A great conclusions to Evan and Ginger and Mitchell and Makayla’s story. While planning a double wedding Evan is still trying to find Ginger’s stalker. Loved the storyline and the characters. I finally got to read when Nathan and Vanessa met. Each series is just as addicting as the last. Love how these guys are protective Alphas. This was an emotional romance with suspense. Really loved the two bonus chapters it was very hot. I don’t want this series to end. Can’t wait to read Thomas and Cat’s story. Also can’t wait for Sam’s story to come out.
What can I tell you about Unexpected Guest without giving away the plot? Not much! This is the third installment in the Riverton Crossing series and you cannot read this book without reading books one and two. Each book has a story that stands alone but there is an inter-connected storyline that travels through the series that if you have not read the previous books, you will be lost in my opinion. At this point in the series we are in the planning stages for Evan and Ginger’s wedding as well as Mak and Mitch’s wedding. The story will be told from multiple character POV because now Evan has hired Nathan as his deputy and he has a lot on his mind! He’s trying to track down Ginger’s stalker before the wedding and trying to understand what is going on with the town librarian and her husband. I don’t want to give away any more or your reading experience will be ruined. This series is romantic suspense and if that is what you enjoy then you must begin with Unwelcomed Greeting. The books don’t end with a cliffhanger, more like a HFN.
I like that this book is combined, having both of the couples covered in one book is awesome since their stories interconnect so much with the wedding quickly approaching. There is still the problem of Ginger’s stalker. Evan has convinced a few of his friends to move into town not only to help with the stalker but to finish off the things going on in town. Still loads of truths to unravel and we see the beginning of something for Nathan. I love this author’s style and while these are not standalone reads I am enjoying how the books are playing out. This is an awesome series I highly recommend.
Up to this point I have read all of the Riverton Crossing novels and I just can’t get enough. All the elements that I have come to expect from this author were there, Alpha males, demure women, mystery and suspense. However, this one came with some emotional parts as well. More than once I caught myself tearing up and I was pleasantly surprised at this evolution in this series. The emotional edge in this story took what I had expected from this author and added an new layer that made me want to continue reading even more. I was playing the “who done it” game with myself through the whole book just like I did with the other two, but this one has an unexpected twist at the end. Love love love it! Can’t wait to read #4
I don’t know how Savannah does it! I didn’t think this could be better then the first two, but I love FLOVE this story. It has the right amount of sweet and sexy, ormally I am not a fan of the POV changing and in this story there is four POV, so it surprised when I didn’t even notice the change! I take me hat off to you Savannah, this was an amazing story. You get to see it from Mak and Mitchell’s side without missing anything from Ginger and Evan’s.
They are busy with all kinds of plans for the Ranch and the baby and weddings! You won’t see the plot twists coming, and you won’t be able to flip the pages fast enough.
