When money is tight and your family relies on you, the rules don’t apply. For Brad, hacking is not only a way of life but it puts food on his table and sends his brilliant sister to a private school. Nighttime, secret fights funds the gaps like special tennis shoes or expensive school uniforms. His work doesn’t leave much time for average activities like school and dating. Ordinarily, a rich, … privileged girl needing tutoring would only piss him off.
But Melody is no ordinary girl. She’s gorgeous, funny, and every particle of Brad’s body wants her. There’s no law he won’t break, no rule that he won’t step on, no person—not even her Senator father—who will prevent Brad from claiming her. They belong together. They’re two of a kind.

Oh Brad! How I love the good guy who everyone hates =)
Brad is FU’s notorious hacker. If there’s a grade you need changed and you got the cash, Brad is your man. Although he doesn’t just do the hacking because he’s good at it an enjoys it (although he might just a little). Brad isn’t a rich kid like all the other students at FU. But he does what he can to help his mom and bring in a little bit of cash to ease the burden on his mother and to make his sister happy. There’s no time for dating, especially to someone who’s as privileged and gorgeous as Melody.
For Melody she’s seen first hand what it’s like when a woman depends on a man. After all she’s her mother’s sound board when she needs to complain about her father’s “affairs”. Melody is determined to be all she can be for her mother and help where she can, even if that means not following her own art dreams. But she never could’ve saw a man like Brad in her path. Not only does he make her question some choices and promises she’s made to herself, but he also has her wondering what it would be like to allow herself to be a bit vulnerable to a man. Especially one like Brad, who seems to do all he can to help those he loves.
Absolutely loved finally getting to know more about the notoriously secret hacker of FU high. I’m not big on high school romances, but these three in the FU series I have absolutely adored!
Who would have known that I would love a series based on high school characters so much? Ella Goode knocks it out of the park every time and I really had such a good time reading Two of a Kind. Our main characters Melody and Brad had an instant connection even though they played it like they were both irritated by each other for the beginning of the book. My favorite aspect of this story was that we got Brad’s sister added into the mix and got to have her form a solid relationship with Melody and it was so cute. Brad and Melody become a power couple in their relationship and in life, and I enjoyed the progress we see in them both as individual characters . I will be re-reading this entire series again for sure!
This is hacker Brads story. He gets paired with Melody as her trig tutor BC hes a genius. Melody doesn’t want Anything to do with boys because she thinks they’re all jerks like her dad the senator.
After Brad and Melody work together she learns he is a hacker and her mom has asked her questions regarding her dad and the family business, which makes her curious and she asks Brad to look into things. What they find is shocking.
Be sure to read this fun story.
P.s. I really hope Brads sister, Belle, gets her own book
I had the privilege of reading this book and received an early copy.
This book is an awesome read and you won’t be disappointed.
Melody comes from a rich family, she’s a young woman who needs help with her school work. Her father is a senator who is cheating on his wife, Melody completely hates her father, her mother also has some issues. One thing Melody realizes is that she never wants to rely on a man for anything ever.
Brad is a young man who hacks and doesn’t have much money but he wants to take care of his mum and sister in anyway he can and wants to provide for them.
Brad and Melody both come from two separate worlds so when Melody needs help with tutoring they both think that this is going to be a disaster.
I loved these characters and watching their relationship blossom is so cute.
This book is an extremely easy read and keeps you turning the pages it was great.
I thought the epilogue was fabulous and I loved seeing how everything has changed.
I can’t wait to read more from this author and I would highly recommend this book.
Thank you
