In the power struggle between two elite groups, one feisty girl will bring them to their knees… hands.
But the man I love refuses to let me go, and he’s hell-bent on protecting me at all costs.
Except he’s far too late.
Kaiden’s betrayal fuels the anger flowing through my veins, and now our roles are reversed—I’m the hunter, and he’s my prey. I enjoy torturing him, lying to him, and letting him believe in false truths that were never our reality.
Until the stakes are raised, and I’m forced into playing their game again. Only this time, it’s not just my life hanging in the balance.
I thought he’d done his worst. That he didn’t have the power to hurt me anymore.
But I was wrong.
His depravity knows no bounds, and now, he’s taken everything from me.
This time, it means war, and I’m taking no prisoners.
This is book two of three and it’s not a standalone read. Due to mature content and themes, this series is only recommended to readers aged eighteen and older. 97,000 words in length and ends on a cliffhanger.

What the ever loving hell did I just read?? This book had me gasping and clutching my metaphorical pearls all the way through.
Siobhan Davis is proving to be a master of twisted, dark romance with this latest instalment of the Rydeville High series. Twisted Betrayal is the most apt title ever because there are more twists, turns, double crossing and plotting than I’ve ever come across in one book before.
It’s hard to know who’s on whose side at times as each character seems to have their own agenda, but that’s a large part of what kept me enthralled throughout the book. The utter deviousness of both the author and her characters is breathtaking.
I am literally on tenterhooks waiting for the conclusion to this series as the final chapter of this story had me literally yelling out loud. Again. Buckle up, you’re in for a wild ride.
This book is the sequel to Cruel Intentions which was a book that sucked me in from the first chapter and I loved it, so I thought it would be hard to love this book as much. I was wrong, I think I love this one even more! Abby and Kai’s story is so gut wrenching at times I actually cried for them. This book brings you through the full spectrum of feelings and parts of it are so sad but the storytelling is so good it’s addictive. I even love the side characters in this book nearly as much as the main ones. I hope they each get their own books. If you are going to read this clear your schedule as you won’t want to put it down! It does end on a cliffhanger but it’s so good it’s still worth the wait for book 3
Ohh man, I thought this girl was gonna get
a break in book 2, but nooo …she’s a bad**s
though!! I seriously didn’t see a lot of things
coming. Can’t wait to see what happens in
book 3
In the power struggle between two elite groups,
one feisty girl will bring them to their knees…

Siobhan Davis once again has made me yearn for more in this series. Reading what Abby goes through because of her father is not only hard to read but that is how good Siobhan is. She pulls you in deeper to the point where you reading and before you know it is over. The love and chemistry she has with Abby and Kaiden is beyond wow so not your usual high school love. Yet once again she leaves us hanging with so many questions on what will happen now with Kaiden. Will Michael ever get his plan to work? What will happen to Abby now that she has lost everything to the devil? Cannot wait for Book 3 and see how all this goes down. Loved it.
“I received an eBook copy from the publisher for the purpose of an honest review. I was not compensated for this review: all conclusions are my own.”
There is a sailor screaming in my head.
Oh my God!
I hate that I can curse on these reviews.
Because for real…not a clean word is going through my mind.
Have you ever read a book/series where you were so tqken aback by it that you litterally had to walk away. This is that book/series for me. The only thing is, I take 2 steps and I go right back for more. Its like the best and most intense tele novella ive ever seen. I honestly think this book might be TOO intense for tv.
But anyways. I am so in love/hate with this book. October can not come soon enough.
Happy reading!

Note: I have voluntarily read and reviewed an ARC of this title.
It honestly took me a week to write a review for this book because I needed to just decompress and return back from the darkness that Twisted Betrayal threw me into. This book is definitely NOT for the faint hearted.
This book is darker than dark. I thought I knew dark but that was NOTHING before Twisted Betrayal. This book has some of the most twisted moments I have ever read, some things that I never even thought could happen. There is some disgusting depravity for some of these characters that it’s hard to believe Siobhan Davis, who has written some really happy stories in the past, has been able to create a tale like this.
You never know what is going to happen in the Rydeville High Elite series, there are so many twists and turns at every corner that you forget which way is up. The ending of this book just leaves you wanting more, the cliffhanger serving it’s purpose perfectly. I cannot wait to see what is to come in Sweet Retribution.
**I received a complimentary copy of this book from the author for review consideration**
Abby has been kidnapped and kept hidden from the outside world. Unspeakable things have been done to her. She and Kai are finally reunited after she is rescued. But how long will they be together? Her father is a formidable enemy. Can they and their friends take him down or will he win again? Phenomenal story. Loved it.
What the actual FUCK!!!
Has it ever happened to you that you read a book, that you know damn well is gonna end in a cliffy, but you still get mad ass hell!! Me, guilty… right now I wanna cry, I wanna punch throat someone, so I can get the next book stat.
This characters are owning me. I need more!
Just when you thought things where getting somewhat better…. nope! The twists just keep on coming, the turns become sharper and the lies more tangled.
That’s it, that is all you getting from me on this review, because I don’t wanna give no spoilers. Just know that this book has the WTF factor cranked to 100% and you are gonna need more.
Kai, I love you. See you soon! Hahaha
****This books need to be read in order, they are not standalones, is an epic series. Get on it!
Also this is my honest opinion, I read an Advance copy.
5 amazing stars!!

“…we’re in a fight-or-die world, and I’ll always fight. In my heart, I know I’m a good person.”
“A good person forced to make difficult choices. Forced to do bad things.”
Twisted Betrayal by Siobhan Davis is the second book in the Ryderville High Elite trilogy and picked up directly from the hair-raising cliffhanger we were left with at the end of Cruel Intentions. As always, Siobhan Davis immediately captured my interest with her new dark, YA romance trilogy—which did not surprise me in the least! After all, it’s safe to say she’s one of my favorite authors. But the Ryderville High Elite trilogy is much different from the contemporary romances I am accustomed to Siobhan writing. The story has kept me captivated with it’s dark and completely unpredictable storyline. Just when I am sure that I have things figured out, Siobhan throws a plot twist at me that I never saw coming and I am more consumed then I thought possible with the characters and story she’s telling. The story isn’t as dark as some, but it’s certainly not a contemporary romance. Be prepared for that going in if you have triggers. I love a great bully romance, and you’d definitely classify the trilogy as one. Twisted Betrayal leaves Abby questioning everyone around her, and trust is nearly impossible, but I would be surprised if you don’t find this story as sexy, addictive and suspenseful as I have. Moreover, I wouldn’t hesitate to give this a five-star review! One-click Cruel Intentions and Twisted Betrayal now so you can pick up Sweet Revenge the day it releases! Happy reading
Quotes:
My entire body tingles as every molecule recognizes his presence, and the craving is almost like a high, urging me to run into his arms and never let go.
…his sexual allure is like a spell. One I’m powerless to resist. And I’m determined to be stronger this time. He doesn’t get to betray me and have me again. This time we’re playing by my rules.
I love it when he’s like this. Looking at me like he wants to fuck me so hard I’ll bleed.

As always, siobhan Davis has written another incredible book! The ending was such a major cliffhanger, is it October yet?
Twisted Betrayal is the second book of this author’s fab new series and it’s the sort of book that not only stays with you during the day, but you also find yourself dreaming about. I’ve had to remind myself a few times that it’s ‘just a book’ even though anything written by Siobhan Davis will never be ‘just a book’.
After the ending of the first book, I knew we’d be in for a gripping ride with this second installment and I wasn’t wrong. There’s twists and turns every step of the way, and just when you think you’ve got it figured out, Siobhan Davis throws in another ‘oh my god’ moment. This story is far from predictable and I can’t wait to see what she has planned for us next. I know it’s going to be explosive and leave us wanting more. The Kennedy Boys series will always be my favourite of this author’s, but this series comes in a close second. Even if you’re not sure that dark high school bully romance is for you, give this one a go as I think you’ll be surprised and find yourself as addicted as we all are.
*I voluntarily reviewed an advance complimentary copy of this book
Holy plot twist! I though I had finally figured out who was on which side and who was lying but I was surprised again. This is cruel intentions on steriods. The love, hate and greed in this book makes you want to scream, but you can’t put it down for fear of not knowing what will happen next. It is a hot steamy, messy suspense story that makes you want more.. Can’t wait for book 3 to find out how these two make it out together. I hope they end up together after everything.
Siobhan has done it again with another fantastic Book! My heart hurt for Abby and all she has gone through and that ending was like holy hell my head is spinning. I loved this book along with the first one and I can not wait until the last book comes out!! Hopefully Abby gets all the revenge on the people that have wronged her especially her own father. He deserves it the most and I hope it’s slow, painful and full of everything he put Abby through. xx
Wow, just wow. This book left my jaw on the ground. I’m still trying to wrap my mind around this story.
Twisted Betrayal doesn’t even begin to cover what happend in this book. Abigail & Kaiden are put through the ringer in this one, especially poor Abby. Although, it isn’t just them, it extends to everyone they know and love. The deceit and depravity of this story definitely caught me off guard, which is not easy to do.
There are so many layers to this story. Practically every page has something else to add to it. Of course it leaves you on a cliffhanger that leaves you reeling and pitching your ereader across the room. All in a good way of course. I am impatiently waiting the next book. I seriously need some answers and conclusion!
This book is very dark and heavy. There are chapters that could be triggers for some. This book is not for everyone, but if you like a good dark romance, this is definitely the trilogy for you! This book is exciting, hot and steamy, suspenseful & anxiety inducing. Get this book and hold on for a twisted ride.
Twisted Betrayal was a shocking and head spinning 5 star read and book two in the Rydeville High Elite series. I was so excited to get my hands on this book and I was not disappointed. This series has quickly become one of my top reads of 2019.
We continue where book one left off, and you must read Cruel Intentions first in order to understand everything that has gone on to this point.
As more secrets and truths are revealed Abby doesn’t know who she can trust anymore, so many lies and betrayals from people she thought were her friends. She is closely guarded on her trust and doesn’t give it out lightly anymore, it will have to be earned. Unfortunately just when she thinks all is good and no one knows her secrets, some major twists occur that throw everything off balance once again. Her hatred for her father triples and she is now out for blood.
Her love for Kai is stronger than ever and vice versa. He would give his life for her and it definitely shows. We do get some hot and steamy scenes that will melt your kindle for sure. Will these two ever get their HEA? I’m holding out for them with fingers crossed that they will get it eventually. All of the secondary characters added a great element to the story, even the ones you love to hate.
My heart broke for Abby and all of the things that happened to her, the awful truths that came out broke my heart and kicked me in the gut right along with Abby. Wow, I am still reeling from what happened and now I have to wait until the next book to see where this is headed. All I have to say is her father is an evil and twisted man. I highly recommend this series, the author doesn’t hold back on anything. There are some scenes that could be triggers for some.
I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.
I am so damn intrigued with this series. It just keeps getting better and better! I was sitting here contemplating what in the ever loving god just happened when I got to the last page and kept on trying to keep turning the kindle pages and there was nothing left!!
The lies and deception just keep coming and coming and every time I flipped the page I just got smacked with more shocking revelations that had me gasping and forming an oh-like gesture. I mean, Siobhan Davis has definitely gone over and beyond excellence with this series. This is why Ms. Davis is one of my favorite authors, she knows how to keep me on the edge of my seat and/or she knows how to break my heart in little fragments. Either way, she is one heck a writer.
I can’t even express how much I am looking forward to Sweet Retribution and find out what all is going to go down with these characters. I just hope justice will be served in the end and these kids get their HEA.
Wow just wow this book picks up right where Cruel Intentions leaves off and I was not expecting it to start out like that! Abby’s dad is one evil SOB! Abby endures so much and awful stuff happens to her and Kai. Charlie isn’t who everyone things he is, he is turning out to be just as ruthless as Evil Sperm donor!
SO so much happens in this book that will have you wanting to throw your e-reader across the room and run to pick it up to see what happens next.
It is definitely a bit darker that the first book some unexpected stuff happens to Abby. You must read this book!! My only regret is that book 3 Sweet Retribution isn’t out yet the wait is going to be so tuff.

“Because his sexual allure is like a spell. One I’m powerless to resist.” -Twisted Betrayal
Twisted Betrayal is the second book in the Rydeville High Elite Series by Siobhan Davis. It picks up a few weeks after the events in Cruel Intentions.
This book is legit off the chain! Siobhan has transcended the term dark romance with this book! Twisted, dark, straight up crazy and even unsettling at times, this book continues to pull the reader into the deranged world of the Elite.
Siobhan’s character development and plot continue to surpass all expectations I could have had when I first heard about this series. Her writing is so good and evokes so much emotion from the reader.
I loved Kaiden before, but I love him even more now! He will go to any lengths to keep Abby safe. His dirty mouth and delicious body make him the ultimate alpha bad boy! He’ll make you swoon for sure.
Abby continues to amaze me. She’s a very strong and defiant character. What she endured in book one was bad, what she endures in book two is disturbing. She continues to evolve as a character and continues to elevate what it is to be a survivor.
This book is riveting! What’s unfolding is so sinister but so thrilling. The suspense is insane! I am so ready for Sweet Retribution, the final book in this series.
5 stars
I’m going to keep this short because there isn’t really much to say other than the obvious based on my one star rating.
The Rydeville High Elite series is a bully romance. I did not know I wasn’t a fan of these types of romances until after I finished the first novel in the series, Cruel Intentions. I rated that novel three stars with the intention of not continuing the series. I was sent the second book for review, so here I am.
Twisted Betrayal is so much more than a bully romance. It’s sick, twisted, and unhealthy. There are so many trigger warnings that I won’t even name them. If something is a trigger, it’s most likely in this novel.
I tried. I really tired with the sequel, but it’s so disturbingly unhealthy. I know not all relationships are perfectly healthy and everyone involved are using the appropriate coping methods, but Twisted Betrayal blows past anything I could consider entertaining. When a character muses on being fucked until she bleeds in a positive light loses me completely.
It’s not for me, but maybe it’s for you.
