say? I absolutely loved it! Wes and Anna’s story is sweet, emotional, and completely captivating. Told in alternating points of view from the time they meet as children ages 14 and 12, to the present day as adults age 28 and 26. We follow Wes an Anna from the youthful innocence of first attraction to the heartbreak of unrequited feelings. From the guilt and devastation of poor choices with life-altering repercussions, through the struggles to conquer their own demons and start over.
This beautiful story deals with some sensitive issues with both insight and grace. It’s quite a long journey before Wes and Anna find their way back to each other, but I enjoyed every step of the way.
This is a story of acceptance and friendship.
Mistakes and consequences.
Brokenness and the pain of loss.
Obstacles and perseverance.
Forgiveness, faith, healing and second chances.
Renewed hope and enduring love.
It’s emotional, slow burn, friends to lovers – at its BEST.
* I voluntarily read an ARC and provided my honest review. *
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Anna and Wesley! Initially, I wasn’t sure how I felt about hearing Anna’s story. We meet her in Unconventional, not in the best of circumstances. However, after reading Unforgivable Isabel has been completely redeemed Anna in my eyes. There are two sides to every story and Isabel does a fantastic job of showing us that. I adore Anna and Wesley’s story, this is my favorite of her three books and I highly recommend you take this journey!
Choices and second chances. The journey of Anna and Wesley is about the choices you make in life and the consequences of those actions. It also focuses on redemption and forgiveness. Not only forgiving the ones you love the most, but forgiving yourself for making decisions you thought were right at the time you made them.
This was a slow burn that I totally did not expect, but loved even more because of it. The development of their relationship was honest and real. They start out as friends at an early age, but their true connection is felt through every turn of every page. I found myself teary eyed through much of their story. Isabel does a fantastic job of pulling you into their world, tugging on every heart string while holding your hand through the journey. These characters made my heart break multiple times, but kept putting me back together. Their story completely captured my heart!
This is the perfect combination of heart, sweetness, heat and intensity. There is sexiness in their story, but overall there was so much more to the development of their relationship. Anna is broken, but slowly trying to put herself back together. Wes understands and accepts her in a way that no one else can and Anna does the same for him. Wes is so protective of his Angel, he is so completely swoon worthy without even trying. Their journey is not an easy one, but that’s what makes their highs all the sweeter. Just thinking back on their story brings a tear to my eye and a smile on my face.
I can’t wait to see what Isabel comes up with next. The ink isn’t barely dry on Wesley and Anna’s story, but I’m so excited for what’s to come from Isabel.
This story covers some difficult subject matter, but I found it to be well written and beautifully performed by Teddy & Vanessa! Anna is a fierce character in the beginning who stands up for the boy who was thrown away by everyone else. I loved that aspect of the story! The friendship between Anna, John, and Wes represented everything good about standing up for others and being that person who literally saves a life in so many ways. I loved that aspect of the book! The love story is sweet and heartbreaking and beautiful and healing, all rolled into one. Both Anna and Wes are thrown into EXTREMELY difficult circumstances at a young age when they are not equipped to make the best decisions. Unfortunately, those decisions have lasting repercussions. My heart broke for them in their struggle. I’ll admit that in the 2nd book I formed a negative opinion about Anna. I didn’t like her based on Charlie’s experience. I knew that reading this book would give me the other side of the story, but I was blown away by Anna’s experience. I love how they eventually are able to heal and come together, but it was not predictable. I love how the community and family pull together, and how Anna and John’s parents stick by Wes. Narration was top notch and I would definitely recommend this series, and this book! Outstanding performances!
I loved this story! The character development was excellent and both the hero and heroine were full of heart. I was rooting for them so hard! The sexy parts were also . Definitely recommend!
A story with heart, hope and forgiving…5+stars!
Isabel Love has done it again with Unforgivable. Her emotion-filled stories have a way of gripping your heart until the end. It was hard for me to read about Wes and his heartbreaking childhood and the events that occur because of it. My heart broke for Anna but I loved the kindred spirit she has for Wes, and mostly the kindness she extends to him when they were kids. I love how their love grows into adulthood.
Unforgivable is a story that will stay with you long after you finish. Ms. Love pours a lot of heartaches, and hope in this romance, and you will devour it. I loved it and highly recommend this book for all fans of romance who love their romance with depth and emotion and a wonderfully satisfying ending. I received and voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.
Anna and Wesley both made choices while young and finding their way in life; choices with life long consequences.
Isabel Love touched on a hot button topic-so a heads up. But she did it in a way that was respectful and honest. Both characters had to learn about forgiving yourself and how to adapt when a choice alters your dreams and plans.
I loved both Anna and Wesley and from the beginning you know that they were made to be together. Their journey was touching and heartbreaking and I loved every minute of it.
I’ve read this story twice now, and all I can say is that I absolutely love it!! Such a beautiful story of love, loss, second-chances, and forgiveness.
After Unconventional, I wasn’t sure how Anna was going to be redeemed, but after reading her story…..she totally has. My heart absolutely breaks for the decision she made and how it affected her life. It completely broke her and shattered her world and didn’t know how to move on. But once Wes (….oh how I love him…) came back home, she finally had the missing piece of her soul that she needed. These two were so connected from the first moment they met, that you knew they belonged together. I just adored their friendship and how it turned into something more.
I was skeptical when I heard that Anna was going to get her own book, she was not my favorite person after reading Unconventional, but this book totally redeemed her. This is a story about love and mistakes, making your way through life and learning to forgive yourself. Wes endeared himself in my heart from chapter one. The path of his life along with Anna’s is filled with so many mistakes and bad choices that it’s hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel even as the reader.
Few highlights from my reading experience:
A glimpse at young Charlie, Max and Logan.
The letters between Wes and Anna, le sigh!
Anna is a book lover and the books mentioned are awesome!
My absolute favorite experience though was seeing scenes from Gods & Monsters by Saffron A. Kent and Priest by Sierra Simone and OMG that scene with Priest! HOT!!!
I am so glad that I discovered Isabel Love’s Books last year, she has become one of my faves and wrote my ultimate book boyfriend with Charlie, but y’all Wes is a close second as in almost side by side tied for first! Where Charlie was dirty, Wes is sweet. I definitely recommend reading and if you haven’t yet I think you should check out Untouchable and Unconventional also, oh and Gods & Monsters and Priest because you’ll want to read the rest of those after you get a sneak peek! Congrats Bella for writing yet another 5 star book!!! Who will be next? Tae? Or maybe Neil? I think Neil would make a pretty good book boyfriend 😉
“One day, I’ll be worthy of her. Until then I hope I see her in my dreams.” ~Wes
“Sometimes, I hate that he’s my brother’s best friend. I want him all to myself.” ~Anna
OH THE FEELS! They started right in the Prologue and just kept on going right through to the Epilogue! That Prologue delivered a serious punch to my gut and I just HAD to see the whole thing through. I love a good friends-to-lovers (and brother’s best friend) romance. The connection that Wes and Anna share was stronger than her high school sweetheart and her brother warning off Wes. It’s stronger than the mistakes that they made to get them to where they were. It was strong enough to withstand learning the secrets that had each kept buried for a decade.
This story is sweet, hot, intense, heart breaking, spirit uplifting and at times quite funny. Isabel Love has told a story with some controversial topics in a way that shows love and compassion along with the anger and anguish that goes along with them. I will have to say that this is my favorite of her books! I felt very real connection to the characters in this book from all sides, not just Wes and Anna. I think that everyone should read this book! But be warned…. you will probably fall in love with Wes. ( I know I have!!)
Unforgivable by Isabel Love. This was a first time read for me by this author. I really liked this book it was very interesting, and captivated my attention right from the start and held on tight until the very end. I wasn’t sure what to expect in this story as I jumped into reading it with no knowledge of what it would be about. Unforgivable is about a girl named Anna who falls for her brothers best friend named Wesley. Wesley is a bad boy an as he ages, He believes he is not worthy of love. Anna makes a lot of mistakes big enough to make her life change drastically throughout the book. Shame and guilt follow her everywhere, from the mistakes she has made. When she is with Wesley she feels like can breathe again, Smile again, and Love again. I liked how the story flowed and how it keeps you reading to find out what is going to happen next. I liked the POV between the characters it was entertaining and enjoyable.
This is my favorite book of 2018 so far. I was brought to tears 4 separate times while reading this which is unusual for me. I would give it 6 stars if I could.
Rumor has it (well, reviews have it) that we meet the hero and heroine in another of the author’s novels. However, this can be read as a standalone. I am not sure if reading the other book would’ve changed how I felt about these characters since I have not read it.
I absolutely love our hero, Wes! I think he is one of my favorite heroes of all time. He makes mistakes but his heart is always in the right place when making them. He is fiercely protective and loyal despite his beginnings in life. Our heroine, Anna, is young and makes mistakes that others her age would. She tries to handle her consequences how she feels she should even if others think she is wrong.
The telling of the relationship between Wes and Anna is amazing. The build up is what made these two my favorite couple. The supporting characters made the story that much better.
A heartrending tale of how youthful mistakes can have lasting consequences.
In my early days of reading, reviewing and blogging arc books I took a chance on a new author. Her name was Isabel Love. She wrote a book called Untouchable, that book blew me away. She then released another book called Unconventional, out of over 400 books I read last year that was in my top ten most favourite. So when I saw she was releasing Anna’s book (she feature’s only briefly in Unconventional but had a huge impact on Charlie’s life) I was hoping for another good read. Actually I was hoping for a book that would touch my heart in the same way that Unconventional had. I got everything I wanted and then some more. I got another top ten read, and maybe not just for the year but probably the decade.
Wesley was the new boy at school, fostered by an indifferent couple and the victim of bullies. Anna, and her brother John, rescued him from those bullies and thus begins a lifelong friendship. Puberty turns childish feelings into something more, but Wes believes he isn’t good enough for a girl like Anna and eventually she finds love in the arms of another. If you’ve read Unconventional you will know what happened between Charlie and Anna, how a rash decision of a naive teenager changed both their lives. (Don’t worry, you find it all out in this book too, so it can be read as a standalone.) You will know how their love not only came to a crashing end, but made Charlie hate Anna almost as much as Anna hated herself. At the same time Wes makes his own foolish choices, which also have severe consequences.
Eventually Wes and Anna find their way back to each other, but both are so broken by their pasts will they ever be able to find their future?
Quinn’s self loathing and deep hurt in Unconventional made me cry. However in Unforgivable we have TWO damaged and hurting characters. BOTH Anna and Wes made me cry, great huge ugly tears of the very best kind. They tore my heart from my chest, squeezed it, pummelled it, slapped it around and then stuffed it back in, leaving it feeling bruised and vulnerable. Yet they also filled it with great joy and hope.
The scenes from their teenage years were so packed with emotion. There was Anna’s desperation and longing for Wes to notice her and love her. There was Wes with all his pent up feelings for Anna and his deep sense of lacking any worth. I also totally believed in their connection, their feelings and their love. There was the clear love that Anna’s parents had for Wes, not that he could ever see it.
And the unfairness of so much of what happens, that left me wanting to stamp my feet and demand justice for a fictional character, but a character who so wove his way into my heart that he felt real. Then we get the ‘later’ scenes, when Anna is living in a deep hole of self-loathing and recrimination. Where Wes despairs that his life will ever hold anything good or joyous. Anna and Wes are such wonderful characters that you are desperate for them to have a HEA, though life (or should I say the author!) doesn’t want to make things too easy. This book repeatedly broke me and then remade me, it was quite simply an amazing read.
There wasn’t a single page of this that I was tempted to skim. I devoured every individual page, sentence, word and letter. I just wished I hadn’t started reading it at 10 pm, as in the early hours I had to force myself to put it down and get some sleep. Not that sleep was ready to come with Anna, Wes and their battles spinning around in my head.
For quite a long story (between 4 and 5 hours to read) there are only a few ‘bedroom scenes’. They are pretty steamy but very much an integral part of the story, both feeling a very natural part of it, as well as enhancing it.
This is such a wonderful book I don’t want to limit my recommendation to one group or type of reader. It is so good I would recommend it to everyone, this author is one of the few whose books I will automatically one-click, no questions asked.
A delicious slow burn, Unforgivable is a wonderful story of love and loss, friendship and second chances. Beautifully written, the story of Wes and Anna and their enduring love tugged at my heart strings. I love the way the book begins with the younger years, as we get to see their friendship flourish and grow. I adored Anna’s family. They are hugely important to the story and their acceptance of Wes and the way they treat him as one of their own is so heartwarming. Once a feisty young girl, as she becomes an adult Anna’s decisions and regrets almost break her. Wes is fighting his own battles and suffers the consequences of the bad decisions he makes in the harshest of ways.
Amazing writing by this talented author had me feeling so many emotions, from the warm and fuzzies, to such sadness that it had me reaching for the tissues. I had so much sympathy for both these characters and their struggles were real and relatable. I was desperately hoping that, despite the mistakes they made and the secrets they kept, the connection between Anna and Wes would remain unbreakable, that they would forgive themselves and find the happiness they truly deserved.
Sweet, funny, and sexy, there are so many things to love and enjoy about this book. It is not only heartbreaking and emotional but also filled with love, strength and hope, a promise that there is light at the end of the tunnel.
I loved Unforgivable, a contemporary romance novel by Isabel Love. The story is about a young woman named Anna Bellamy and a young man named Wesley Scott. It is written in their alternating points of view, and follows the pair from the time that they first meet when Anna is 12 years old and in the 6th grade and Wesley is 14 years old and in the 8th grade, until Anna is 26 years old and Wesley is 28 years old. When Anna meets Wesley we learn that he is a foster child who has just moved in with a new foster family, the fourth that year; (Wes’ mother died when he was very young and he has never known his father). Wes is starting at another new school and he is being bullied by three students because they’ve noticed that he doesn’t have a jacket on a cold day, and he has holes in his shoes, and Anna suddenly steps up to try to defend him. Despite Anna’s presence these boys continue to bully Wesley until he finally snaps and punches the most obnoxious bully, Graham, in the nose. The three bullies then surround Wes and begin to punch Wes in the stomach and nose causing him to fall to the ground. Anna goes and gets her 14 year old brother, John, who is much bigger than the bullies, and they all scatter away from Wes. Anna and John end up inviting Wes over to their house after school, and over time John and Wes become best friends, and Anna and Wes develop crushes on one another. Wes has been going to Anna and John’s house every day after school where he does his homework and eats dinner every evening, and Mr. and Mrs. Bellamy treat Wes as if he was one of their own children. The Bellamy family soon becomes the only family that Wes has really ever had.
After a couple of years go by, Wes and Anna are now both in high school. Although Wes thinks of Anna as his angel, and would give anything to kiss her, he doesn’t believe that he is good enough for Anna, even though Anna really wants Wes to kiss her, too. One day Wes and Anna almost kiss, but the moment is ruined when John interrupts them. Because Wes now knows that Anna has feelings for him, too, and because he still doesn’t believe that he is good enough for her, he comes up with a plan to kiss the best friend of John’s girlfriend, because John has already told Wes that she has a crush on him, and she wants Wes to take her to the prom. Wes decides to kiss this girl at a time when he can see that Anna is watching them, since Wes hopes that this will cause Anna to no longer be interested in him. Anna sees Wes kiss this girl, which is really hurtful to Anna, causing her to think that Wes isn’t really interested in her except as a friend. Anna then starts dating a boy named Charlie, who is in Anna’s grade, and has shown a definite interest in her romantically. Over time Anna and Charlie’s relationship becomes quite serious, and they even talk of having a family together one day when they are older. Their dream of a future together never comes true though. Anna makes a mistake that she believes is unforgivable. The story continues with more emotional twists and turns that had my stomach in knots, but I don’t want to give anything else away. Just trust me that this is a wonderful story that you will want to continue until the end. It is worth the journey, and it is definitely Isabel Loves’ best book yet. I cannot wait until I get to read her next book!
Oh how I loved this one Isabel Love! I read Unforgivable and couldn’t wait to read more about Wes & Anna!
This book is definitely heavier than the previous two and so well written! It’s also full of tons of feels! I loved Anna and Wes
Such a sweet friendship…gah Wes, he’s such a sweetheart! I’ll take one of him lol
Anna brought out so many emotions for me…I wanted to wrap her in a hug and tell her it will be ok. Her friendship with Wes felt so important in this story! Definitely an unbreakable bond…
If you’re looking for a well written friends to lovers story, not Insta-love but a book about building love, pick up this authors books! Unforgivable was amazing!!!! Loved the epilogue Definitely recommend
Wes is perfect in every way!!! I’ve falling head over heels in love with both Wes and Anna!!! You have me turning pages way into the night, I just can’t put it down. So much love and emotion <3 A story of undying love, Yes!! that's what this book is. A boy from a dismal background, unloved and shuffled around in foster care finds a girls and her family that truly care and support him. Wes will do anything to protect Anna, even if it costs him his freedom and his one true love. Anna has to move on and finally finds a new love. They think it's forever but it's not. Years pass... How will Wes and Anna find their way back to each other? Can Wes survive without her? This incredibly emotional ride will tear your heart out, mend you, and leave you reeling with emotions! I loved these two characters so hard. Wes with his alpha maleness and tender heart and Anna with her gentle way and her tortured soul. Their chemistry together make the sexy scenes hot and real. You will instantly be drawn in and I don't believe this is a book that can easily be forgotten. Beautifully written, Isabel Love has mastered the art of writing one of the best books I've read in a long time!!
Our story isn’t simple. Our past is riddled with pain and mistakes. But it brought us to each other.
This book shattered my heart into thousands of pieces and put them back together. Isabel Love wrote a beautiful and captivating story about mistakes and finding forgiveness; not only from others but also in oneself for the mistakes one has made. The emotions felt realistic, making it easy to connect with the characters. Isabel did an exceptional job at capturing all the feelings, and bringing the reader into Anna and Wesley’s story. I loved their story. Anna is such a strong character. She’s living with the consequences of the mistake she made, even leaving her broken in some ways. What she’s dealing with isn’t easy. It requires a certain amount of strength. The way Wesley accepted and loved Anna the way she is made him lovable. He also had secrets and things he regretted of doing. I adored Wes. There were some things that set him aside from all other romance heroes. I love how Isabel writes her heroes, as well as her heroines.
This is an interconnected standalone with characters from Unconventional. I loved that there was a scene that I felt was missing in Unconventional, one important thing that need to happen. I enjoyed Anna’s and Wesley’s journey. The slow-burn made the story better, sweeter. I’m not sure if I would love it as much as I did, if things happen more quicker.
One mistake doesn’t define who you are.
There’s two side of a story and Unforgivable shows exactly that you shouldn’t believe what you think you know. I read all of Isabel’s books and Unconventional is my favorite. I judged Anna. I didn’t specifically want her story, yet Isabel gave it to her readers and I didn’t think she could be redeem… I was wrong.
Anna & Wesley’s story is not what I expected. Not at all. I couldn’t imagine how tangled their relation was and how well they knew each other when I first met them in Unconventional. I couldn’t imagine for one bit Charlie was just the type of the iceberg in an already complex and captivating story.
If you want to read Unforgivable as a stand alone, I would say go for it. There’s a tale behind this book but you don’t have to know it in order to appreciate Anna & Wes.
I loved how the author gave us a detailed story from how they met to how they finally get together. From friends to lovers with so many ties in between, Anna & Wes were meant to be together but unfortunately life and unfortunate decisions got in the way multiple times.
The first two books written by Isabel Love showed us she can set our kindle on fire. With Unforgivable she shows us how beautiful and sweet her prose can be when you let your heart speak.
Because yes, Wes & Anna together comes from the heart, it comes from a place where nothing is perfect and everything is a battle. I felt so many emotions while reading and I often thought how it was unfair to fight so much for a piece of happiness. These two should have been together long before they actually did but protectiveness and awareness prevent it. Guilt and shame were stronger than feelings. I wanted to set Anna’s free so many times because she thought she had to keep her secret for so long and she couldn’t see how much support she could have had all along. Parts of this story are sad. It raises questions, it approaches subject I don’t see often in books.
The end was surprising. I don’t want to say more. The end put me a smile on my face and it gave me the closure I needed. So Isabel, thank you
An outstanding and unputdownable must read romance that’ll shake you to the core…
My goodness, where do I begin? I’m a little lost for words with this one. I mean, I feel like I’m alway left at a loss for words with this author. But Unforgivable, maaaaaan, this story got me in every possible place.
There’s a select group of authors that always manage to surprise me. Each one of their stories brings something new to the table and just completely overtake anything else surrounding me. Ms. Love is one of those. There is no question that she has talent and her writing is unquestionably outstanding. She is simple in delivering her heart-wrenching and consuming stories. Her characters are empathiseable and loveable, even when you don’t feel like you will endear to them. Her words are carefully crafted and meticulously chosen to draw you in and give you pause. And in this book, she has achieved all those things and so much more.
Unforgivable was impossible to put down. Even when the story got bleak and broke my heart, I just couldn’t stray from it not even for a second. I’d be lying if I said there were times that I didn’t struggle, because I did. In a completely good way. I didn’t just empathise with the characters, but I felt like I lived their story with them. I felt like I was in their shoes. I felt like I was a part of them.
When I went into this book I was already familiar with the elephant in the room. I already knew Anna’s sin and I never in a million years thought that i could grow to understand or love her. I thought that the most that I would feel was pity. I was wrong. I fell in love her at the very beginning. I fell in love with her courage and her heart, and when I saw her struggle through her eyes…I felt ashamed for having loathed her so much in Unconventional. From just that little snapshot I got of her that didn’t really show her for who she was. I had judged her before I even knew her reasoning or her heart, and I am so sorry for it. And actually in this book I found myself almost shouting at Charlie (Unconventional) for his attitude and his hate.
I feel that the topics in this book are darker than what I’ve grown accustomed to from Isabel. I can’t fault her followthrough or even the brutality in which she picks apart every little fibre in the fabric of those issues. For me it’s what made this book so great. The honesty and the rawness of it made it something extraordinary. You know, people make wrong decisions for the right reasons. People make mistakes and live to regret them. But for me what stood out was that as much as I wanted to berate her for her choices, as much as I wanted to shame her…I couldn’t. I couldn’t because at the heart of the matter and at the cost of my morals I could understand her reasoning. There were times that I had to question myself and who I was because I had never thought that I could sympathise with something of that nature.
As a friends to lovers and as a brother’s best friend romance, this book ticks all the boxes, however it is original and punchy. It is different to every other book I’ve read within those tropes. This isn’t your usual romantic comedy that has those storylines. It is the farthest thing from a Rom Com. Yet, there are moments of unadulterated humour and moments of pure swoon that balance out the darkness. I can’t praise this book enough.
Unforgivable is unputdownable, it is risky and it is harsh. Its ability to make you second guess yourself is unnerving and the way in which it disarms you of all your preconceptions is awing. For me, this book is one of the best I have read this year, and I just know that it’ll be in my top handful for 2018. This is that book that you can’t not read.
How on earth is Unforgivable only Isabel Love’s third book cause damn she knocked it out of the park. I was introduced to Anna and Wes in Unconventional but Unforgivable can easily be read as a standalone.
I really appreciate Isabel Love for switching it up this time around. Whereas her two previous books were very sexy Unforgivable is a delicious slow burn romance with well developed characters and sensitive topics.
While reading I could easily feel how much this story means to the author. Her attention and care for her characters and important topics shows and most importantly it feels. Through her words. I hurt, swooned and cheered along with Anna and Wes thanks to her strong and flawless prose.
Anna and Wes. These two flawed characters captured my heart immediately. I love how this story is constructed cause it’s the reason why I connected so strongly with Anna and Wes as I did. Their friendship is one of kind, extraordinary and sweet. Wes is swoon worthy in every sense of the word. Wow how I love this man. His devotion and love for Anna blew me away numerous times. His determination to reach his goals in life is awe inspiring. Anna made my heart break because of the shame and guilt she felt for certain choices she made. Her and Wes’ fight back towards forgiveness and acceptance was definitely a highlight.
Their road towards a relationship as lovers is long filled with mistakes and losses but it’s also a road where they are each other’s confidants and loyal support. They help each other out in a way not even Anna’s brother or parents can. Their bond is truly unique thanks to their shared history since they were twelve and fourteen years old.
The secondary characters are fabulous. I love Anna’s brother John and their parents. They play a crucial part in Wes’ life and become a family to him. Also Anna’s friends Christy and Desirae add some laughs to the story which I enjoyed.
The epilogue was spot on and gave the characters the closure they deserved. I couldn’t be happier. I expected Unforgivable to be an angsty slow burn romance and it most definitely was and again it was so much more. Unforgivable is the perfect childhood friends to lovers with an emotional storyline. It hit the mark for me big time. Isabel Love’s third book is a homerun.
