This series has been on my radar for quite some time and I’m glad I decided to give it a try!
Two Hearts Unbroken is the 6th book in the series, but easily reads as a standalone. Airman Sarah Benton was severely injured, captured, beaten and raped at the hands of insurgent rebels and would have died if not for the heroic rescue efforts of her teammates and Captain Brand Reardon. Two years later, she’s on the road to recovery and takes a position as an administrator in a new wounded warrior program.
Now an agent, Brand is sent to watch over Sarah due to a potential threat on her life. The moment he sees her again, he topples head-over-heels in love and makes a pledge to win her heart.
As the danger mounts, these two overcome all obstacles in their path to a happily-ever-after. There were some great twists I never saw coming that kept this an exciting read to the finish!
I give Two Hearts Unbroken 5 lovely kisses- An enjoyable read!
Tamara’s stories tug at the heartstrings. There is a twist in this story that really resonates. Wonderful!
Danger, heartbreak, romance all rolled into a great hard to put down read!
Sarah and her team were targeted after a explosion on their convoy. Her and 3 others were captured. She was separated from the others and tortured and assualted by her kidnappers. Brand was behind the convoy and weren’t captured. He and Sarge went to rescue her. Later Brand was put on a special committe by his Commander to see if she could remember something she might have missed. He was also there to protect her from someone wanting her dead. This was an excellent read and I can wait for book 7. There were a couple of places where Brand’s name should have been instead of someone elses. But other than that a fantastic read.
Wow
This is another wonderful story of ex military personnel finding comfort in an area. Sarah had been injured badly in Iraq and Brand and another soldier saved her. She thought he was a handsome man before he saved her. But now both are part of getting another aspect of the Wounded Warrior compound set up, but also he is there to protect her. But the heat between them is heat.
