Abe is too jaded by past relationships. Felicity is too proud to accept help. So, a proposition is made. They ignore the attraction which, is annoying but, it keeps you glued to their story. The knowledge of triplets ups the stakes in just about every facet of their lives. A little intrigue, a bit of jealousy, a lot of heat and a whole lot of emotion make this a really good romance.
I am
So happy to see Felicity get the happy ending she deserved. One of the girls seeing all of her friends find relationships, she worried more about her restaurant. She is a doctor but is afraid of long term commitment, but wants to be a dad. He really like Felicity, what happens next is amazing.
A deal is struck but what happens when they want to add addendums
Triplets for the Mountain Man is an interesting and engaging story that has a bit of everything mixed together. The story is drawn out over a longer period of time while Felicity and Abel get to know each other and then come to an arrangement. He has the money and she has the ability to be a surrogate for him. They both win as Abel is wealthy and is ready to have children but there is not woman that interests him to have a family with. Felicity is a young woman that is starting to make her own way in life. She graduated from a chef school and now has her own diner in town. But she is struggling financially because of the repairs and new equipment needed. She also has a dream of opening an upscale restaurant where she can really show her culinary skills.
So a deal is struck where Felicity will be Abel’s surrogate and he will pay her a large amount of money. The diner is getting fixed up and she become pregnant, the old fashion way of course. But with Felicity haven taken fertility drugs they end up more a couple bonuses in the form of triplets. What will happen now between Abel and Felicity? Has he finally found the woman that he has been waiting for in Felicity? Will Felicity get to realize her dream and open her restaurant?
This is a nicely written story with a story-line that flows and progresses well. The characters are interesting and held my attention, even when I wanted to give Abel a boot sometimes because of this flip/flop/flip on his feelings for Felicity. The one thing that did irk me somewhat were some proofreading errors. But overall I liked this story and enjoyed reading it. It is a nice romance story with emotion.
I received a free ARC of this book in exchange for my honest review. My opinions are all my own.
Surprisingly different…
This trip to Liberty delivers a surprisingly different story-line… surrogacy. What makes someone become a surrogate or to be in the need of one? There are probably more reason that you could count. For this story, it’s really quite simple. Abe wants someone to carry on the family name and tradition of becoming a doctor. Felicity needs the money to keep her business open. Simple and straight forward….right! Attraction, chemistry and feelings were never supposed to enter into the equation. Add in the danger aspect, this IS Liberty after all, and you end up with a story that will keep you turning pages to the very end.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
This is really a wonderful story, the storyline is sweet and steamy, emotional and intriguing. Abe and Felicity have wonderful chemistry between them, their romance is a real rollercoaster of ups and downs. Loved it.
