I didn’t realize this was the second in a series when I started it. I liked it so much I already downloaded and read the first in the series and am going on to the next one in the series next. Very entertaining and interesting! 🙂
I enjoyed this book. The characters felt real and likable. The story held surprises that were within the realm of reality. Nobody is a perfect person – our heroine struggles with her insecurities and strengths. I would read another.
Great characters. Great story!
Not pleasant reading, did not finish it.
This is the second book I’ve read in this series, even though they could probably be stand alone books. I enjoy the characters and the situations are not far fetched. Good read.
Unusual plot. Likeable characters
Lots of fun characters, A breezy read,
This is the second one in the series and is a good read…..not quite as lively as her first. I read this one to see the way each person has changed from their first murder mystery…..it feels like this book is a set up for her third in the series. And I highly recommend the third as it is the best of the three as far as plot and just plain creepiness.
The plot here is okay and deals with mental illness and hoarders and illegal immigration. And Audrey becomes more involved with Sean, the cop, from the first book. It just didn’t hook me and I found the book a bit overly complicated. I say borrow it and catch up on everyone and go on and definitely by the third one!
