Undo Me is the third book in the Good Ol’ Boys series and is the story that i was really anxious to read. while reading the first and second books in the series you are introduced to the one and only Dylan “Fuckin” McGraw, and it was this character that i fell in love with. he was the strong one and the one that looked after everyone else, but yet was a total manwhore to boot. that is why when he fell for Aubrey he fell hard. their love story was not an easy one. they went through more together than what one would every dream of.
Robinson didn’t hold back the punched in this installment. in fact in true Robinson form she ripped your heart out and smiled while you were laying there crying. then she was there to pat your head saying that everything was going to be ok when she gave you the HEA that you were wanting
Ok this is one of my favorite books ever. It’s added to my must read list for one holy emotional, heart ripped apart, wine guzzling story. I don’t even have the words for Dylan and Aubrey’s ride. I didn’t sleep because my brain wouldn’t shut off about this book. Just read it but be prepared to never be the same after reading. It’s so darn good.
Undo Me is the third book in the series and if you haven’t read the first two before picking up this book then this needs to be rectified. The first two books were brilliant and amazing 5* reads for me and I didn’t think it was possible but in my opinion the author just turned the notch a little and this book I’d class as one of my ‘epic’ reads.
I love how the author is writing this series. Each book highlights a couples story and we get both POVs throughout and each book takes us from the present and tells the story of their past. This book was emotional overload…. it is an amazing read. I felt every emotion under the sun whilst reading this and well Dylan McGraw…. you just may have become my number one book boyfriend.
So Angsty!
I loved this story and looked forward to bedtime to get lost in the characters lives
Well you couldn’t say this book wasn’t a roller coaster, this had absolutely everything in this book the story was of tragedy and lost love i don’t know how many times a book can break your heart.
As we had already met Aubrey and Dylan in the previous books and you sort of new they had a turbulent love story it was good to see what had actually happened and geez i was not prepared at all. I couldn’t believe what happens to Aubrey and how the whole story pans out.
This book had so many twists and turns and i did not see them coming and there was shock after shock, even though there were times i wanted to yell at both Dylan and Aubrey but for the heartbreak and events that happen to these two i could see how they ended up the way they did.
If you’re looking for an amazing series and books that have such a different story then this is the series for you, loving M Robinson’s story’s and writing and excited to get to Austin’s story.
A-maz-ing!
4.5 stars
This broke me, put me together, then broke me again. What a roller-coaster of emotions.
I love story’s of first loves, the bad boy who completely sweeps the good girl of her feet kind of romance. I was immediately sucked into Dylan and Aubrey’s story. This book is a journey, one where my heart hurt for these characters over and over.
I felt the joys, the angst, the heartbreak. M. Robinson has a way of taking you there right along with the characters.
I listened to this book in audio and it always has more of an effect on me emotionally especially when the narrator gets into character and this was definitely brilliantly narrated. And that southern drawl (inserts dribble emoji)
This is one angsty and emotional read. UNDO ME sucked me in, oh how I love a teen romance that leads to more, but how wrong was I, this book is unpredictable to say the least. It isn’t without its frustrations either, the characters will frustrate you, the plot will frustrate you especially if your the kind of person who just wants to get to the hea. The way the story jumps to the future too is also frustrating especially with the way it jumps in years from one part in time then all of a sudden its two years later but I suppose how else would you fit over 16 years of two peoples lives and their journey into one book without doing that, the jumps just felt sudden at times, that would be my only negative about that but I loved it!
“You’ve always had my heart and I’ve always been your home. I’m your soft place to fall”
First love, mistakes, regrets, heartache, romance, pasts, present and futures, heartwarming moments all in the name of destiny.
UNDO ME is a book that will stick with me and definitely one I would recommend. I would definitely recommend it.
Kept me turning the pages. This book keeps you enthralled with the depth & emotions of each character. Great read!
Turned around and bought the series!!!! Omg!!!!!
I enjoyed the story : it was a bit drawn out
Wow!!! A emotional rollercoaster, just when you think you know what’s going to happen… it changes.
I haven’t read a book this good in a long time. I cried, laughed and was emotionally heartbroken while reading.
There was too much of the f word & suga but the slow beginning explained the fast ending
I fell in love with Dylan! I could not get over such true devotion to his PROMISE/ALWAYS, Suga’. I had absolutely NO clue about Jeremy until near the end! I am glad there are other books in the series so I can continue to get to know The Boys!
Very good…very emotionally difficult to read, left me exhausted but well entertained
I love all things M. Robinson. Her ability to weave a story is through multiple characters and hold your attention is a gift. You MUST read this series. Just can’t say enough good things about this book, series or author.
Their story is even more tragic then the rest of their group. I love their beginning and how it built up. The way he cherished her was the sweetest. The even that would forever change their lives had me close to tears. They endured so much and it too them so to get their happy ending
Wow! Undo Me, such a heartbreaking beautiful love story. Dylan… I love him… Southern gentleman with a sexy cockiness to him that will melt your heart. Aubrey… I was devastated for her… My heart broke over and over, and was stitched back up piece by piece. The chemistry, angst, and the LOVE…. Brilliant, my favorite one yet! A Must Read!!!
This is the third book in the Good Ol’ Boys series and once again continues where book 2 left us. Hanging! AGAIN! However, this tells us of Dylan and Aubrey’s story. This book goes right back to the time when they were just kids again when Dylan meets Aubrey, who has just moved to Oak Island following the separation of her mum and dad.
It isn’t love at first sight for these 2 and I just love the way Aubrey doesn’t succumb to Dylan’s charm. She gives him the brush off at every opportunity. Dylan has earned himself a reputation as a manwhore. Aubrey soon throws down a challenge to him which he must keep if he stands any chance of being with her.
From reading the first 2 books, we knew that there was going to be plenty of angst coming up in this book. It starts off as again a lovely coming of age romance but then things happen that causes them to lead different lives away from each other. My heart just broke for the direction that Aubrey’s life had taken. Just be prepared that this book covers a sensitive subject area, whilst beautifully written there is no way to sugar coat what Aubrey was subjected to, it wasn’t easy to read at times but by the same token I couldn’t stop reading either. I needed answers! This book is gritty, full of angst and woe.
Even after the truth is revealed and Aubrey’s pitiful life is exposed there is still more angst to follow and more secrets are revealed. Just when you thought you knew all there was to know another twist exposes itself. I held was constantly holding ,breath waiting for the next big revelation wondering if Dylan and Aubrey were going to get their HEA.
Whist each of the books are advertised as being a stand alone, each book finishes on a cliff hanger which leads in to the next book. Each book is a complete love story and finishes the story of the couple were are reading but it starts at a moment in time for the character in the next book. There’s no way you won’t want to read the next in the series. After reading this part I am so desperate to read Austin’s story.
I love M. Robinson’s style of writing and she will is definitely be a one click author for me.
Don’t know how to describe this book! it just blew me away! it had all the feels that a good story needs to draw you in. I couldn’t put it down, that’s how good this one was for me. that first love but the heartbreak you can experience in life was sometimes more than I could take. the way it was written, the story that just made you feel, was ready to undo me! I can’t say enough how much I loved this book. at some parts I just sobbed and couldn’t take much more; it was just everything you can ask when you read a story this heartfelt, that’s how good this was. definitely worth the read and more than 5 stars for me. if you read this story, grab those tissues
