A man with a painful past.Hunter Kogan is no stranger to pain. For the past five years, he has been in a downward spiral, his days dark and grey. He spends most of his waking hours stumbling through, hating every second, wishing he didn’t even exist. A woman with a secret.Danielle Davidson was born with a secret, one she knows should never get out. That very secret was what had her running from … what had her running from the only man she’s ever loved. But it seems someone has figured it out, and they want her dead because of it.
A man who can save them both.
Kye Sterling knows Hunter has a troubled past. He knows someone hurt the man, which is the very reason he doesn’t mind getting close, wanting to ease Hunter’s pain in the only way he knows how. Not that it’s working. Nothing seems to be working.
When Max Adorite comes to Sniper 1 Security seeking personal protection for his cousin Danielle, the world as Hunter and Kye know it will forever be changed.
Can the three of them figure out the threat to Dani before a madman gets his revenge? Can Hunter finally move out of the past and get the answers he so desperately needs? Or will he end up pushing away the two people who could pull him out of the darkness and into the light?
This is a full-length standalone novel that is part of the Sniper 1 Security series.

“Hunter had nailed that coffin shut a long damn time ago simply by being an asshole.”
Confession, the author had me with the first line of the synopsis, I can’t resist, ‘a man with a painful past.’ Broken bad boys are my weakness and when they are also alpha assholes, even better. Don’t get me wrong, Hunter has his reasons for both, but damn I wanted to throw my kindle at him so many times while reading this story. Nevertheless, he eventually won me over, and I was #TeamHunter and #TeamKye. Trust me, you won’t be able to choose between them either.
Another confession, this is my first book in the Sniper 1 Security series. I read Tomorrow’s Too Late as a standalone. And after meeting the amazing support characters I’m definitely going back to catch up later, I’m almost drooling with anticipation to get a closer look at Trace and RT’s stories. And then, there’s more of the #SexySecurityTeam to look forward to also. Hopefully, there will be many more books to come.
The author got my attention on the very first page, the prologue was panty melting, and every page thereafter had me chasing my hopes for how things would turn out for the characters I’d become so attached to. There was so much going on, good guys & bad guys, love and laughter, sadness and sweetness, trails leading to nowhere and secrets hiding in plain sight. I laughed, I cried, and I swooned. All I can say is I agree with Dani, “I need more.” The line forms here…
Tomorrow’s Too Late (Sniper 1 Security #3) was a good read by Nicole Edwards. Hunter Kogan is not a stranger to pain. He has been on a downward spiral for the past five years. Danielle Davidson has had secrets since her birth and knows that it should never get out. It is this secret that caused her to run from the only man she loved. Kyle Sterling knows Hunter has a troubled past that he won’t talk about. Max Adorite comes to Sniper 1 Security looking for personal protection for his cousin Danielle. I enjoyed reading this book and can’t wait to read more by the author.
*4,5 stars*
It’s been a while since I’ve read a book by Nicole Edwards. There’s a reason why she’s one of my favorite authors and I’m definitely not disappointed by this book. It’s a story where two people fall in love and may be going into an unconventional relationship but it ends up falling apart but who knows they may find their way back to each other.
Hunter and Danielle are set to be married but when Danielle doesn’t turn up, it turns Hunter’s world upside and he’s heartbroken. But there’s a reason why she walked away. Now years later she comes back with the hope that whatever they had can be mended but he won’t have anything to do with her and they lose track again. But now Danielle’s in danger and he won’t have any choice than to protect the woman he now hates, or does he?…
When Danielle meets Kye in an undercover project, there’s a chemistry between them that’s undeniable but in the end it’s not what it seems. And when they meet again it’ll be an eye-opener for both of them.
Will Danielle be safe from harm? And will Hunter, Danielle and Kye have a chance for happiness this time….?
It was great to visit the Sniper 1 Security series again.
This was Hunter Kogan’s story, and we finally got to see what happened with Danielle, his ex-fiance.
Danielle is back and in danger, so Hunter and another Sniper 1 agent, Kye, get the job of keeping her safe.
Loved reading this story.
These characters are some of my favorite yet, and that’s saying something considering I’ve read ALL of Nicole Edwards’ books and I’ve loved them all! I will be honest and say, I went in the book expecting to dislike Dani for what she’d done to Hunter. But once I got to know her and understand her, I totally changed my tune. She is brave and sweet and has a huge heart, full of love for Hunter and Kye.
Hunter, well Hunter is an asshole. But a lovable asshole. I understand that he was hurt and has his guard up so it doesn’t happen again. Doesn’t mean I liked the way he treated Kye. Because Kye was so perfect! Thank god they all found their groove and worked out their issues. Once they got together things got HOT and intense!
This book has a great deal of heat but it also had some great suspense and a wonderful storyline. Can’t wait to see which characters get their story told next.
4.5 stars for – Tomorrow’s Too Late – book 3 in the Sniper 1 Security series by Nicole Edwards. Three long years have passed since the last book in this series so to say I was excited when this one was announced was a bit of an understatement and it was a truly fantastic read that I devoured over the course of a day! Fans of Ms. Edwards know she pours her soul into these pages and most of her books top out at well over 350 pages so finishing her book in 24 hours is just a testament to how much her writing captivates and intrigues me every single time I pick one up. This is by far her most intricate series to date as well since it has characters showing up from all the other series she has written and while the first book was a M/F romance, the second was M/M and now this one is a MMF ménage so prepare yourself for one heck of a sinful seduction mixed with tons of danger and lots of mystery too.
Danielle Davidson is not the person anyone thought she was so five years ago when she ran out on the man she loved she had a very good reason to do so. The fact that he thinks she couldn’t handle his darker urges was just ridiculous considering she learned to crave that as much as he did in that short time she knew about them but she never had the chance to tell him as much. Now that Dani needs to tell her cousin the truth about everything and that she may need his help to keep herself safe is bringing her back to the one place she hasn’t been in five long years.
Kye Sterling watched his family crumble when his brother was murdered for being gay and has taken their overprotective tendencies in stride ever since. Never knowing what happened to him has always ate at him but he has learned to take everyday as a gift and never take it for granted so his “arrangement” with the one man that makes him feel something bothers him to no end. Being openly bisexual himself yet having to be someone’s dirty little secret is never something he planned on doing, nor will he accept it any longer regardless of his feelings for the stubborn fool of a man. Walking away from him was his only option but meeting her was the very last thing he ever planned on.
Hunter Kogan has always known he was different but kept part of himself closed off from his friends and family. Whether he feared he wouldn’t be accepted or worse that was private yet he let Dani in until she decided to walk away on their wedding day. Now five years have gone by and her cousin the dangerous and elusive Max Adorite wants to hire 24/7 protection for her and he knows he and Kye are the only men for the job. He is bound and determined to find out what exactly happened all those years ago and maybe have a little bit of fun along the way.
Nicole Edwards’ latest release’s title, Tomorrow’s Too Late, alludes to the idea of just how fragile and unpredictable life is; people aren’t guaranteed tomorrow, so if they’re stuck in the past, like Hunter Kogan, or running from a set of circumstances that doesn’t allow them to be in the present, like Danielle Davidson, then they just might lose out on the possibilities of today, and in Hunter and Danielle’s case that ‘possibility’ is one person – Kye Sterling – and everything he has to offer both of them.
There’s no other way to describe Hunter but as a broody asshole. Don’t get me wrong…I understand that Danielle broke him when she left all those years ago, and I knew it wouldn’t be easy for him to confront her or the past they shared, but there were times I wanted to shake him because he just wouldn’t or couldn’t see past what was done to him…he couldn’t open his heart or his mind to the possibility that there was a reasonable explanation for Danielle vanishing from his life and hurting him so badly. But I do feel like Nicole Edwards needed to portray Hunter this way because she truly illustrated just how much he lost of himself when he lost Danielle and the fact that it’s going to take time and patience in order for him to come around and truly allow Danielle to speak her piece and then hopefully move forward.
Hunter is stubborn and wants the person who hurt him to feel the exact same way, so I’m not surprised that some of the reviews I read discussed how much they disliked Hunter at the beginning of Tomorrow’s Too Late. It also didn’t shock me when Hunter took out his frustrations on Kye and Kye just readily took it because he was the only one who truly understood Hunter and everything that lies behind his alpha jerk demeanor. It doesn’t mean that Kye’s a pushover, though, because when Hunter keeps shoving, Kye does what needs to be done and after awhile, they both realize where they belong.
I feel like Kye is exactly who Hunter and Danielle needed to find some common ground, and while this threesome is definitely unconventional, the three of them together works and it also allows them to share their hearts and their bodies with the two people who will fight to the death to protect them.
There’s a lot to absorb and digest in Tomorrow’s Too Late, not only with the relationship that seems to be developing between Hunter, Kye, and Danielle, but also with the danger that Danielle is in, the reasons for her life being at risk, and the steps that her two lovers will go to in order to keep her right where she belongs. And, as these diverse plot lines progress, Nicole Edwards keeps readers guessing as well as on the edge of our seats as we attempt to figure out how everything is going to end up between the three main characters and if they’ll have to suffer anymore pain or regret to get to a place where they can all stop running from or dwelling on the past.
Tomorrow’s Too Late is an emotional and complicated journey for Hunter, Kye, and Danielle as well as the book’s readers, which works well for a Nicole Edwards’ story because she invests the time in developing her characters and the story line to illustrate just how significant the actions and words of her heroes and heroine are, and that is why I will always one-click stories by the Queen of menage!
4.5 Poison Apples
Total 4 1/2-star read for me!! I absolutely loved Tomorrow’s Too Late. I have been waiting a long time for Tomorrow’s Too Late, the 3rd book in the Sniper Security, and let me tell you, Nicole Edwards did not disappoint. This story, which focuses on Hunter Kogan, Danielle Davidson, and Kye Sterling, was one serious roller coaster of a ride. OMG!! There were plot twists within plot twists with this one. It was so well written. Tomorrow’s Too Late was filled with suspense, romance, mystery, and, of course, some seriously sexy times!! WHOA!! Let me just say that no one, and I mean, no one writes menage like Nicole Edwards!! Wow!!
Tomorrow’s Too Late will have you on the edge of your seat trying to guess what is going on here, and as to whether or not there will be a happily ever after, especially with two of these three characters having some serious issues from the past to workout. I must say that while reading the book I was not sure if Hunter and Dani would be able to mend their past. I mean leaving someone at the alter is a serious issue to overcome and move on from. Oh, and while I am on the topic of Hunter and Dani, let me just say these two were very challenging characters for me. OMG!! Hunter was a very bitter man, and to an extent I could totally understand where he was coming from, but he took his bitterness to the extreme and took it out on folks who did not deserve it at all. And Dani…WOW!! She knew what she knew and no one was going to stop her from acting on what she knew or what she thought she knew. She really needed to make amends for the things she had done in the past sooner, whether she had a good reason to them. Honestly, had Hunter and Dani learned the beauty and power of communication a lot sooner, a whole lot of their issues could have been cleared up so much faster. And that is why I love Ky so much…he made them face facts and communicate. Ky was exactly who these two needed. Ky is awesomely perfect!!!
Once again, Tomorrow’s Too Late is a great read and a great edition to the Sniper 1 Security series. And yes, all of our favorites from the series are back, so if you have been missing them have no fear, because they do make their appearances, and since, Nicole Edwards always enjoys a good crossover with her other books, you will get additional treats as well. Bravo on another superb book, Nicole Edwards. I cannot wait for the next installment in this series.
Tomorrow´s Too Late by the outstanding author Nicole Edwars is the 3. book in her Sniper 1 Security Series. The previous books are Wait for Morning and Never Say Never. Every book while somehow connected can easily be read as standalone.
Every time Nicole Edwards releasesa new book, I´m giddy to get my hands on it.
There are only a couple of authors who´s stories speak to me. And Nicole Edwards is one of them. I still remember reading the Alluring Indulgence Series and how I was blown away. I was sucked in and instantly a fan of the author’s writing. That was the beginning and I have never regretted it.
The book contains scorching hot alpha males, mm; mmf and mfm scenes- consider you warned- or not.
Hunter Kogan is a angry and bitter man. He´s the son of one of the Sniper 1 Security Companie´s founders. He has a painful past and lives a secret.
Danielle Davidson is a lonely woman. She has roots in the mob and is in hiding.
Kye Sterling is a member of Sniper 1 Security and works as Hunter´s partner.
How come these so different people together, – Nicole Edwards masterfully crafted a world with strong Alpha heroes, a determined heroine and twists and turns that kept me at the edge of my seat . I started reading and was hooked from chapter one. I read the book in one sitting because I couldn´t out it down – who needs sleep, right. And now I´m sitting here with a major book hangover and I want more. I know I´m greedy, but it seems I can´t get enough of these three characters.
I connected very easily with them – they had me hooked from the start – and that happens very often.
All in all is Tomorrow´s Too Late a nailbiting, nerve wrecking, scorching hot read and I give 5 stars.
Book 3 in the Sniper 1 Security Series and for me this is the best in the series Nicole Edwards has outdone herself with Hunter Kogan, Danielle Davidson and Kye Stirling’s story. The queen of Ménage has given us the most beautifully written love story but this book is not just about love it’s about 3 people finding themselves with the help of each other, it’s a journey that’s full of twists and turns and just when you think you have got it all worked out you get thrown another curveball.
Hunter is nursing a broken heart he is living in the past because he never found out why Dani disappeared from his life instead of marrying him. Kye works for Sniper 1 Security and he has made it his role in life to protect and try and make Hunter feel loved again and then we have Dani who walked away 5 years ago without even a goodbye and now she is back in the mix. Dani is part of the Adorite family and is in danger so when Max Andorite asks Sniper 1 for help it was always going to be Hunter who stepped up to protect her but can he protect his heart at the same time.
This book will have you sitting on the edge of your seat, your emotions will be all over the place, you will need the tissues handy, the chemistry between these 3 is sizzling and once you add in the mystery and suspense you get a must read book. I love this series and I’m looking forward to reading more from the gang at Sniper 1 Security.
5 Star Review Tomorrow’s Too Late (Sniper 1 Security Book 3) by Nicole Edwards
This is book three in the Sniper 1 Security series and I found it to be just as good as the first two. I would recommend that you read the previous books , so that you get a better understanding of the characters, their relationships and the company structure. However, having said that, it could be read as a stand alone.
I am so loving this series and I am thrilled she has decided to move into a different direction with these books. From chapter one, I was hooked and couldn’t put it down.
Hunter Kogan is a man living in the past. Shattered after Dani, the woman he was planning to marry, suddenly disappeared from his life, he has spiralled out of control.
Kye Sterling works for Sniper 1 Security and also has an interesting and challenging relationship with Hunter; he is there to ease Hunter’s pain in any way Hunter wants.
Fast forward 5 years and Danielle Davidson has suddenly returned, hiding a secret she knows should never be revealed. However, someone has found out her secret and Dani is in danger.
Dani’s cousin Max Adorite requests Hunter arrange personal protection for her, determined to keep her safe. Hunter and Kye partner up to protect Dani.
When trouble and danger rears it’s head will Hunter and Kye be able to keep Dani safe? The chemistry and attraction between Hunter and Dani still sizzles. Will they give in to their feelings or will Hunter’s anger about the past come between them? Where will this leave Kye, will Hunter push him aside or will they all come together? How much more can Kye take before he cracks?
This is Menage at it’s best, add in the suspense which is extremely well written and had me on the edge of my seat for the majority of the book and you will be riveted. Ms. Edwards wove so many twists and turns into the story, as well as the emotional roller coaster she puts us through that honestly I didn’t know whether to cry or yell.
When Hunter, Kye and Dani finally come together, it was scorchingly hot and oh so amazing. No-one does menage as well as Nicole Edwards.
I really loved Tomorrow’s Too Late and cannot wait to read more in this series. Well done, you have another winner on your hands.
Dani is Max Adorite’s cousin and was set to marry Hunter Kogan years ago but she left him at the alter. No one knew she was Max’s cousin until she returned. She has been hiding because she thinks someone’s out to kill her. Hunter works at Sniper 1 Security and has had a chip on his shoulder since Dani left and his partner was killed. Kye works at Sniper too and sometimes partners up with Hunter. They have been having an affair but Hunter just uses Kye for sex.
When Dani is shot at at Max’s club, Hunter and Kye take her to a safe house. Hunter is still holding a grudge against Dani but he also wants her between him and Kye. They leave the safe house and go to Hunter’s house which is a compound no one can’t get into. There they finally put their feelings out on the table and they haven’t been happier. But will it last or will someone take it all from them?
Have tissues nearby. Terrific story and characters who make you feel like you’re right there with them. Sex. Secrets. A love triangle. Suspense. M/M, M/F, M/F/M. I didn’t want to give too much away so sorry if it’s a little confusing. Just believe me it’s an awesome story.
