The Pacific Heights Moms & Tots Club is the most exclusive children’s playgroup in all of San Francisco. For the city’s ultra-competitive elite, the club’s ten annual spots are the ultimate parenting prize.
But not everyone is PHM&TC material. The club’s founder, Bettina Connaught Cross, adheres to strict membership rules: Moms only. No single parents or working mothers allowed. … allowed. Membership is an arduous commitment. And there’s no room in the club for scandal, bad behavior, or imperfection… from tots or their moms.
In a world of power and prestige, no one has more than Bettina. And as every mom in Pacific Heights knows, you simply cannot cross her. But this year’s admissions process is more rigorous than ever, pitting prospective members against each other to prove their mettle.
But four of the six candidates vying for the remaining four slots have a secret that would knock them out of the running. Jade is a former stripper and porn actress, who has been absent for most of her son’s life. Jillian’s husband cleaned out their joint accounts and left her for his pregnant assistant. Ally never even had a husband — just a sperm donor — and she’s hiding a high-ranking corporate job. And Lorna fears that her son may have special needs… just the excuse her sister-in-law, Bettina, needs to deny her entry to the club.
Can these hopeful moms keep up appearances long enough to outlast the competition? Or will their chances — and their private lives — go up in flames?

It was ok but not really my interest not
enough to read whole series
I think this may be the worst contemporary romance book, I have ever read. I don’t recommend this to anyone. And I bought Book 1 and Book 2. Will write a review on book 2 also.
Fun, light read
Predictable.
I read all of the Totlandia books while nursing my newborn baby… it might not be elevated literature, but I found it to be an easy and entertaining read.
Cute. I don’t care for cliff hangers at the end of books. I have read lots of books that stand alone with a fine ending that moved into a series. Not necessary just a “gotcha ya” and it doesn’t drive me to want to buy the next book. If the style of the author has it going I’m interested in other books but not because a story isn’t complete.
Stupid is more like it!
I just couldn’t get into this book, I really wanted to like it but couldn’t get excited about it.
Read the whole series of the Onsies.
Didn’t finish…..good grief too stupid to be in ink print let alone use bytes:-) jeeeez
I loved this story so much I read the next three books in the series and will eventually read all of them.
Cute story! It’s definitely a fist book in a series.. kinda leaves you hanging.. that’s what I gave it a 3 rating.. love a series but feel like it should have had a little bit more in the first book..
I enjoyed this book so much, I immediately bought Book 2 when I finished it!
There was no point to the story other than for you to purchase the next. It ended as a too be continued with no part of the story line completed.
The author tended to ramble at times but overall, I enjoyed the storyline.
I hated the way the author left us hanging, with no choice but to get the next book in the series to find out what was what.
A fun read!
ended too soon didn’t feel like it was really finished. fun reading though
A good light read
Cute book. Any parent that wants to give the world to their kids and feels like they just don’t measure up to the other parents will relate to this cute, light read.
