OMG where do I begin with this review…. It was amazing I mean there was so much going on and I could not put the book down because every time I thought the story was slowing down and we were going to get our answers the story would kick up and things would start to happen that had me on the edge of my seat.
Tristan is out of exile and has it all. He has Ariel and he has his crown but there are things that are going on that puts everyone in danger. Tristan has a killer on his trail and he has no idea who it is and why they want to kill him. Plus the kingdom wants him away from the crown because he is tarnished and so they are trying to take his crown from him. Plus he is keeping secrets from Ariel that just might destroy them as a couple.
What is going to happen to Ariel and Tristan? Will Tristan keep his crown? Will the killer come for him?
I love all the characters in this world! They’re all so great, and so entertaining. The end of Tristan and Ariel’s story did not disappoint. It was full of crazy twists and turns and plenty of drama, along with lots of heat. I’d recommend this duet.
I enjoyed this conclusion to Ariel and Tristan’s story. The twists and turns were exciting to read. I loved their second chance at love in this story. This was a well-written, exciting adventure with these characters. I loved getting to know some information on other characters in the book. This story pushed so many different emotions and I enjoyed the journey.
I absolutely loved this book. I was happy one minute and crying the next. I definitely had a few “uh oh” moments. The characters Tristan and Ariel work so well together. I love them.
Tristan is being guarded by Ariel. She is a Kings Knight. She has also worked in the Royal Guard. Someone is out to kill Tristan and Ariel is on a mission to find out who it is. Ariel has to keep an eye on Tristan. That’s easy enough considering they are in a realationship.Tristan has a secret that Ariel and his family need to know about. Ariel thinks she knows who is out to kill Tristan. But new information comes to light, that none of them see coming. Can Ariel and her team find out who is trying to kill Tristan before it’s to late? Will Tristan finally tell his secret after all these years?
Nana Malone has done it again. Her writing style is so good, it’s like you’re there in the book. This book had romance, heat, mystery and intrigue. I’m looking forward to the next one.
The conclusion of Tristan & Ariel!!
Loved this so much.
1) intrigue is in abundance
2) some of these characters are not like the other
3) heat factor *fans self*
4) HEA
5) pennnnny! Sebastian!!! Yes. More please.
Good over throws even!
Nana Malone
What a wonderful conclusion to Tristan and Ariel’s story. Nana Malone did not disappoint in her twist, turns and shocking moments that made each page unable to be the last. Read this book in one shot because I just needed to know more. Nice thing about this story is that you get many answers to things you were wanting or should I say needing to know. I was impressed by the story and the characters will be definitely remembered. Looking forward to what is to come in the next one!!
This book is an intoxicating continuation of the story that began in Return of the Prince. I loved being swept back to the idyllic Winston Isles with Ariel and Tristan. They continue to deal with on going conspiracies, secrets, and all encompassing emotions, all while the pair continue to revitalize their relationship. I enjoyed the chemistry of Tristan and Ariel, the strong presence of Team Winston Isles and the indomitable spirit of Ariel and Penny. I appreciate that the author’s female characters are strong and self reliant, sustaining their relationships with love and courage.
Explosive conclusion to a nail biting duet. Nana Malone does it again with intrigue, secrets and romance.
Who in the world is trying to kill Prince Tristan? The obvious choice is too obvious. The reveal is gamey. And the reason is beyond belief. And yet, it was as entertaining as ever and worth the wait.
Now that all of the secrets have been revealed, what will happen next? Were all of the secrets revealed? Maybe. Maybe not. Only time will tell who else is holding on to them.
Once again another that I just couldn’t put down. The characters were great and the development was there. Pace was perfect with a great balance of action and romance! I have yet to be let down by this author. Love me some snark!
The love story of Ariel and Tristan that began in Return of the Prince continues in To Love A Prince. After ten years they have finally found their way back to each other but their happy ever after is still on hold. There is still a threat against Tristan, and they need to find out who is behind it and why before it is too late.
Tristan wants to protect Ariel however she and Penny have been providing security for the royals for years and are not about to just step back and let others handle the situation when they believe they are the most capable.
Full of twists, heat, suspense and surprises it was great to not only watch Ariel and Tristan’s story unfold but to catch up with the other royals we know and love as well.
Rating: 4.5 Stars
Tristan Winston starts us off where Return of the Prince left off. Ariel Scott is looking for some reassurance. Sebastian and his wife, Penny, play an important role in this book – and we’re lucky enough to get to hear their point of view. In the previous book, Ella had somewhat of a role but in this book she gives me that “I will not be ignored” vibe.
If you still haven’t had a chance to read Sebastian and Penny’s story, I’m going to suggest you start there first. Otherwise, it may seem as if you’re reading toward the end of their story and if you like/love this author you know you’re going to have a good time catching up.
I loved the suspense here. It kept my attention and had me wanting to know how things were going to turn out. There was a man here who seemed to have something against Tristan. I wanted to see if the man got any answers but I can say for certainty that he was not a likeable fellow. Ariel still shows how impressive she can be when it comes to her job. For me it was all the suspense that drew me in but watching our couples trying to have a life while all that was going on is what kept me turning the page. Then we have an ending that left me wondering if I just witnessed the beginning of the next series.
I was not compensated nor was I required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own.
To Love a Prince is book 2 in the The Prince Duet by Nana Malone. Picking up right where Return of The Prince leaves off. This is the conclusion to Ariel & Tristan’s story. It’s chopped full of twists. Surprises and suspense. I LOVED everything about Ariel and Tristan’s story. Plus we get to catch up with all the other royals, especially my favorite couple Sebastian and Penny!
Ariel is a fierce woman, and Tristan finds out how far she is willing to go for those she loves.
Ariel finds out what’s going in with Tristan, who is behind the lies and deception swirling around the Royal Guard, and of her and some unlikely allies save the day. During the process, she drags Penny into her investigation and King Sebastian is not happy at all. Penny and Ariel push back against their men, showing them how strong their bond is as friends, and how tough these two woman really can be.
Nana has built a word full of engaging characters with this series, and the ending opens the door for more stories to be told.

This book picks up where Book 1 leaves off with Ariel back in Tristan’s arms after a 10 year long separation, although with a lot of questions still unanswered. I will admit I was a little curious about Ella. Even though Tristan and Ella had a fake engagement, it didn’t make it any easier when Tristan told Ella that she was finally free. Who wouldn’t fall for a hot, athletic prince?! Why did she get so upset when Tristan said she could be free to move on? Then there was Ian – Another hot, athletic male. Why was he so stuck on being “friends” with Ariel.
Of course, let’s not forget Tristan’s brother who’s in a plush jail cell still tormenting them. What’s his end game?
This book had everything that you’d want in a Nana Malone book – hot guys, fun loving royalty, hijinx from the best friends (Ariel and the queen, Penny) and suspense. It was great to see all the characters coming together! This book really had it all and kept me wanting more. I love Nana Malone and this royal family and friends!
Ariel and Tristan have finally managed to get together. Now they just have to keep Tristan alive so they can stay together!
Dang, there were so many twists and turns and surprises in how the conclusion to their story played out. I never in a million years suspected who the main villain was, he was slick and sneaky, that’s for sure. But onto the best part – Ariel and Tristan. These two have got a royal love for the ages, and I love how intense their feelings are, how much they truly love each other. And I love that of the two, Ariel is the fierce one – the Guard to the very end. She is by far my favorite character in this ever expanding, awesome royal world the author has created. And Tristan is every bit her equal – sweet, funny, and loving and happy to be with the woman he loves, and happy to be back home with his family.
If you have been reading Ariel and Tristan’s story, you will absolutely be thrilled with the conclusion. It’s got it all – suspense, intrigue, action, and more than its fair share of passion and heart. And that little tease of Zia’s story with whoever the ungrateful but sexy Gray Eyes is, whew! Can’t wait for more royals!
This is the second book, and the conclusion of The Prince Duet. I love this second chance to love! The storyline is suspenseful, intriguing, sexy and fun. I love how all the characters work together in this book. Ariel and Tristan are my favorite characters/duet in this Royal Series. Now, I can’t wait for the next book in the Series, Zia’s story.
How sexy is that cover?
When you start The Prince Duet you will not be able to put it down. Especially now that we have the conclusion, To Love a Prince. Ariel and Tristan’s story was one I didn’t know I needed until I read it. The challenges, danger and suspense they face is nothing compared to the fight they face for their love. I have loved Ariel & Penny’s relationship for a long time, and we are treated to more of their best friend relationship. Ms. Malone has written many Royal duets and each set gets better and better. Even though, other characters from previous stories are included, Ariel is one we met previously as well, and I was so anxious to hear her story. This couple will heat up your kindle and you won’t be able to put it down until you read the last page.
Aww, the conclusion to the duet was everything I had hoped for and come to expect from the author. Lots of steam, a bit of temper, alpha guys and strong ladies are a few of the high points of this story. Tristan and Ariel have been apart for a number of years and this brings them back together again for good – we hope. With both of their families’ misdeeds directing who they are and where they can go, they can finally get some answers to the questions of who is out to kill Tristan and get him back to his rightful place with Ariel.
I received an ARC from the author for an honest and unbiased review. No compensation was promised or received for this review.
To Love A Prince is the second book in the Prince Duet and the conclusion to Tristian and Ariel’s story. We have met them both in the earlier books and you could tell that their story was one that would be enjoyed!
Nana Malone knows how to write a story with the perfect combination of royalty, love and intrigue that will keep you glued to the pages. Ariel, like many of her other female characters, is strong, feisty, and a protector. Her job is to keep the Prince safe but he doesn’t like her putting herself in danger. Having these strong, alpha men realize that the women can take care of themselves is definitely a challenge for them, yet they still like their women to have a backbone and not bow down to a challenge. Ariel is certainly not what he expected but she definitely keeps life interesting and maybe that is why he is so drawn to her.
I love all of these royals and you can meet them all in her previous Royals series and they are all definitely worth checking out!
To Love a Prince… Count me in!
Nana Malone is a Royals RockStar!
While every duet in this series, leaves you in love with the characters and relieved after they have overcome the struggles that caused them pain & often times joy. We have anticipated the story of Ariel from the beginning.
The conclusion to this tale brought out the feelings… As usual, part 1 of the deut lays down the ground work for an EPIC conclusion. An ending that Ms Malone likes to keep us guessing about! No tricks needed, EVER, to keep us intrigued about the royals!
Ariel is working on keeping Tristan safe (while he is trying to keep her safe!) But to make matters worse, Penny is helping her friend with the plan! This doesn’t sit well with the King, so now you have him in the mix as well.
It is always a wonderful time when the King & Queen are in the story, and while they help Ariel and Tristan get to the bottom of things, they are showing the world who they are becoming.
Tristan and Ariel have known and loved each other for a long time. They have to learn about themselves while making sure that love doesn’t block or impair their ability to look after the other… Easier said than done, but it allows for them to make this story even more explosive!
Don’t think you know it all because Ms Malone will make sure to surprise you! And I can’t wait to read the next set of surprises!
