Only three little words – and a cowboy on a motorcycle – can help Jenny make things right again. There is nothing worse than telling one man to hit the road and then literally running into another. As far as Jenny Anderson is concerned, it’s her ex-boyfriend’s fault—not hers—Cade Sheridan had to spend a few nights in the hospital and his motorbike is in more pieces than a jigsaw puzzle. Feeling it …
Feeling it is her duty to do right by Cade, she brings him home to the Silver Wind Equine Rescue where she manages the clinic and helps her best friend, Sarah, with the rescue. But Sarah is pregnant and the rescue needs another hand, so as Cade heals and looks for a new ride out of town, he agrees to help.
An ex-rodeo star, Cade has been running from his past for too long. The more Jenny tries to push him away the more his heart becomes attached to the small town Kentucky horse farm and its manager.
The more Jenny tries to control things, the more they fall apart. At war with her own feelings, she makes a bad decision on a horse adoption. After a confrontation with Sarah, Jenny knows she needs to turn the reins over to God, but surrendering isn’t anything she’s ever done.
Unbridled for most of his life, Cade has never settled down before, but when an opportunity reveals itself to him, he doesn’t know whether to trust his head or his heart. With a good horse and a place of his own, Cade doesn’t need a motorcycle to get him where he’s going. It’ll take more than three little words to lassoing Jenny into admitting they’re right for each other.

God works in mysterious ways, but Jenny and Cade’s relationship did not start out very auspiciously and got worse from there…You know,… like when you want to grab the main characters and say, ”What were you thinking!”…or maybe you don’t. You’ll have to read it to find out.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
I absolutely love this captivating book with exceptional characters in a world that is so realistic it felt like I was on the journey with them. I recommend reading this book by an extraordinary author that knows how to captivate the attention of their readers.
The second book in the Silver Wind Equine Romance series a well written story that held my interest until the end. Cade Sheridan’s, Jenny Anderson’s story what a way for those two to meet. The story was well worth reading. I received a copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
I did not have the privilege of reading the first book in the series, but I certainly do not plan to miss the next one. The story did a good job of standing alone, but I would like to read more about the Silver Wind Rescue family. Other reviewers have commented on the grammatical errors and the plot, so I will focus more on other content. The story was so captivating that I barely noticed the errors.
I mostly enjoy a story that has strong spiritual application. This one had to do with forgiveness, God’s plans for us, and trusting others. I received an ARC copy of this book from the author and promised to write an honest review.
I had an Advance Readers Copy of this book, but this is my voluntary and honest opinion. Susan Lower has written an interesting book about an equine rescue facility and the folks who run it. When Jenny finds out her boyfriend is married, she breaks up with him and then her run away trailer which came unhitched causes an accident which hurts Cade and destroys his motorcycle. She decides to help him and he is hired to work with the horses at the equine facility. The plot addresses trust issues and how they work through them. I would recommend reading this book.
Who knew that Cade’s accident was part of God’s plan for his life? Jenny was mad and didn’t check the trailer hitch when she roared out of Silver Wind Clinic and horse rescue. The hitch wasn’t secured properly and hit Cade. An active man hates to be unable to move and work. Then Jenny’s twin brother, Josh, is another story of a bad boy that had gone wrong in many choices. This is a great story about redemption and forgiveness.
Jenny had just had her heart broken by the man she loved, when he told her that he was married. She didn’t feel like she would ever trust another man. Then Cade came to the horse rescue after an accident nearly cost him his life. Jenny had caused the accident and felt responsible for him, since it appeared he didn’t have any family. I thoroughly enjoyed this book.
I received an ARC, and this is my honest opinion.
