Top 10 Tips for Happiness: Quick and Easy Ways to Create More Happiness in Your Life! was a great read by C.M. Love and Ann Omasta. This book gives eleven great tips that may be the secret to leading a happy life. I really enjoyed reading these tips and can’t wait to read more by the authors.

Not my usual book to read however, the 10 tips to happiness was the incentive to read the book. A few suggestions were new to me and some were common sense but were written in a different light. It is well written, short and the tips given in this book give you a perspective to your own happiness. I recommend reading this book. I received a free copy as an arc for an honest review of it.
I enjoyed reading this book. I loved reading the 10 realistic tips that were in here. Each one is very achievable, some of them are even reminders of all the things you have control over. I found myself smiling and eager to put some of the tips to the test. Enjoy!

Excellent reminders
Especially at almost 78 (or especially at being older) this reminder is much appreciated. Aging isn’t easy only inevitable and some of these tips will prove helpful. Thanks so much ladies!!

Ann Omasta and C. M. Love have put together 10 tips plus a bonus one that can help you have a happier life. I took two to the tips to incorporate into my life, first, focus on your personal mantra and second, live by the 1% rule. I have practiced these for a couple of weeks and found they have made a change in my attitude. I may work on trying a few others. I recommend this book. It doesn’t take long to read but it will take some changes in your daily routine.
We all need more happiness.
So, yeah. This is s pretty quick and common sense guide to let in more happiness into our lives.

Super Short But Well Written
This is a very short book, well under 10K words, that is bursting with what I would consider to be the authors’ personal paths to happiness. Some are very common while others are more unique. More typical ones include gratitude, mantras and affirmations, and aromatherapy. Some of the unusual ones include EFT (tapping) and making a vision board. More than 10 tips are offered here, both officially and unofficially. One bonus tip is officially listed in the index, but Tip #10 is actually a collection of several. Some tip sections are really short, with not much background or information given; others are considerably longer, and the authors even try to back up some of what they say with science. Each section has at least one actionable thing that you can do directly without further research, although to truly do most of these things properly, you most likely would need to read other books or check out some websites. In fact, some tips concepts do have a boatload of books out about them. While I wouldn’t call the book the be-all and end-all of happiness, it certainly gives you a few things to think about and even some places to start. The book is written in a very easily accessible style. If you have an interest in the topic, you might enjoy this uber-short read.

A new way to look at things. This is quite a charming little book that would give you many feel-good moments. Any book that can do that is one I will recommend. One of the most valuable insights it mentions is how we should see the positive side of any bad situation. The Emotional Freedom Technique is a useful tool to help get rid of negative emotions, however, the techniques to achieve it needs to be practiced and perfected. The book goes into nutritional aspects of healthy living with the role of antioxidants, aromatherapy with detailed information on the effects of the various essential oils. Meditation is not far from some of the techniques. Positive thinking, gratitude for the good things in our lives should be appreciated rather than taken for granted. The book encourages the reader to take charge and make positive changes like weight loss which derives it’s own health benefits. I would gladly recommend this book which is full of well-meaning, non-patronising advice that anyone could use. In our fast-paced, stressful lives, any help to bring a measure of inner peace is useful.

Although this isn’t my usual type of book, I really enjoyed reading this book and I learned what I believe to be a lot of useful ideas to implement in my own life and some ideas that I immediately passed on to members of my family. This book is very easy to read and isn’t all that long, but there is a lot packed into those few pages. I am truly thankful that I was asked to read an ARC of this book, otherwise I am afraid that I would have overlooked this gem and missed some valuable information.

What a list of powerful ideas designed to bring more happiness to anyone, some very creative, and some I’d never heard of before, like the tapping technique. There were actually more than ten ideas. I was especially glad to see the mention of intermittent fasting, which I have just started to do with my husband and it truly helps in a lot of ways. I highly recommend this book!
