I had a hard time reading this because of the cover. I dont know why I let the cover influence or disturb me but i couldn’t get past it. It reminds me of a father and daughter. I think this is the first time i have experienced something like this. It bothered me so much i couldnt tell you if i liked the story.
fun read
I love the way that the author twisted the espionage and the romance together to make a storyline. Good read!!
I thought it was an excellent read and I want to read more of Margaret Watson’s books. I could hardly put it down until I finished reading it.
Loved it!
This is a relaxing, easy to read adventure. With the stress of modern day life, it is sometimes nice just to pick up a simple rewarding tale of love and excitement.
Okay, potential to be good, not great
This book was a good premise for a story bogged down with a whole lot of interior dialogue, a lot of things like, “it reflected across his/her face”, and a whole lot of saying not doing.
There was some action, but again, a whole lot of she feels this, and he feels that, and not a lot of telling…not sure how …
Good fast paced story with enough action to keep you engaged until the end
This was a very different story. Don’t want to give away the ending. Good read.
I couldn’t put it down. I had to keep reading to find out what happened next.
Very predicable, not much substance to story.
A typical romance book with a bit of danger.
It was a good read
Great story, lots of excitement and a happy ending–along with a surprise!
When Caine was given the job of rescuing his boss’s daughter from the small village of San Rafael because of a civil war, he didn’t hesitate to go. He had dated Lexie about a year earlier so he knew the girl well. She only cared about herself and having a good time. He couldn’t imagine what she was doing in a remote Mexican village. When he found …
Ultimately ended happily ever after. Enough action to keep book moving at a good speed. Hero came to the rescue.
Stubborn woman who won’t believe the danger she’s putting her baby in. Unrealistic travel situations, can’t be clean enough for a baby and it doesn’t even get diaper rash???
I’ve read same type of story
I may have liked this book but I stopped reading because of the cussing and offensive language
Didn’t finish. Once the H rescues the h, saving her from a drug lord desperate enough to send helicopters over a fifty mile stretch of jungle, the couple seem to lose track of time getting “reacquainted” every three pages. Didn’t seem believable on the run, and desperate to get out of the country quickly.
