He’s hot, he’s a rock star, and he’s a whole lot of trouble. One lick of lead guitarist Tyler Cook and that’s all it takes—Katie’s addicted. She jumps on his tour bus and into his life as impetuously as she does everything else, and no matter what happens, no matter how much it hurts, she can’t manage to quit him. After all, the man plays guitar like he loves women—plugged in, turned on, and set … turned on, and set to the ultimate high. Every girl wants him but Katie is the only girl he wants.
Until it all comes unplugged and their world goes blacker than black.
Then Katie has to decide if the tormented, broken man she loves more than anything is worth everything—even risking her own life.

Troubled Times
This story has left me with so many mixed feelings. I’d seen parts of Katie and Tyler’s romance while reading Rob and Sabrina’s, so I knew that I wanted to see the rest of the story. As individuals, I love both Katie and Tyler. He’s such a cocky, tragic mess. And her fierce and spunky attitude hides an equally broken heart. I love the two of them together. Katie has some amazing snarky banter in this book that I will cherish for years; such as “Maybe you can eat some of that makeup you’re wearing. Then you can try to be pretty on the inside too.” I’m just not enamored with the way their drug problems are portrayed in this book. Addiction has taken people from my life. And knowing how important this aspect of their relationship is to the story, it felt slightly unrealistic and romanticized here. I though Rob and Sabrina’s stories painted the addictions in a more accurate light. Maybe, because this has such a personal connection for me, it means that I’m not quite the right audience for this particular book.
Trouble Brewing
Wow. I thought the last book in Rob and Sabrina’s trilogy packed a punch. But seeing those same events from Katie and Tyler’s perspective had the emotional impact of a speeding freight train. So much happens in this book. Some of it we’ve seen from a different angle, and we also learn a lot new about our other favorite Trouble couple. There’s still another book to go, and now that they’ve finally found some level ground, I’m almost afraid to find out what’s still in store for Katie and Tyler.
Worth the Trouble
Well. That went several places I was not expecting the story to go. When we last left Tyler and Katie, everything was looking up. Life has been just about perfect for the last several years. Maybe too perfect. When ghosts from their past collide, there’s the possibility they could lose everything they’ve worked so hard to achieve. This fabulous conclusion is a lightning-quick read that takes us all the way back to the beginning in order to see Katie and Tyler get their forever happily-ever-after.
I received a complimentary advanced copy of this book through Booksprout.
This is a wonderful way to get these three reads all at once. This is an intense, steamy and enjoyable series. It offers a engaging story that starts out cute and fun (Fangirl Rock Star game of what if) to harsh and gritty (Living in the Rock Star world and drug abuse). Tyler and Sabrina have a passion filled, painful and often destructive road to travel. And just when you think there is nothing more that can be thrown at this couple, here comes more trials and drama. Filled with deep emotions and tension that will keep you engaged and on edge all the way to the very end. Gripping, raw and very entertaining.

(Book 1) Troubled Times: Katie & Tyler are such a cute & fun couple. They meet by chance when Katie & Sabrina are trying to get in to a Trouble concert as Tyler & Rob burst out a door looking for a bathroom nearly knocking Sabrina down the stairs & hitting Katie with the door. Katie jumps at the chance to go on tour with Trouble & along the way they face lots of challenges. You can’t help but fall in love with these two & the book ends with you wanting more.
(Book 2) Trouble Brewing: This is the next part of Katie & Tyler’s story. Post rehab–their love is just as scorching as it was while on the road with Trouble. She decides to move in with him & they are both still addicted–to each other. Trouble still knocks on their door, but can they come out on top? You have to read to find out. I couldn’t put this one down & read it in 1 sitting.
(Book 3) Worth the Trouble: I really enjoyed reading more of Katie & Tyler. This story picks up 3 years after they got married & the roller coaster continues. Someone from their past makes an entrance & plays a major part of their lives. Things are happening to this couple & those they love. People they know aren’t who they thought & Trouble is going to visit them all.
A great series bundle.
Captivating romance story, an emotional relationship with many ups and downs. Strong engaging characters. A well-written book, I enjoyed reading. It was a pleasure to review.
He’s arrogant, conceited and self-centered; but isn’t that the pejorative of most rock-stars?
There’s nothing that she won’t do for him and with him; nothing she won’t share except him. But this is this obsession or love? and what happens when it becomes harmful and excessive?
This book set will take you on a heartfelt journey of rock-stars, addictions, friendships and love with characters that feel real enough to touch.
