A wild, sexy, and heart-filled adventure of two strangers who meet in the most unlikely of places. This laugh out loud and heartwarming romantic comedy from bestselling author Meghan Quinn will keep you on the edge of your feet as you fall in love with the second book in the Dating by Numbers Series. CAN BE READ AS A STANDALONE I don’t know what love is anymore.Well, that’s not entirely true, but … anymore.
Well, that’s not entirely true, but I’m going to tell you a little secret: I’ve lost the spark.
You know the kind of spark I’m talking about?
Where butterflies take flight in your stomach from two hands innocently colliding. Or catching your breath when you first meet someone attractive. Yeah, that spark.
Except I haven’t felt that feeling in forever; there is nothing left inside of me.
Normally, this wouldn’t be a problem–but I’m a writer on a serious deadline, and my editor is breathing down my neck for a romantic, Nicholas Sparks type love story. No pressure, right?
That’s how I find myself flying across the country to crash a wedding in the name of research, dress and heels stuffed into my small suitcase.
It should be the easiest book research ever. Drinking some free champagne, basking in the love of two strangers, and tapping into my romantic side. That’ll be a breeze. I’m a pro. I can handle this.
Until I mistakenly end up in the wrong hotel room, naked as the day I was born, with the sexiest human I have ever met staring me down, wondering what I’m doing taking a shower in his bathroom.
I don’t think calling it “research” will get me out of this mess.
But it will make for one hell of a story.

Wedding Crashers is book 2 in the Blind Date Series. It is Beck’s story. I believe it is the funniest book yet that I have read from Meghan. I loved the fact that both H/h were wedding crashers at the same wedding. The stories that they make up and tell the guests about “their relationship” is hilarious. You will find yourself laughing out loud with this book. I could not put it down!
Such a fun, feel-good read! It was full of humor, feel-it-through-the-pages sexual tension & colorful characters.
Beck… Hands down he was my favorite thing about this book! He was completely swoon-worthy, laid-back, charismatic, funny & honestly… sex personified. My heart hurt for him immensely for what he went through in his past & the guilt he still dealt with on a daily basis. Loved the way he pursued Rylee; the texts (the Red Pandas were awesome), the additional wedding crashing, the way he uprooted himself (permanently) for her… OMG, this man was AMAZING. He’s totally made it on my “free pass” list! 🙂
Rylee… I liked her playfulness, her passion for her job, how non-judgmental she was & when she let loose. The one thing that bugged me about her… the fact that she was a runner & pushed Beck away. I can’t imagine going through what she did in her not-so-distant past but I wish she would’ve opened up to him so much sooner than she did. Have to say though… I’m totally siding with her when it comes to being annoyed with how long it took everyone to pull everything together in the end. Secrets can suck donkey balls sometimes.
I will most definitely be continuing on with this series. I’ve gotta find out how Hayden’s HEA goes down in One Baby Daddy!
I read the previous book in this series, Three Blind Dates and fell hard for Beck Wilder. His hidden secrets were hinted at but that only left me wanting more of him.
He was a sweet Rebel with a cause..positive outlook, helping others, super sexy and slightly dangerous. What a combo. He’s light, dark and swoony but try as he might, he can’t seem to find a woman who can satisfy him completely and I dont mean just sexually. I think he needs a soulmate, will he find her? He tags along to a destination wedding with his married friends…maybe he just needs a change of scenery to get out of this funk.
Rylee Ryan is a writer who writes some steamy page melting romances but she’s have a hard time coming up with something worthy right now. Her best friends, also writers, talk her into crashing a wedding in Key West that the are attending. Maybe she will find a hot man and some inspiration there.
Now you are thinking, okay, I can see where this is going, but you would be wrong. Maybe Beck and Rylee meet, but you will not see the rest of it coming. The craziness and hilarity of the wacky friends, the undeniable sexy connection, the secrets, the EVERYTHING this book has between its pages! It was AMAZING and I loved it sooooooo much, every word. I was sucked into this couple, loving them both for who they are and who I hoped they could become together.
This was such a wonderful book that touched some many emotions. When the secrets came to light, I had tears pouring out of me, I was so moved by them. A romcom, most certainly but with so much heart, so much love, such a perfect ending, I can’t say enough about it. Read it, or miss out on something lovely.
Omg I think this is one of my favorite books by Meghan Quinn . I am so in love with these characters . Beck has had a tragic and rough past , but has turned things around . He is ready for something more , but he didn’t expect it to be with the girl he watched get barfed on , while on the
. Rylee is a romance author who has lost her faith in love, she isn’t sure she even knows what love is.He friends convince her to crash a wedding , this is where she meets Beck.
I loved Beck , I think he is one of my favorite leading man in any book I have read. I love that he can be an alpha male but still has a teenage male at times. This books filled me with so many laughs . I loved Rylee and Becks relationship and watching it unfold. I felt like I was on the journey with them. It was such an amazing story matched with amazing characters . You can not go wrong with reading this book .
5 stars
We were introduced to Beck in Three Blind Dates. I loved him in the first book and thought there’s more to him than what I read and I was right. He is so fascinating, intriguing, mysterious, sexy and overall such an amazing, gentle, fun-loving and good guy facing his demons and mistakes he made. He’s flawed, complex and layered. Beck is ready to find someone to spend his life with. He’s tired of one night stands. So his friend comes to an idea for him to crash a wedding that he wasn’t invited to. What he didn’t expect is to find a gorgeous naked woman in his room who is there for the same reason. Rylee is an author; she has writer’s block and zero inspiration. Her friends made her go on a trip to crash a wedding and to try and get inspiration so she can finish her novel. What she didn’t expect is to meet utterly gorgeous man and to spend time with him. And they both didn’t expect that one meeting can change their lives. She’s adventurous, funny, sassy but also vulnerable and dealing with some personal issues. I loved that Beck made her cut loose, taught her to live in the moment and to embrace every second.
Beck and Rylee have an amazing chemistry, connection, pull and they spent a fantastic weekend. I love the activities/sightseeing they went (to) and that they experienced it with each other. Also loved their banter and how easy it was to talk to each other. They are both flawed and vulnerable which made them real and so phenomenal together. They just clicked. They are so loving and caring. What I loved about them is that they accepted their flaws and the real them. They also help each other to heal. I enjoyed their antics, sense of humor and that they were trying to one-up each other with their attempts to tell embarrassing stories about one another to anyone they cross paths with, especially with the guests at the wedding which is one of my favorite moments with them besides riding Vespa. I love Beck’s seducing and flirting skills. They are just so incredible together.
The epilogue was everything I wished for and they definitely deserved all the happiness in the world.
NO SPOILERS!
Two Wedding Crashers was a sweet, sexy, emotional, funny, and highly entertaining standalone romantic comedy, and I absolutely loved it with all of my heart! The storyline and characters were phenomenal, and I loved Meghan Quinn’s writing style and amazing sense of humor. She always blows me away with every book she writes, and even though I’ve said this before, I’ll say it again: Meghan Quinn is beyond talented, and she is by far one of my top favorite romance authors. I have dearly loved every book I’ve read from her so far, and I can’t wait to devour more!
Beck and Rylee were phenomenal and I loved them and their story so freaking much. I loved their personalities and red-hot chemistry together, and how their relationship progressed throughout. I loved reading the book from both Beck and Rylee’s POV, and all of their banter and interactions with each other. Beck and Rylee’s story wasn’t what I was expecting, but more than I ever could have hoped for. It was truly amazing from start to finish, and I couldn’t have loved it more. As with every Meghan Quinn novel, there were plenty of hilarious and laugh-out-loud moments, but serious and emotional ones as well. The secondary characters were amazing, and I loved the humor and entertainment they added to the story. Two Wedding Crashers was more than I ever dreamed possible, and I was truly ecstatic with the conclusion to Beck and Rylee’s story. It was absolutely perfect and made me extremely happy.
Two Wedding Crashers was a sexy, emotional, humorous, and riveting standalone romantic comedy, and I would highly recommend it and the entire Dating by Numbers series! Meghan Quinn did an extraordinary job with this book, and I was so incredibly happy with the outcome to Beck and Rylee’s story. The Dating by Numbers series has been amazing so far, and I can’t wait to read the final installment, One Baby Daddy!
Two Wedding Crashers is an unexpected emotional rollercoaster. Honestly, I shouldn’t have expected anything less from Quinn.
Beck and Rylee’s story isn’t an easy one. Their both dealing with personal things that have happened in the past. What I loved most about this story, is how easy it was for them to connect. There’s the witty humor, the wild passionate moments, and the gut-wrenching tear-jerking moments. Rylee has her idea of what Beck want’s in his life, without really talking to him and being honest about it. But what’s a romance, without a little drama along the way.
I loved both of these characters; they felt very real. They weren’t perfect; they had their faults. But their hearts were genuine. I’ve pretty much loved everything that Quinn writes, and I feel that she just get’s better and better with every book. She has these very relatable characters, she writes with such passion. That you just feel it in your heart.
Overall, Five Boundless Stars
Rylee needs something to spark the writing bug and fast… that’s is how her cockamamie friend convinces her to crash a wedding in the vain hopes of finding some stimulation to write the next great HEA with some sexy saucy moments thrown in for good measure. After what can only be described as the journey straight from the hades, she finds herself in a veritable paradise, but still is gripped with writers block until inspiration shows up in the form of Tall, Dark, and Dreamboaty! Beck’s buddy shanghaied him into coming to Key West to be his kid repellant so that him and his wife could have a fun filled vacay sans their parental responsibilities… oh and he will also be gate crashing wedding too… fun fun fun. The minute Beck spies a mysterious dark haired beauty with unquestionable whit and killer looks on the plane he is dying to know more about her and it appears the Vacation Gods are answers prayers. There island fling and wedding crashing plans are a story for the ages and when it’s time for this dream trip to come to a close its hard to imagine walking away. Coming back to real life though, on two ends of the country, and divulging the real nitty gritty is not what they are bargained for when they started an island fling… but with passion like this can they really ignore the pull for something more?
I voluntarily read an advance reader copy of this book.
5 “Saucy” Stars!
All I can say is, Meghan knows how to write on heck of a story! It sucked me in, it made me laugh out loud, I didn’t want to put it down and I fell completely in love with Beck and Rylee. Oh my stars, Beck. I’m hard core lovin’ me some of that man right now. I really liked him in Three Blind Dates but this book sealed the deal for me. He and Rylee just fit. They both have secrets that they’re trying to deal with and it was all kinds of amazing watching those two heal each other. Gah, he’s just so sweet! Like, I just want to give him a squeezy hug and a high five for all of the awesome things he does for Rylee. Oh, and I want to be apart of Rylee’s circle of friends. Those girls are such a great support system for her. I think this one for me is one of my favorites so far. It had it all going on for me.
Two Wedding Crashers can absolutely be read as a standalone but you do meet Beck in Three Blind Dates. From the moment I was introduced to Beck, I wanted to know more about him. While he might be considered to be a rebel, you could tell that he’s a softy at heart.
After not having the best success in his love-life, Beck’s friends convince him to get away to a wedding they are invited to in Key West. Ultimately becoming a wedding crasher. His goal is to go in there, have a good time and then go back home as normal. Little did he know that another fellow wedding crasher would capture his heart.
Rylee is a romance author who has kind of lost her writing mojo. Her friends convince her to go to Key West to attend a wedding, get drunk and have a fling. Although she feels she isn’t the type of person that can do the fling thing, she agrees to go to Key West and look for some romantic inspiration from others. Then Beck comes into her life and he’s hard to resist and hard to forget.
My favorite part about Two Wedding Crashers is the banter and whit that Beck and Rylee bring to each other. I won’t give anything away but they get into situations where they start making up stories and I couldn’t stop laughing. They both met their match when it came to whit. These two masterfully battled it out and I enjoyed the ride along with them.
Meghan Quinn is the queen a romantic comedy romances but I also love her ability to draw out emotion. The character development and storyline in Two Wedding Crashes allowed not only brilliant humor but it stripped that in places and showed raw and vulnerable people who you couldn’t help but fall in love with and experience all of their emotions with them. I could go from full on belly laughing to clutching my aching heart in a very short time.
If you are looking for great laughs and a love story that will capture your heart and soul, then Two Wedding Crashers is just the book for you!
I haven’t read a book by Meghan Quinn that I haven’t loved. I love her books! This book will not disappoint. Just enough suspense to keep you on your toes til the end. I love how she designs her characters as well as you can picture her stories as steamy movies.
What a sweet, emotional and very sexy story. I loved these two very flawed characters. I really enjoyed how they met and how they progressed through their relationship. I definitely recommend this great book, this series and this author. I can’t wait for book 3.
Umm……can I just say that Beck is amazeballs? Seriously, I just love him.
When fate stepped in and Beck saw Rylee at the bar, he knew something in his life was about to change. Loved every second of their relationship, from wedding crashing in the keys to a spur of the moment trip to Vegas. They truly are a special pair and I’m not quite ready to let go of them just yet.
This story was extremely heartfelt and full of emotion, yet it had all the humor that you come to expect from a Meghan Quinn book. Such an amazing story and in my opinion, it’s her best work to date!
I’m going off the rating board and creating my own:
I could go on and more stars but I think my words will make the point.
Beck Wilder: hot, swoon-worthy, damaged, strong, fun
Rylee: gorgeous, fun, strong AF, determined
Two Wedding Crashers: must #oneclick
Beck is introduced in a Three Blind Dates (#teamrebel), I am so thankful he has is own book. When I finished TBD, I was #teamsuit 100%…..now Beck owns my heart…..#teamrebel 200%.
Rylee Ryan, her name alone is perfect for our career (which hello, is PERFECT!!!). I connected to Rylee on so many levels, every feeling/emotion Rylee endured in the past year of her life, I have had….I bawled a lot in TWC, so for me this book is PERFECT!!!
I loved all the secondary characters: Rylee’s girlfriends, Victoria and Zoey; Beck’s friends, Chris, Justine and Cal. I hope we get to see more of Victoria and of course Griffin and his brothers.
Ms. Quinn was able to break me in Dear Life……she has gutted me with Two Wedding Crashers.
#teamrebel
“Sometimes you have to take a chance on something that makes you happy, regardless of the unknown.”
Two Wedding Crashers was AMAZING!!
Meghan Quinn always makes me feel so many emotions. I always expect to swoon and LOL but this time it was so much more. She tugged at my heartstrings…
Rylee has lost her mojo, she cannot find the inspiration to write.
““I’m all dried up, a shriveled vagina with zero ideas.”
Zoe suggests that she goes with her to a Wedding in Key West… Rylee is not really up for crashing a wedding she has not been invited to until Victoria agrees to be her partner in crime!
Beck is just an inspiration. What a great character!! I just love everything about him- his perseverance, cockiness, insecurities and his flaws.
“He’s the man who sets the bar unbelievably high so no one will ever reach it. He’s the man who makes an indelible impression on your heart. An everlasting impact on your life.”
Beck ends up going to Key West with his best Friend Justine and Chris who are attending a wedding, child free!!!
When Rylee and Beck meets, you can feel the sparks between them instantly and you enjoy deeply watching playing the game of love me love me not.
“Beck—kind, funny, good-looking, attentive, thoughtful—he’s the fantasy. No man has ever looked at me the way I’ve described the look in my books.”
They decide to hang out as friends as they know that their relationship has an expiry date. But what do we do when you know it is so much more? Can they share their deepest secrets?
The storyline was spot on and well thought out. The characters had chemistry and lots of depth and emotion. Meghan Quinn simply nailed it!
You know it’s a Meghan Quinn book when your laughing out loud from the first chapter.
Beck was even more delicious here than he was in Three Blind Dates in part because we get to hear his backstory. Which will break your heart. Paired with Rylee’s awesomeness and some hysterically funny friends, you have one fabulously amusing book.
Meghan Quinn is quickly becoming one of my favorite authors! I love her ability to make me laugh in the most random places just by reading a simple paragraph.
Two Wedding Crashers is the hilarious yet sometimes angsty story of Beck and Rylee. If you all read Three Blind Dates then you should be familiar with Beck’s character. He’s the swoony bad boy with a heart of gold who rides a motorcycle.
Since I finished Three Blind Dates, I have been intrigued by Beck’s character. I found this man to be a complete mystery and I needed to know more about him and what makes him the man he is. To say his background story shocked the ever-loving hell out of me and made me love him that much more, would be a complete understatement. My heart broke for the man, it completely shattered. However, I loved the positivity that he showed given his very negative background. This man has learned from his mistakes and instead of pushing them to the back of his mind, he thrives on bettering others with his philanthropic ways. He’s the whole package with a great big cherry on top.
Rylee’s character meshed with Beck flawlessly. I loved the banter between these two. I also loved the emotional connection these two shared from the start. They were kindred spirits in self-denial.
One of my favorite aspects of Two Wedding Crashers is the fact that Rylee is a romance author swimming in the deep end of writers block hell with a deadline due. Her equally hilarious best friend Zoey brings up the idea of crashing a wedding for writing inspiration and Rylee being Rylee is willing to do whatever it takes to finish her novel and if that should involve having a ‘Crashers Fling’ with a drop dead gorgeous man, then so be it.
If you are looking for a hilarious ROM COM with just a touch of angst and endless possibilities I highly recommend this novel.
I confess that I was very annoyed with Beck in the previous book, because I’ve been wondering all the time why he looked for a dating site that was considered serious if he didn’t want a relationship. Anyway, luckily for him I loved the excerpt at the end of the book and already imagined how he would crash a stranger’s wedding .
The book begins just with this excerpt and then shows Rylee in the middle of a crisis of writer’s block and needing to write urgently her next romantic book. Then her friends also come up with the same idea of crasing a marriage to have research material for the writing, it is in this scene full of love that Beck and Rylee know each other and begin to approach and discover so many affinities.
Beck, in his bad boy manner, soon like he crazy and funny Rylee and insists that they stay together while they can. Of course this approach stretches more than expected by the two which will start to generate some issues in both.
Thank God, Beck redeemed himself in this book by showing himself to be a loyal, passionate guy who knows how to fight for what he wants. I was very moved by their life story and I sighed so very very much at that wonderful ending.
The book is narrated in first person by each of the personages alternately and is divided in prologue, four parts and an epilogue showing well this journey of maturation and discovery of each of them besides many scenes callous and amusing of them and funny with the friendly.
I loved with passionate passion all the plot and the cover and their love, their friends, her parents…everything….
5/5 stars.
Meghan Quinn is the author I go to when I read a funny read and Two Wedding Crashers did not disappoint. It’s a fun great read. I really like that the story had four parts. I usually get sucked into a story and forget to do life things. With this one the book being broken down into parts it gave me a better idea of how long I was reading and every time I got to a new part in the book I took a little break to see if I had to do life things.
Two Wedding Crashers is book two in the Dating by Numbers series. It can be read as a standalone. I read the first one Three Blind Dates and maybe I’m just a little off but it did take me a little bit to realize that Beck was in that one.
Rylee is a great down to earth character. She’s a character that would make a great friend. She’s a writer who is experiences writer block. Her friends convince her to take a vacation and crash a wedding. Beck is sweet and sexy. Beck has a complicated past. He also gets convinced by his friends to crash the wedding. I loved these two together. I loved reading their text messages. I wondered how their relationship was going to work after the weeding weekend. This one wasn’t all funny, it did have more serious mixed in but it made it a perfect read.
I have so much adoration for this book, it’s one of those hopeful, feel good, romantic comedies. I was transported to Key West, experiencing the beautiful vacation right along with them. Falling in love, crashing weddings, adventuring right along with these two beautiful, lost souls.
I also really love how personal and special it was for the heroine, Rylee, to be a romance author because it was this chance for Meghan Quinn to pour her experiences into the characterisation even more than a brilliant author usually does, and that made it so beautiful and special to read, it made it personal and realistic and forged such a close connection between myself and Rylee as an extension of Meghan that I felt as if I knew them. It really transports you into the story and captures your heart, to the extent that I felt Rylee’s pain and fears as my own, I related to her instantly and completely even though logically I’m aware that there aren’t many similarities between myself and this character, but this made it so captivating.
In the beginning I was sceptical, praying this wasn’t going to be an instalove story because the development of the characters is one of my favourite things to see and I was worried that a book taking place over a single week wouldn’t give me that. But Meghan Quinn BROUGHT IT, I was head over heels in love with these characters and rooting for them with all my heart.
I’m really trying to convey how much I loved and fangirled over this book, without giving away any of the storyline so you can go in blind and swoon as much as I did. All I have left to say is;
1. Meghan Quinn is awesome and I can’t WAIT to meet her at FBBF18, oxford bound!
2. Yes I did google baby red pandas and yes I love them and yes I’m super jealous and want to cuddle some baby red pandas because those furry, squishy faces are EVERYTHING.
3. I need some more Meghan Quinn suggestions because I want to binge read them ALL. Immediately.
4. Just buy this book. It’s the perfect, comedic, feel good romance that takes a cliché and makes it completely modern, new and original.
