To Marco (No, I’m not going to add Polo),Last night was a mistake. A big mistake. Or should I say small? I don’t want to hurt your ego. I should have listened to your sister. You’re insufferable and rude and far too cocky.Don’t worry. I won’t be telling anyone what happened because as far as I’m concerned it never did. Please stop calling me. I do not need to come and collect my bra from you. Or … bra from you. Or the t-shirt you lent me to sleep in when I got cold. And no, that one act doesn’t make you a gentleman. Far from it.
Also, I do not need to have your smell near me to fall asleep. In fact, your shirt does the opposite. It gives me nightmares.
Millie
P.S. No, I do not want a repeat of last night at my office. I don’t care if that’s your fantasy or not. Stop texting me your fantasies, by the way.
P.P.S. The texts I sent you this morning were drunk texts. I was still hungover. Do not construe them as anything else.
P.P.P.S. Could you have given me any more love bites? There was no need to “mark your territory” because I am not yours!

Millie is a down home girl , work and no play, but wants to find someone even if its a one night stand. Enter stage right Marco jane;s brother womanizer extraordinary . This was a book 3 of the inappropriate bachelor book series . I highly reccommend it

The book is a good romance read. The story has a good story line. The characters are good, and they have good chemistry.

J. S. Cooper as usual has given us a captivating strong, in-jaded female character and an equally strong, roguish, playboy male character who comes to realize that he has come to the end of sowing his wild oats.
Wow, what a great story. I loved it from start to finish, I couldn’t put it down. Marco is an arrogant, full of himself former baseball player who thinks he’s all that, then comes Millie who doesn’t take his crap. She puts him in his place in more ways then one. You will not be disappointed with this book. I loved these two, great chemistry. I can’t wait for the next book.
I voluntarily read an advance copy of this book for an honest review.
What do I enjoy about Cooper novels? It’s definitely the plot. It’s definitely the great dialogue. It’s definitely the wonderful characters. I always know I’m going to be thoroughly entertained.
Marco was definitely full of himself! I so enjoyed that Millie had him meeting his match! So much fun watching these two interact!
This series has been a great escape for me! Ms. Cooper, thank you!
I received an advanced reader copy, and this is my honest and voluntary review.
This series is awesome! I was ecstatic Millie was getting her story. After Millie watched her new co workers/friends find their true love she was hoping that someday she would find her prince charming. When Millie is at dinner and meets Marco the stage is set. You can feel the connection between them. Heat is inevitable with how they flirt. From the start this fiery red head kept him in his place! I loved their chemistry. This is a fun, sexy, page turner. Loved it and JS Cooper outdid herself.
Steamy story about an arrogant guy who meets his female match in more than one way…
One “nasty” incident could derail everything and it’s all his arrogant fault. Marco just doesn’t get it. He is so sure of himself yet somewhere inside there is the little boy who didn’t quite make it. His over-compensation tendencies make it hard for Millie to like him even though she is physically attracted to him.
Marco Garcia, over-confident former baseball star and player finds Millie a challenge. Millie from Iowa and new to San Fran won’t take his stuff. She has too much midwestern common sense. Who will win in this battle for body and emotion?
This was one steamy, humorous read within the female group working for the 800 Club. I’m looking forward to the stories about Olivia and Birdy. I volunteered to review an ARC of this book and it comes highly recommended. I give it 4.5 scintillating stars. Also, doesn’t that cover model make a perfect Marco?
This is a humorous story with Marco’s antics and being full of himself and feisty Millie putting him in his place. Their characters are strong and they have a hot and steamy connection. I had some laugh out loud moments with the vividly painted scenes and dialogue. It’s a well written book , moves fluidly and I loved reading. I would recommend this book.
I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book. All opinions in this review are my own and freely given.
If you’ve read the previous stories, you know Marco is Jane’s brother. Him and Millie have an immediate attraction to each other and their banter, flirting, and back and forth is hilarious. Marco is way to arrogant and I had a hard time warming up to him. I love the continued relationships between the girls and other characters. They’re fun. Marco and Millie’s relationship while fun and flirty and sexy, is not easy and it took a while for me to understand Marco and sort of like him. The situations keep getting better though and excited for the next book!
I received a copy of this book from the author to review.
This is the story of Millie and Marco. When they first meet it is a disaster as she overhears him make a comment about her sister. However even though he is talking about Jane Millie still feels this pull to Maeco that’s she cant make stop no matter how bad she wants to not feel that pull. Marco too feels this connection. He also thought it would be a thing he could get out of his system. These two are fighting it so hard that their subtle antic soon turn into so much more. I really loved this book. The characters. Their banter. It all adds to the experience and you wint be able to put the book down.
Great book! Loved Marco he has to be one of my favorite guys yet. This book has great characters and the chemistry is off the charts. This is funny and entertaining. This is part of a series but can be read as standalone. However, I suggest you read from the beginning.
I loved, loved, loved the story between Marco & Millie. They have been my favorite couple this far, out of all of the books J.S. Copper has wrote! Marco is a bad boy who only cares about himself and getting what he wants. Meanwhile, Millie is this innocent woman who doesn’t do one night stands or bad boys. When they meet, they instantly have a connection and the story takes you on a wild ride from there. Once I started reading, I could not stop!
Millie and Marco what a ride Marco is probably the apitamy of arrogant, self exsorbed bro man who gets by on his looks but his attitude to women is less then appealing there just a good time he has no desire to settle down why when theres so many lovely ladies out there. His good qualities he loves his family hes protective of his sister if a little over bearing shes engaged now and hes good at his job as a coach now that hes not playing in the major leagues anymore. Millie hasn’t had a relationship in over a year so shes in a bit of a dry spell she loves her job and her new friends in San Francisco but this thing with Marco could really cause problems hes a player she wants more hes only in town for awhile and well his sister Jane has warned her hes trouble no matter how sexy his smile is should she have just one hookup or live with regret and what if ‘s what I like so far about this series the guys are less then perfect even imature but you always see how they change and grow by the end. Plus the ladys they fall for always give as good as they get no wall flowers here.
This is my honest review and I purchased a copy as well as being allowed to read and advance copy via Booksprout.
Marco is a player who you grow to love. Millie tries her best to resist temptation. Does she give in? Can Marco change his player ways and stop messing everything up? You will fall in love with them! But also will be going crazy with some of situations Marco puts himself in! I received this book as an ARC for an honest review.
I just love this series. You need to read the books in order to get the most out of the series. This is Marco and Millie’s story. Marco is the ultimate player until Millie brings him to his knees. He is only in town for one weekend so Millie knows there can be no relationship. Marco is all about Marco and Millie has the backbone to stand up to his ways. This story is funny, enduring and a whole lot of heat. You will not be disappointed. I can’t wait for book 4.

Marco, were to even begin with this man! He is a player with a capital P! He pushed buttons and had me eye rolling so many times I thought I may get dizzy. Then there is Millie who is strong and confident, you not think these two would have that instant connection as Millie could see for what Marco is, yet like for most of us silly girl there is always that one guy! The banter between them flows but I would have liked to see Millie hold out and teach string Marco along a bit more but I think that is just the brattiness in me coming out. Marco soon sees of his players ways and comes around and grows.
This is the first book in the series for me and I’ll be checking the other ones out soon. I was given ACR for my honest review and would have given 5 stars but Marco “player” ways just had me on edge and it was a bit difficult to get into the book at first. Which in turns is credit to the author, J.S. Cooper, for portraying Marco and his player ways so well!
Marco and Millie are the third couple in this series and they did not disappoint. Millie is strong and fun yet she has a sweet side to her. Marco for all his faults (male ego) is a good guy who has been hurt. Their story keeps your rooting for them and their happily ever after. I enjoy watching them grow and learn each other. While also learning about themselves. As always it was great to see all the characters we have grown to love in this series. Can’t wait for more from the Inappropriate Bachelors!
Yes girl yes!! JS Cooper is amazing! I’ve loved this series from the start and I was so excited for Millie’s story and JS Cooper delivered! I will say that I was annoyed with Marco and his gigantic ego but Millie put him in his place at every turn and I loved every minute! All I can really say is that the player has met his match with Millie!! They do say that redheads have a very fiery personality and Millie is no exception.
I really enjoyed Marco and Millie’s story and loved watching Marco the ultimate bad boy player fall hard for a geeky girl. Definite page turner so have your glass of wine ready to go!
5 ++++ STARS for To My First & Last One Night Stand
ARC received from author in exchange for an honest review. Opinions expressed are my own & have not been influenced in any way.
WOW – holy hotness batman is the sizzling chemistry between Marco ( not to be finding Polo lol ) & Millie !!
This book is crazy good & I absolutely loved it … it can be read as a standalone in The Inappropriate Bachelors series but I highly recomend Book #1 To The Rude Guy in Apartment 5 ( Jagger & Magnolia’s story) & Book #2 To My Arrogant Boss ( Tate / Jane’s story ) All three of these books are fantastic with a few more in the series to come as well ..
Marco is a player – super hot & attractive doesn’t believe in girlfriends – one night is about the extent of his relationships. Retired from a baseball career due to an injury he is currently a high school coach in the LA area but is pursuing a coaching job @ the college level. He is in San Francisco to visit his sister Jane & her boyfriend for a week … warned by her not to “HIT ON” any of her single best friends.
Millie is out with Jane & her friends when she meets Marco for the first time and the sparks do nothing but fly between these two – it’s like a constant under current of electricity. Against her better judgment she sleeps with Marco & there begins what appears to be a one sided relationship between someone looking for a serious boyfriend / true love & someone that seems to be just a “player”. In fact Marco has some pretty crass ideas about the opposite sex.
The dialog was super funny thru out – here is just one dialog exchange when Jane delivers to Marco a letter from Millie telling him to stay away from her :
P.P.S. The text I sent you this morning was a drunk text. I was still hungover. Do not construe it as anything else …
P.P.P.S. Could you have given me any more love bites ? There was no need to “mark your territory” because I am not yours !!!!
Then there is the mistaken “panty ” handoff … BIG MISTAKE on Marco’s end …
Just when Marco realizes he has fallen in love – he knows he has also totally screwed up – will Millie kick him to the curb ? Can’t say here but there is one heck of a HEA.
Fantastic book – read in one sitting – loved it !!!
I really enjoyed this book! I was anticipating the story between Millie and Marco and was not disappointed! I also liked hearing more about Magnolia’s and Jane’s characters.
There was quite a bit of character growth from Marco and I’d love to hear more about their story in another book!
