Kaden Hansen was my whole world. I fell head over heels. And then he cheated on me.Or so I thought. I’m pretty sure, okay?Anyway, I ran away and refused to talk to him again. But what if I was wrong?I don’t trust men.My ex cheated on me with my cousin. In our bed.And Kaden, my boyfriend, well…I think he cheated on me, too.Confidence is a fragile thing, and mine is already shattered. So I flew back … bed.
And Kaden, my boyfriend, well…I think he cheated on me, too.
Confidence is a fragile thing, and mine is already shattered. So I flew back to Chicago, putting distance between us before Kaden could hurt me more.
I’ve sworn off men for good, focusing on my work and waiting for the pain to fade.
I’m over Kaden. Really, I swear. I don’t love him anymore.
It’s over.
Only a miracle could throw us back together at this point… and who believes in those, right?
* Standalone novella – best read after Caveman *

I loved Hailey and Kaden’s story! Jo really packed a punch in this short story. We got to learn so much about the characters and their past while watching them rebuild their future. It was an amazing story of two miserable people realizing they’d be less miserable if they got back together. There is a good moral to this story too, never just assume, always let the other person explain <3
Kaden and Hailey are a second chance story Jo Raven style ! Hailey has major trust issues that stems from her neglectful parents that passed her around treating her as though her existent was an inconvenience to their dating lives and her cheating ex who thought that her cousin would be a fine way get his kicks on the side. Needless to say her heart is guarded so when she had found strange texts and pics on Kadens phone from another woman she wasn’t sticking around for the fallout. Kaden is a closed and guarded man. After a crushing and embarssing childhood scandal he lives his life very guarded and kept Haliey at arms length. When she initially confronted him he was affronted and closed off and let her get away and now he’s paying the price but is too prideful to admit that he was wrong. Now his self destructive ways just might be the death of him. When an accident brings them back together and Kaden cannot remember that he and Haliey aren’t together anymore their old chemistry and passions resurface and are too much to ignore. But memory loss isn’t permanent and problems don’t stay buried forever.
Was so happy Kaden and Hailey got their own book, for a short read it was written perfectly, loved how the prequel Troublemaker was added. Undone is a great read.
5 Stars to Undone by Jo Raven.
Kaden and Hailey…….
Another fantastic book from Jo Raven! This author has always given me an amazing story; never doing wrong in my experience with her writing. When Jo Raven releases a new book, I stop whatever I’m doing to devour it!
Undone is technically the sequel to Cavemen. However it can definitely be read as a standalone because when Kaden and Hailey’s story ended there is was a HEA. Little did we know that there was trouble after Jo wrote ‘The End.’
This books opens in darkness and sadness. Kaden and Hailey are not a couple any longer. For reasons you will learn as you read, she accuses him of cheating then leaves.
Both Kaden and Hailey are devastated by the breakup. Especially Kaden, as he is clueless as to why Hailey would accuse him. Kaden is also angry, not to mention he has also been distracted and takes on a dark persona.
Something happens that brings Hailey back to Kaden. This is just temporary and she doesn’t intend to stay however she will eventually realize that she should never have left. Hailey should have stayed and worked through her problems. Running away did not solve a thing.
Will Kaden and Hailey find their way back together? Or is it too late to ‘talk.’
This book is short but still packs a punch regardless. I felt Undone was somewhat dark and sad. Kaden and Hailey loved each other but their communication skills could use some work. No matter their faults, I couldn’t help but love them and watching them work through their problems only endeared them to me more. I wished this book were longer.
I really, really loved this book! If you haven’t read Caveman yet, you should grab that too and read it first. You don’t have to but you will appreciate Kaden and Hailey’s situation much more if you do.
This is my honest and unbiased review.
HOT…PAGE TURNER…..DIDN’T WANT THIS TO END.
I loved this book, i could totally get lost in this and happily never come out. Jo knows how to completely captivate you with her writing. This is one of my ALL TIME FAVE SERIES!!
A short novella read that you will read in no time 🙂 I would suggest reading Caveman first but it’s not really necessary.
Honestly, any book from Jo Raven is worth the read!
A second chance romance story of two people having trust issues and letting their emotions lead the way and that’s not always a good thing. But they’ll both find a way and the chance to make things right; it’ll come at the right time, right place…
But if they get a HEA? You’ll have to read the story to find out 🙂
