I just love the swamp heads. I hate to see this series come to an end. But who knows, maybe they will pop up here and there down the road, I sure hope so. Ms. Schmidt has given us a very well written, exciting conclusion with the last two brothers, Earle and Roscoe. If you’ve kept up with the story, the family believes you’ll know you “one and only” at first glance. Earle is anxiously waiting to find that kind of connection like his siblings and parents have. As for Roscoe, the mysterious brother who works for the government, he just wants to do his time and find a place near his family and be left alone.
Earle and Roscoe’s stories overlap, which I am sure is why Ms. Schmidt decided to give us their stories in a single duet release. The stories are full of laughter, suspense and of course romance. They are very well written and will keep you on your toes and smiling throughout. You can’t help but feel like your right there watching the action in person as these heartfelt storylines unfold. I don’t do spoilers so I’ll simple say grab this one up.. You won’t regret it
While all the swamp head books can be read as standalones, I strongly suggest you read them in order. They are all insta-loves and each book, while connected to the swamp and family, are written in their own genre. This is just a great series with characters you’ll simply fall in love and laugh with. Kudo’s Ms. Schmidt for an awesome conclusion to this crazy swamp families story/series. 2 Thumbs Up and 5 stars.
I’ve loved this series since the beginning and it’s bittersweet that it’s coming to an end. To Live is Savvy and Earle’s story. Sent away because of threats in her life, Savvy goes to the one person she knows she can trust.
To Love is Roscoe and Febe’s book and we finally get a look at the mysterious brother who has always lived in the shadows. That is until Febe enters his life and throws it a curveball. I hope everyone shots this series like I have. I’m so glad I got to know these amazing siblings.
