Kelly is the youngest sister of his classmate, and he rescues her from drowning. Little did they know it connected for the long haul.
Like all Tamara Ferguson’s book, this one is a winner!
This is Luke and Kelly’s story. This was an incredible story about survival for Luke. He has loved Kelley ever since he rescured her from drowning when she was 6 and he was 13. He was abused by his stepdad. When he was old enough he went into the Air Force. He was badly injured whe his plane was bombed by enemy fire and trying to save a fellow pilot. Now after all this he’s thinking he’s not worthy of her. My heart goes out to all wounded warriors. From one vet to another I salute you.

Another wonderfully heartwarming story by author Tamara Ferguson. “Will A Past Night Of Enchantment Be Strong Enough Magic For A Wounded Warrior Pilot To Finally Surrender His Heart To The Woman He Loves?”

As usual Ferguson took me on an emotional rollercoaster whilst reading this wonderfully written romance story. I loved the main characters, Luke and Kelly and how their relationship changed and developed over time. The chemistry between them sizzled off the page when they did finally share a night of passion. I was cheering them both on to their happy ever after.
This story was engaging. It’s not difficult to like the characters and the subject matter, but I felt it could’ve gone into more depth with the storyline. There was so much emotion and history involved where the author could have elaborated. It ended abruptly, for me, as well. Also, the book needs to be edited by a professional editor.
I can see why this is a readers favorite. It has good bones and elements as a romance novel, but is even more interesting with the backdrop and effects of war. It’s a warm love story with the necessary HEA. It’s also a strong lead for a romantic series, which I believe, the author has utilized. Good for her.
**** I was given a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. ****
This is my first military romance that I can ever remember reading so I am so happy I was given the chance to read it. I got it awhile back and read it quickly and I just loved the characters so much. It was truly a heart wrenching story and when I was done with reading it I just didn’t know how to process and write a review for it, if I am being totally honest here.
So after all this time I am finally writing a review because this book is 5 star quality and deserves the review. It is a true love story, the kind that is very realistic where people write songs and poetry about. Reminds me of the lyrics Olivia Newton John sings “hopelessly devoted to you”. There is so much depth between these two ever since they were young that it is very intense almost like you can feel it all around you. The only thing I can say is that this book should be read and treasured.
TWO HEARTS IN ACCORD (Two Hearts Wounded Warrior Romance Book 7) by Tamara Ferguson is yet another great addition to this series. Tamara’s word building and vibrant and rich storytelling allows you to imagine the beautiful setting in which this series takes place and the absolutely amazing men and women rebuilding their lives after being wounded in war. I have read each and every book in this series and have loved each and every one. This is a quick and easy read but engages you as you walk hand in hand and step by step with the characters. There is always a bit of drama and mystery thrown in that gies the stories that little bit of a twist.
Have a read you know you want to.
