Fighting fires keeps me focused on the present and not the past.My days in the military haunt the fuck out of me, waking me up late in the night, causing my world to spin in vicious cycles. But it’s under control, or so I thought. The guys are noticing something is up with me.All I want is peace. But that shit evades me.And then everything changes. Because of her. She’s the cure to my pain and … of her.
She’s the cure to my pain and doesn’t know it.
Love was the last thing on my mind, but it won’t relent because of this sweet woman.
I don’t deserve her, but she doesn’t care.
It’s time to forget my burdens and turn up the heat.

Book three in the Searing Saviors series brings Allen and Brea’s story. The author brings tons of emotion in this sweet and sexy love story and pulls you in with all the drama and steamy hot chemistry. He does a fantastic job bringing the story to life with his descriptive writing and detailed scenes. I loved watching them come together and enjoyed seeing past characters as well. I was hooked from start to finish reading and would highly recommend this book.
I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book. All opinions in this review are my own and freely given.
Loved it new author won’t be last book I want from them . Allan and Brea story loved it
What a great book that’s full of steam. This is the third book in the searing Saviors series and can be read as a standalone. The characters were so likable and their chemistry was explosive. So well written in true Weston Parker style. Entertaining and a page-turner. Be warned once you begin you’ll find it hard to put this book down. Flashbacks, drama and plenty of twists. I voluntarily chose to review this book. You’ll love this book, I did.
I was so happy to read this book. I could really identify with Allen, our hero as he works through his PTSD. He was always strong, caring, and helpful. Brea took me a few to warm up to, as she was such a cow to our hero at the beginning. I have no idea why she had such a bad opinion on men who weren’t milktoasts, and that would have been a great thing to find out, but since we didn’t I will just have to speculate. Allen deserves this HEA so much. Even though I received an ARC of this book, I had to buy it. This is my honest review.
Whew! I loved this book! It kept my attention the entire time. Loved the characters! A definite must have! Check it out!
Allen is a paramedic and firefighter at the station next door to an art gallery. When a pipe bursts at the firehouse, Brea gets her first closeup of Allen when he goes next door to make sure they didn’t flood. Alas, they did and Allen seems to be in charge of repairs. Then the sparks started. Allen hasn’t had a relationship since he came back from Iraq with all the nightmares and reactions that went with them. He doesn’t sleep at night and he is exhausted on shift endangering his squad mates. How is he going to get his life under control? Very nicely written with well developed characters. Enjoyable from page 1!

I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book. Allen works for the local fire department. Bree owns the art gallery next door. The fire house has busted a water pipe and unfortunately the water goes over next door to the gallery. Bree is livid that her gallery has been flooded. Allen offers to fix the damage and promises to replace what’s damaged. She agrees to let him fix things up. But what she would like is him to fix her up *wink**wink*. Allen hasn’t been with anyone in a long time. It isn’t that he doesn’t want to it’s just that he has some issues since he came back from Afghanistan and he doesn’t want it to ruin anything.
Great title, in more ways than one! This sexy, dramatic filled story was a definite page turner. Brea is a strong, confident woman who really captures the heart of Allen. Allen is a strong, caring man who is dealing with PTSD. Together they help each other in so many ways. This is a story filled with hope, love, and friendships. An overall great story! I received this book at no cost in exchange for an honest review.
Turn Up The Heat (Searing Saviors Book 3) by Weston Parker is a wonderful story that I have read. This is book number three in this wonderful story. I highly recommend this story to everyone who loves steamy stories to read.

This book was so good. I read it in one day in one sitting. When Brea was first introduced in this book. I did not like her at all. I couldn’t understand why she bought a business by a fire station when all she did was complain about the firemen and the noise of the alarm. She was rude and kind of hateful to Allen and Mav when they first showed up to help her. She did get better and I ended up really liking her. I really felt for Allen and all he was going through. I can only imagine what that would be like for a person and was happy that he found someone who ended up being patient and understanding with him. Valarie had to be my most favorite character in this book though. She added a little humor to an otherwise serious topic. Glad I was able to get an ARC for this one.
3 1/2*
Brea owns the gallery next door to the fire station she’s tired of the noise effecting her sales.
Allen is tasked with repairing the damage caused when the fire station leak spread into the gallery.
The chemistry between them is hot but can he overcome his nightmares?
Nice series all have there own endings.

Quick read
Very interesting book. Allen and Brea seem like total opposites, but they fit together perfectly. There were a couple of things in the book that I thought I had figured out, but the author went different way. I loved how the story line showed that loved ones can have the best intentions, but make wrong moves when it comes to dealing with PTSD. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy of this book.
Well written story with nice storyline and plot. Likeable characters who develops nicely and are well defined.
I like it is written in dual POV because that gives the reader more of the thoughts and feelings of the characters. A mix of romance, steam, secrets, pain and twists. A captivating and entertaining read. The characters saves each other from their pain and helps to get their HEA. Sweet, emotional and enjoyable story.
Absolutely a story that I will recommend to others.
I received an arc, and am voluntarily leaving this review. Wow! I loved Allen and Brea story. It was emotionally charged, and well written. Two people that life has almost broken them has found each other. This book will take you on the best rollercoaster ride you have ever been on. I love Weston’s stories. This one is probably one of my favorites. I couldn’t put it down. If you miss out on this story then you are missing out on a great read. I very highly recommend it.
Loved this book. Adored Allen and Brea.
Loved that Allen did his best to overcome his nightmares and PTSD. It is an awful thing to live with. I know because my Brother suffered with not knowing at the time what his problem was so I connected with Allen’s story and was so glad he had Brea to help him.
Loved the fact they had their HEA.
We finally get Allen’s story and what a story! Allen is former military and a firefighter. Allen is the quiet one who is very sweet and kind. Allen has PTSD from his time in the military that has left him with triggers and sleepless nights. Brea is a art gallery owner whose gallery is next door to the firehouse. Brea unleashes her angry on Allen and his fellow firefighters when a pipe bursts and floods her gallery and ruins her floors. Allen is tasked with doing the repairs at Brea’s gallery, so she won’t go after the fire department for damages. As Brea and Allen struggle with their relationship, will their pasts threaten the future they may have together? Brea and Allen share a unique connection and amazing chemistry. Turn Up the Heat by Weston Parker is a fantastic story full of chemistry, drama , and emotion. I would definitely recommend getting Turn Up the Heat and the other books in the Searing Saviors series by Weston Parker. I received an ARC of this book, and I am leaving my honest review.
Have your fans/ac in fully functioning order as you’re going to need it with this latest offering by the fabulous best-selling author – Wester Parker. Oh my is Allen hot or what??? Yes, I do know that he’s a fire fighter and suffering from PTSD. But something has been missing in his life and when art gallery owner, Brea, moves in next door and it is flooded it seems as if that ‘missing something’ has been found. The chemistry between these two potential lovers is combustible in the page turning, easy to read romance. What I do think is exceptional is the way that Weston deals with such sensitivity about the PTSD. Allen and Brea just belong together but the question is whether he will let himself love someone so deeply. I received a reader’s copy of this book and voluntarily leave my honest opinion of it here. Most definitely recommended.
WOW! What a great story! I love Allen and Brea!! This is a well written story that delivers a punch. I love Allen!! Brea takes me a bit to warm up to but she definitely wins me over. This is a wonderful story that deals with PTSD and the struggles Allen goes through. I think Weston Parker did a great job with this subject and the story in general.
Allen was in the military and lost members of his platoon. He now works at fire hall as a paramedic and fireman. He is also dealing with PTSD but tries to keep it under condtrol. Brea owns an art gallery next door to the fire hall. Her best friend Valerie also works at her gallery. This storyline was well written and has amazing characters that pull at your heartstrings. Falling for the firefighter
Allen is ex military and had experiences that still haunt him especially at night. Break has a art gallery next to the fire station. The fire station has a pipe leak that floods her art gallery and they send Allen over to help her with the water and repairs so that she doesn’t sue the fire station. They talk as they work together and she begins to have feelings but she can see that he does too but pulling away also. Can she help him with his past so that they can move forward together?
