He’s my nemesis. My tormentor. A notorious criminal with a smoldering smile to mask the devil hidden beneath. Conniving. Threatening. Brutal. He stalks me from the shadows. Makes me itch to place him behind bars. But he has an offer I can’t refuse. A major risk with the perfect reward. I can’t let down my guard. Can’t be tempted to trust him. Not even when I begin to understand his corrupt … him.
Not even when I begin to understand his corrupt ways.
Because the only face the devil shows is the one he wants you to see.
And all I’m seeing is hunger.

I could not put this book down! Unpredictable, emotional and an absolute page turner, I gasped and talked out loud on more than one occasion. Torian had me wanting to strangle him at times but, in the end I fell a little in love.
Torian is book three of an absolutely amazing trilogy from Eden. I thought the other two books were incredibly well written but this one really surpasses them and follows on from the cliffhangers at the end of Decker the second book in the series.
Anissa is the hard headed FBI agent who is just waiting for Cole the son of the Torian Mafia boss to screw up so she can get him behind bars along with his Mafia Boss father Luther. Little does she know that as she is following Cole, he is also following her, but he has ulterior motives which are conflicting with his growing attraction to her.
Cole finally makes his move and Anissa finds herself trapped on a Greek Island against her will. So commences a battle of words and wills as Cole tries to justify his idea of justice for the bad guys against Anissa’s belief that the FBI’s justice is the right one. At the same both are trying to ignore the hot passion swirling around them. A truce is finally called resulting in some hot and steamy love scenes.
When Luther arrives on the he starts to test his son’s loyalty to his mafia family and Cole has to decide which side he is on, as well has how to protect Anissa from his father’s evil plans.
What follow is fast and furious and so well written that it is like watching a movie play out in your head. Absolutely impossible to put down. I am just wondering if the end was really the end as for me questions were left unanswered, so hopefully there will be another book in the series?
I have to say Eden does not disappoint! She has continued to blow me away with this series! Torian is a tough one to warm up to and Anissa I down right hated… at first. These two people are from different worlds so how can they even stand being in the same room? That’s definitely not an easy thing for these two! All I can say is this is a must read and it definitely leaves me wanting a lot more from all of these characters so Eden PLEASE write MORE books to add to this series!
This mafia style world that Eden had created is so great. I fell for Torian hook, line and sinker as they say. I thought the plot and twists were wonderful and the chemistry between a mafia boss and an FBI agent just hit the perverbial hot spot.
I hate what Coles family was involved in, but I love that he didn’t go along with it. His added torment of Annisa and this enemies to lovers story was just another great read in this series. I do know I need more and hope that’s coming next!
was lucky to get an ARC, but also bought it, so I could keep. Well, my honest review, Cole Torian is one hot Mafia bad boy, never sure where this story is going. The right person falls for the ultimate bad boy, yep nature/ chemistry does what it wants. Our hearts rule us, regardless of what we think we should do. All I can say is, Enjoy!
