Tyson is 4.5 in the Ariel Kimber Series.Tyson Alexander is a long time member of a coven of witches who are more like brothers than simply friends. There are seven of them total in the coven and all of them are male. The majority of them come together from broken, messed-up families and have nothing else in this world that matters outside of each other. Then, six months ago, everything changed … everything changed when they shared a dream about a beautiful, sad girl who was just like them. That’s to say, a witch.
Then, she moved in next door to them and changed their entire lives, turning everything upside down.
And they all, every single one of them, loved her for it.
This book is a part of a series and needs to be read in order. It’s also #whychoose.

I received a copy of this book for an honest review.
My heart goes out to Tyson. Although I was not very happy with him in the last book I have to say he is on the path to making me see the greatness in him. He is not without flaws I mean he did ask Arial to keep things from his brothers. He has so much guilt going on because he feels responsible for tearing his family apart. They mean everything to him and he would do anything to protect them. I love how we get to know why Tyson is the way he is.
Ever since the day Arial pulled them all into a dream their focus has been to treat her the best they can and protect her. I do like that we got to see behind Tysons walls because man can he toss them up fast. It is amazing the way the brothers are such a tightknit coven and only want what’s best for Arial. Then when you see how none of them get jealous of one another for spending time with Arial only makes me think so much more of them. They truly want and need Arial to love all of them.
The ending was the best with all of them together as a unit. I am so ready for more of these brothers and Arial. I enjoy learning more and more about these guys but I like that we find out about each one right along with Arial.

Tyson by Mary Martel
I received this book from the author for an honest review.
Oh Tyson!! I gotta admit the last book I was wondering what happened to my loveable man and then….BOOM you are back. I loved how you FINALLY opened up to Quint and Ariel about everything going on in that head of yours….sigh…..oh Tyson I so fell right back in love with you after this book. I think I needed to reconnect with you just as much as Ariel did after everything went down at the hotel between Annabelle and Chucky.
Tyson is such a great character and he feels so much for him family but after Annabelle destroyed his heart with her deceit and lies, he was never going to let anyone near his heart or his family for that matter. As much as he WANTS Ariel, he is scared outta his mind. He KNOWS she is sooo not like Annabelle BUT he is so scared and his heart just can’t take it anymore. The guilt of bringing Annabelle to his family and causing the harm she caused has destroyed him in so many way.
The scene with him and Uncle Quint in the store…omg my two favorites talking about feelings and emotions with each other about our girl…sigh…I mean how can it not melt your heart. Seeing Tyson so vulnerable but LORD ALMIGHTY seeing Quint that way too was eye opening. Those men are in love with our girl and are going to do anything they can to protect her, their coven and their new family.
Another great addition to this fantastic series, although Ty may not be my favorite out of the guys, he is still an amazing character and getting this view at his view of things makes me like him just that little bit more. Mary Martel has consistently done an amazing job with every character, plot twist, relationship milestone, and more and I can not wait for the next book in the series!
Wow. Just finished reading Tysons book. I loved this insight in his character and love him for it. Mary makes it so real. Well written and I like all her books. Recommend you read this but start at book 1 if you haven’t already read it.
First off I love the Ariel Kimber series and this novella gave some awesome insight into Tyson’s perspective of all of it. I liked seeing a different side of Ty. It also explained why her acts the way he does and has you seeing him in a different light. Great addition to the Ariel Kimber line up and I can’t wait for more.
