Lackluster and aimless .
Zero stars for writing style. 5 Stars for plot and unexpected twist.
The flashbacks needed cues like “then and now” for me to follow chapters without stumbling and backtracking.
The lack of cues seems lazy on writers part. Surprising since the story is so creative and suspenseful.
Non-stop page turner! A thrilling ride that ended too soon!
This book grabbed my attention and was hard to put down. The writing style is very original. I tend to love books that take place in England; the author was quite descriptive of the setting, which improved the story for me. It’s also just a great ‘who-done-it’.
