Unexpected Fall was the third book in Kaylee’s Unexpected Arrivals. They don’t necessarily need to be read in order but would make more sense if you did. It was a little far fetched for me but it was still full of angst, sweet, and sexy!

I’ve read books by this author before and they are fantastic. I really like this authors writing style and this book is beautifully written.

I really enjoyed this book and I really like this authors writing style she always gets it spot on. This book series is turning out to be one of the best that I’ve ever read.
This book tells the story of Mark and Dawn and what they go through which by the way is alot a very lot. Some unexpected things throw up in life.
Mark is a lovely, genuine, sweet, sexy guy he loves Dawn so passionately and they both have such a strong connection between them and it’s something that you want too in your life.
Dawn has been through so much that my heart was breaking for her. She is a very strong and brave woman and I was totally rooting for her and Mark. They have amazing people around them for love and support, the love these two have between them is beautiful.

This story has love, friendship, heartbreak and hope and you feel like you go through everything with them. We are re-introduced to characters from previous books to a few familiar characters popping in which was great to see, I always like to catch up.
This book will have your emotions on a rollercoaster all through the story so get the tissues ready when you read this book because it’s heart breaking and all consuming loving at the same time. This story line was fantastic and throws out a few things that I wasn’t expecting. This book holds your attention completely and totally hooks you in, it’s quite powerful to read.
This author writes the characters fantastic and I can’t wait to read book 4 in the series and I will be highly recommending this book to everyone, it’s awesome, and I also recommend that you read the other books in the series because they are unmissable. This book series is one of the best that I’ve ever read.

Oh My Goodness what a beautiful love story (even if they have trouble saying it). I love these characters just as much as the previous in this series and I love that the author included them in this book too. This group of friends is more family than most blood relatives. This certainly feels like a continuation of the first two books. Lots of feelings and love (steam) but get out the hankies because this is a real tear-jerker. Loved it!!
Dawn and Mark’s story was one that I wanted to read. I love how neither one knows how the other truly feels. When life messes with their lives you really see the true strength of their character. I love this series and how all of the stories just feed into the next one. This is one series and author that I will continue to read over and over again.
WOW! I loved this book and I laughed and cried at the same time. From all of boys from Beckett Construction Ridge was my favourite one, but now he has serious competition with Mark. Congratulations for this great great book and looking forward to Seths’s and his mystery girl story.

I have loved reading about this group of friends and this book was awesome. Dawn and Mark have danced around each other and forged a relationship that works for them but have never defined it. Just when Dawn works up the courage to talk to Mark tragedy strikes. When Dawn crumbles Mark is there for her.

This series deserves so much more than 5 stars. The first book left me with a sense that love can conquer over tragedy. The second book had me wiping quiet tears from my cheeks with a heart warming tale of overcoming obstacles. Than this third book in the series had me needing an entire box of Kleenex – I am talking UGLY crying, hiccups and sobs. What Dawn had to go through and the way Mark picked her up time after time was so beautifully written. Love can be devastating and love can be heartwarming and with each turn of the page the emotional roller coaster the reader travels on is a journey worth taking. I love, love, loved this book!!
I was so nervous going into this book. I was obsessed with the first one but the last one just missed the mark for me. And I know if i like it the chances are I will end up ugly crying while my husband looks at me like I’m crazy for a second before he wanders off to get me a cup of tea or glass of wine before hiding so I can’t try to explain the whole story to him.
But it’s Kendall Ryan so I had to read it and I am so glad I did. From the first page I was so involved in the story. Mark and Dawn were so gorgeous together and both were in so deep but both were looking for the right moment to have “The Chat”. But of course life happened and that became the least of their problems, while leaving them both unsure exactly where they were standing with the other.
So much happened in such a short period of time to throw them both on their heads. And for a while I thought Dawn was going to be monumentally stupid. But Mark was so strong and understanding and made me feel guilty for thinking badly of (and wanting to slap) Dawn.
Catching up with the crew is always great. And I am really excited for Seth’s story and his mystery lady. And seeing who’s going to be the next one to add to the sexy, tattooed men holding babies club.
This family by choice group of the Beckett Construction Crew just keep stealing my heart. We all seem to have hard times but when life decides to knock Dawn on her butt Mark steps up and shows her just how great these hot tatted up boys can be. The Unexpected series has been amazing so far, Mark and Dawn’s story did not disappoint. Emotions ran extremely high in Unexpected Fall and I couldn’t put it down. Can’t wait to see the rest of the boys get their happily ever after!
This was an emotionally charged read for me. I felt everything the characters felt, from the pain due to the loss that Dawn went through. I felt the anger and hatred she felt towards her sister. This book hit close to home on that front, as I raise my niece. The difference being in the story the sister is dead where my sister isn’t but she might as well be for all she cares and shows.
This is my favorite story Kaylee has written by a long shot. I am not sure I have ever connected like I did with this story. My heart broke for Daisy as if she was my niece/child. It brought back so many feelings I felt when I took custody of my niece. Mark was amazing, never giving up no matter how hard Dawn pushed, he was there even if Dawn didn’t know it. He showed he was in for the long hall. The way he took to Daisy was awe inspiring it made my heart flutter.
This book is so good. I would highly recommend having tissues handy because the tears were flowing while reading this one. I could feel the emotions roll off the characters. Mark is definitely going on my top book boyfriend list. That man will make you swoon like no other. He is fantasy man material. The way he is there for Dawn just warmed my heart. Then reading about him interacting and taking care of Daisy, the ovaries exploded. One scene that really stood out to me through out the book is the Christmas scene. It’s heartbreaking, but so beautiful at the same time. I would highly recommend reading this one. You’ll have a hard time putting it down like I did.

Dawn and Marcus are friends and are seeing each other unofficially. Before they can become official, roadblocks are put up in their way and suddenly one of their lives goes off the rails and it derails their becoming an official couple. There is heartbreak, pain, despair…Dawn and Marcus drift from a beautiful beginning of a relationship into a tattered ending of one but the story shows the resilience of the love they have and the ways one fought for the other. Without giving anything away in this story, I love Marcus!!!! I can’t wait for book 4 in this series.

I could not put this book down till I was done reading it. I loved this book!! The characters Dawn and Mark, were made for each other.
Dawn and Mark are a couple. Things are not serious yet, but Dawn wants to have “The Talk” with Mark to see where things stand with them. Dawn is hoping that Mark feels the same way she does. Then tragedy strikes and things take a whole new turn.
Dawn is putting off having that talk with Mark when tragedy strikes again. That’s when Dawns life is turned upside down. Mark is such a good man to Dawn but she can’t see that. Dawn sends Mark on his way, out of her life. Mark is not giving up so easily. He has a few tricks up his sleeve. Mark is going to make Dawn his. Can Dawn get past all of the sadness that has happened in her life to let Mark in? Can Mark realize his Unexpected Fall?
Kaylee Ryans writing has the words jumping off the pages. I felt every emotion that Dawn felt. I laughed and I cried right along with them. I loved this book from start to finish. I highly recommend this book.

I had no clue what an emotional rollercoaster this book would be at all! Talk about rip my heart out! All the ugly tears I shed and the mountain of tissues I’d buried myself under was completely worth it and I’d do it again in a heartbeat. Dawn and Mark’s story was beautiful and I couldn’t have wished for anything better.
Kaylee Ryan’s books always hit me straight in the heart. She has a way with words and with the characters she creates. I feel like I waited decades for the follow up to Unexpected Reality and then this year I get two! It’s like there was a clog and we get two stories popped out in 2019! Unexpected Fall is an absolute treat!! One I would have happily waited for but let’s not tell the author, I’d love for these stories to keep coming!! So Mark is THE book boyfriend! He was so incredible and giving! His heart was bigger than Texas! The best thing about the series is the heart… the love for family and friends is something I can feel. It’s something that Kaylee Ryan puts in all her books and I just love that.
Dawn is a wonderful heroine! She was just so deserving of a man like Mark. Dawn is seriously smitten, and really, no woman has a chance when Mark sets his eyes on you! Ryan’s book just settles into your heart getting cozy. And this one brings the tears. I fought them but man, Dawn kept getting hit after hit and Mark was beside her the entire time. With a story and characters like this, you just can’t go wrong. Kaylee Ryan writes one of her most emotional stories yet! Grab the tissues before you start this one.
