To The Rude Guy in Apartment Five,
I’m glad you’re happy to have moved into a new apartment, but no:
I do not want to have a beer with you.
I do not want to have a nude sleepover.
I do not want to make you breakfast, lunch or dinner, no matter how many lap dances you promise to give me.
I do not need you to serenade me through the walls at 1am.
And no, I have no interest in letting you take me … letting you take me on a date.
Sincerely,
Magnolia Allen
P.S. And no, I do not want to know how many accents you can growl in during
intimate moments. How is that even a thing?
P. P. S. Also, you will never find me standing naked in your living room ever
again, so please stop leaving lingerie packages on my welcome mat.

Jagger and Magnolia end up being neighbors in their apartment complex. The two share hilarious notes back and forth. The sexual tension is through the roof with them. Both characters are a little immature for their age but an enjoyable read.

Magnolia has moved to SF to start a life of her own after leaving her heart in New York. She also has a new neighbor who has taken up leaving notes on her door. Hes rude, funny and obnoxious. Little does she know hes also a blast from her past and her one crush. Jagger will do anything to win Magnolia back. She is the one that got away and who makes him feel like home. This book is filled with laughs and happy tears. Can not wait to read the next one with other characters from this one.

this is not the first book from this author i have read and it will not be the last i loved how it was connected to the other story and look forward to reading more
After 10 years the man she never wanted to see again moved into her apartment complex. Kingston Jagger Scott was the boy she always had a crush on but after a scandalous event she moved away never to return. Little does she know that Jag is there on a mission to make her his even if it means annoying her to do it. I really enjoyed this book.
To The Rude Guy in Apartment Five by J. S. liked this story. Jagger is from Magnolia’s past. I love the fact he sends these notes to her and their back and forth is hilarious. He keeps trying to bait her and then finally he comes face to face with her. She slams the door in his face and he laughs and brings her a coffee. The background story between these two is so crazy. Magnolia isn’t sure she can trust Jagger due to their past and she is sure he only wants her for sex. What if Jagger wants Magnolia for more? What if Magnolia can’t move past the event? What if these two stop speaking again? You have to read to find out what happens.
There were some editing mistakes (words where they shouldn’t be, incorrectly spelling) but the book was still a good read.
This is the story of Magnolia and Jagger. He’s loved her since they were kids and now he has a second chance. He lives in apartment #5 and she lives in #4. Pass a few naughty notes and now he’s got her attention. I enjoyed this fun, flirty, entertaining romance. I look forward to more of this series. Book #1 in The Inappropriate Bachelors series has Magnolia and Jagger.
They grew up together with her falling in love with him but he never knew how she felt.
When she tries to seduce him when she was eighteen and he was twenty it turned out terrible.
Ten years later she has moved to San Francisco from New York for a new start and her new neighbor in apartment starts leaving her messages in her door she does not know that it is Jagger.
He has been in love with her for years and now he is ready to get his woman.
This is a cute sexy book with some funny hot characters.
Fantastic story! Characters that will steal your heart. A storyline that keeps you on the edge of your seat and glued to your kindle! For me it was a love- hate deal as the characters face their demons. You will feel their emotions and struggles. A definite must read.
Super Hot and Funny
I really enjoyed reading this book. I believe it’s a start to a really good series of 5 wonderful ladies who got thrown together at a start up company. The dialogue was funny and entertaining. Those notes were BRILLIANT! The main characters (Magnolia and Jagger) chemistry was HOT. I love second chances and these two really earned a shot for love. Old hurts, misunderstandings finally came to light and they were able to have a forever after. Jagger was really cocky and arrogant but underneath it all he loved Magnolia and did whatever it took to get her back in his life. That was such a sweet moment when everything was put out there. So sweet. I loved this story and can’t wait for Jane’s story.

Must admit I got drawn into this so fast! Loved the notes the storyline sounded familiar? But really enjoyed this, great first book of the series, really likeable characters and leading so well onto the next book, can’t wait to read the series

This is Magnolia and Jagger’s story told with lots of laughs and flirting and note-passing. I had just read a story in this series that seemed almost the same pattern. But when you’re ready for a funny, crazy story, give this one a try.
Some of the story line is predictable, some not fleshed out as much as the reader would have liked. The notes were funny. The editing could have been tighter. But overall, it’s worth reading.
magnolia and jagger were in separate apartments pass notes from apartment 4 to apartment 5, were funny, and witty, This was very much a feel good story and I liked it

To the Rude Guy in Apartment Five by J.S. Cooper. This is a great enemies to lovers story with the main characters (Magnolia and Jagger) having a past it also creates a great second chance romance that had me enthralled with the witty banter, drama, charming plot, and great characters (main and side). Looking forward to reading next in series and recommend this author and book to others. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Absolutely, fantastic book that I could not put down once I started. The storyline is pure gold and the characters are written to perfection with arrogance, embarrassment, sassiness and love. I loved how everything was done with humor and the supporting characters add so much to the storyline, I can’t wait for each of them to be getting their own HEA.

This book had me giggling to myself all the way through from page 1!
The story starts as a series of jokey notes setting the scene and moves with good pace throughout with the back-story filled in for both main characters building to the inevitable ending. The two lead characters are sexy, funny, sassy, likeable and I wanted to be neighbours with them. Their sexual chemistry heats up the story as soon as they meet. The secondary characters are a perfect supporting cast who have their own books and I look forward to reading about Tate and Jane having read the taster.
The book is well written, from a first person point of view, and is a page turner from the start.
I loved this book and totally recommend that you read it xx

Hilarious read with two wonderful main characters and witty interaction between them. I voluntarily received this book for an honest review.
This is my first time reading anything from this author, I thought the blurb looked good and so I chose to read it. It’s over the top, funny read with both characters having chemistry for each other despite what one of them thinks or tries to convince herself.
