Risen from their literal hole in the ground, Thia, Lance, and her ‘Maly’ brethren have escaped The Hive and now face a full-on war. Welcoming the distraction from her abysmal love life, Thia throws herself into training the troops and claiming Nary bases. Grateful to be of service again, Evan focuses on maneuvering their forces while fighting to break the icy bonds of betrayal still clutching … clutching Thia’s heart.
After a startling vision by his mother, Lance learns that Gigi is alive and trapped within The Hill. Now, he will stop and nothing to save his favorite icy blonde.
Stuck deep in enemy territory, Giselle DuBeau isn’t waiting for anyone to rescue her. Following her growing abilities, she becomes a force far beyond what her friends knew her to be. More fantastic, fast-paced action is what awaits you when you open this book! As the second book in the series, I think it is able to stand on its own and it didn’t feel like a bridge to a third book at all.
The twists and turns in this book were awesome. I did kind of guess some of it, but the authors did a great job at throwing me off. Once again, this book felt like it was written by one person, not two. That just gives credit to how well Stacey Rourke and Tish Thawer work together and how talented they are.
The characters are more developed in this than in the previous book. We get to learn more about some of the other side characters, because we switch points of view more. It is never confusing, and each character feels real and relatable.
Overall, I enjoyed Dominion. I’m very interested in what is going to happen in future books.
*I recieved this book as part of a blog tour. All opinions are my own.*
I highly recommend TS901: Dominion. You will have to read TS:901 Anomaly before you read this. Both books are fast paced, action packed, and have witty humor thrown in. It really makes this books a great read. I have become a huge fan of the characters and the world Stacey and Tish have created. I cannot wait to see what these two very talented authors can cook up in the next TS:901.
TS901: Dominion: Command Control (TS901 Chronicles #2) is an absolute must read! I couldn’t put it down and friggin loved the twists and turns. I know they just finished this book but I AM DYING TO READ book 3! Bravo Stacey and Tish on yet another fantastic read! Buy this book and if you haven’t read TS901: Anomaly: Rise of the Rebels (TS901 Chronicles #1) grab them both and devour them back to back! You will not be disappointed. 😀
In a really great continuation of the struggles between ‘Maly’ and ‘Nary’, we got to see what happens next for Gigi, Thia, Evan and their friends. The authors do a great job of fleshing out characters both new and old, giving them such individual personalities. Some were perfectly evil, some perfectly snarky and fun, some incredibly kick ass (I won’t ruin it by saying who was who).
Just like the first book, there’s plenty of action that keeps you so drawn into the story that I read the entire thing in less than 3 hours. Admittedly, it’s a slow start at first, and if it’s been a while since you read the first book, it’s a little hard to remember the details of what happened before without enough reminders in this one, but even with my terrible memory I really enjoyed seeing how these characters had grown since we saw them last.
The Maly world has just begun letting the Naries know that they’ve had enough and may be different, but deserve to be treated equally – and no evil from The Hill is going to use them any longer. I was really looking forward to what happened next in this story, and although I was not disappointed, I now have to wait again to see what happens in book 3!

Wow!!! What a sequel!!! TS901: Dominion is a sequel can out-best the first book..hahaha!! Don’t get me wrong, book 1, TS901: Anomaly is an amazingly fantastic introduction to a new addictive sci-fi/fantasy series. But, this sequel was fast-paced, nonstop, and action-packed!!!
So… TS901: Dominion takes place shortly after TS901: Anomaly. Yup! The Maly rebellion is happening. The characters have “grown” since the rebellion started. Then, we get introduced to new characters. Wow… What a surprising shock of the plot twist in this story! With the vivid world building, I was completely wrapped up and enraptured by what was happening to this rag-tag group of mutants determined to complete their friend. No one gets left behind, right?!?! The drama and suspense, along with the twist(s) in the storyline has got me all twisted up with apprehension at what obstacle will come up next to keep our favorite Malies from winning this rebellion.
I am just in awe at these two amazing authors on their knack to create such diverse and charismatic characters and distinct and descriptive settings. Page after page, I was whisked away into this Maly world… Yes! It is the new word for mutants!!! Step aside X-Men, Malies are here! Hahaha!!! Fans of the X-Men comics will more than likely enjoy this series. What sucks is…. the CLIFFHANGER!!! Really!?! So… When will we get book 3, Stacey, Tish!?! The suspense is killer!
Friend or Foe? . . .
Sequel to TS901: Anomaly, Authors Stacy Rourke and Tish Thawer have written anther chapter to rise and rebellion of the Mallies. The beaten down group from The Hive are no longer addicts, drunkards, or cowards but are rebel and fighters for freedom and equality.
The team is spread out fighting for their freedom against the Nary army. Now the symbol of hope and resistance, Thia leads her group from Nary base to base, all while avoiding the big whole in her heart. So while Evan would like nothing more than to kiss and make up Thia knows what it’s like to lose him and fears letting him in again. But when Lance comes with a vision saying Giselle is in trouble and held back in The Hill. Thia decides no matter the cost she’s going after her BFF. Risen from their literal hole in the ground, Thia, Lance, and her ‘Maly’ brethren have escaped The Hive and now face a full-on war. Welcoming the distraction from her abysmal love life, Thia throws herself into training the troops and claiming Nary bases. The only problem for the group things don’t appear to be what they seem and the Hill is packed with one too many enemies within.
Overall, this story freaking had me there for a bit! Without giving up spoilers I was actually afraid that some people turned coat and that people died, but once you see and read you’ll breathe a bit like I did. I love how a few couples emerge in this book, I know it’s mostly Thia and Evan but some cute moments occur for others too that I think beat out Thia and Evan. Now I’m dying for the next novel because I want more and more of bff and boyfriends kicking butt together as Naries vs. Malies lines begin to blur and the issue now becomes just simply good versus evil. Can’t wait till next novel!
This is the second book of TS901 Chronicles, again Tish Thawer and Stacey Rourke have written another masterpiece. The last book we were introduced to the Spectacular Six, the group of Malies (abnormal) and their lone Nary (ordinary); Thia, GiGi, Eugene, Evan, Jules, and Lance. This group must mobilize again if they are going to save GiGi from an impending death, that Mama has seen.
Just like first, this book is absolutely a work of art. It is quite easy to read this book in a few hours, not only because of great characters development, but also the fluidity of storyline. You can not go wrong with this book.
