Jack Reacher hunts the hunter in the third novel in Lee Child’s New York Times bestselling series.Ex military policeman Jack Reacher is enjoying the lazy anonymity of Key West when a stranger shows up asking for him. He’s got a lot of questions. Reacher does too, especially after the guy turns up dead. The answers lead Reacher on a cold trail back to New York, to the tenuous confidence of an … tenuous confidence of an alluring woman, and the dangerous corners of his own past.

Jack Reacher is not Jack Reacher anymore. He used to be so exciting. Now, not so much
If Tom Cruise was never Jack Reacher in the movie, I might have watched it. But for a short man to play a Tall man, is ludicrous.
Good read
Lee Child is one of my favorite authors. Reacher is a guy who just doesn’t know the word….quite.
Either you are a Reacher fan or not–cannot be a fence sitter for this character
Everything, Jack Reacher is very interesting.
A typical Jack reacher, one of my favorite literary characters. Very few characters today could be considered laconic but Jack reacher is one of them. It’s easy to read, and moves you along in a complicated plot without a serious headache to keep up.!
Classic lee child
Love the Reacher stories. This book as great as the rest. Easy to get very involved and love the ending of this one especially. Highly suggest this book to anyone who loves a good mystery with a quirky but very lovable character.
I wish Jack Reacher would come to the big screen. Just never cast Tom Cruise again. He, in no way, measures up.
Lee Child dropped the ball in a few parts of this. First, he went into a whole bunch of Harlequin Romance and pulp porn BS between Reacher and the General’s Daughtr, Jodie. Secondly, boring descriptions of every intersection traveled through every trip through NYCity ! Getting past the aforementioned criticisms, the rest is classic, Lee Child’s “Jack Reacher” intense story weaving.
Ah, Jack Reacher. What’s not to like? As I read I realized I had read this years ago but probably never finished it. Finished it this time, though, and was glad I did. It’s the usual Reacher heroism, but this time with someone he had fallen in love with years ago when she was too young, and now they meet again and fall in love again. But there’s a difference: both are in their 30’s and her dad, a hero of Reacher’s , just died; to complicate things, someone wants one or both of them dead. You just gotta read it.
Engrossing read
All Reacher books good. This is no exception.
Kick back fun yarn
Reacher is always good.
Entertaining, if somewhat predictable. Author neglected to describe the outcome for several important characters.
I have read many of the Jack Reacher novels but had not read this one. So glad I did. Explains a few things about Reacher.
All Jack Reacher books are great!
