Imagine alien AI Observers have infiltrated Earth to evaluate humanity.Imagine the Observers are more human than we are.Mark Ai goes to work every day as a PC repairman, but fixing computers is just a cover job. Along with his mission managing the observation team, he’s attempting to fill in as a parent for a teenage neighbor, provide a good home for a dog, and pick up a little money on the side. … money on the side. It’s a juggling act that understandably leads to breaking a few rules, but things really start spinning out of control when competing aliens arrive.

loved it. ready for the next installment
Enjoyed this read.
I honestly can’t find a good thing to say about this book. I couldn’t even finish it. And I like sci-fi and comedy.
The premise is promising but the book suffers from slow pacing and nothing interesting ever develops.
Not Heinlein or Elizabeth Moon, but hey, who is? Worth the read.
Fun, off-axis tale of an alien AI dealing in the modern world, skirting around regulations and inadvertently “going native” in the process. Reminded me somewhat of Red Dwarf or [Ian Taylor’s] Spindle in terms of light-hearted irreverent humor. Not for those looking for challenging ideas, deep meaning or thought-provoking character development – but we don’t have to be serious all the time do we? I see it as a good escapist, beach-read or rainy afternoon entertainment.
A page-turner entertaining book to read. Once you get into this book it really does make sense that there are aliens living amongst us evaluating our everyday lives. Wonder what for?
If you don’t believe me read this book. It’ll take you by surprise at the very end. 🙂

Very entertaining. A terrific book!
Lighthearted reading
Not very funny, had a hard time liking characters.
I really liked the EarthCent Ambassador series (at least I read the first 3 or 4 of those books). Lots of fun and interesting characters. This new series is supposed to be more of the same, but I think it just fell flat. I liked the characters, for the most part…but didn’t really care about them one way or another. There really wasn’t much going on, so I didn’t find myself wondering what was going to happen next…or really caring about what was going to happen next.
It is good that there is no sex and no fowl language…I do really like that.
Overall, though, I rate this: Meh!
Nice for light reading. It doesn’t require deep concentration to follow even with the surprises that abound.
To be honest I did Not like it at all. That’s it just wasn’t interesting. Try for three chapters. No not for me.
Really enjoyed the story line. Loved this book. Highly recommend this.
This book wasn’t going anywhere. I couldn’t even finish it. Very boring.
Not a great book, but a fun way to pass idle hours. But I probably won’t bother with the sequel.
If you like weird sci fi you will enjoy this book
Just cute
Fun to read!
My face was twisted in a smirk the whole way
