Can a sassy, fiery dragon and a smokin’-hot dragon slayer have a happily ever after?★★★★★ “Laugh out loud funny, sexy, highly imaginative, and grippingly suspenseful!” ~Jeanne S (Five-star Amazon Review) Theresa Nichols is so over being stuck in dragon form. Two centuries of being trapped indoors because society can’t handle a dragon is two centuries too many…especially when it means she’s about … when it means she’s about to miss out on her one chance for love. Desperation sends Theresa to make a deal with her reluctant bestie’s boss, who happens to be the leader of hell. Totally worth risking your eternal soul to get your life back, right?
Except once Theresa goes human, everything falls apart.
The dangerous badboy she’s kinda falling for turns out to be an ex-dragon slayer, her ex-lover from a couple centuries ago is stalking her, and there’s a team of active dragon slayers hunting her down.
When private detective and reformed dragon slayer Zeke Siccardi realizes that he’s inadvertently set two sets of assassins on Theresa’s tail, he’s determined to make it right, no matter how badly she wants him out of her life.
There’s no chance for a dragon and a dragon slayer to make a relationship work, right? But when the stakes involve murder, eternal love, and the fate of dragons everywhere, Theresa and Zeke can’t afford not to team up.
But will their deadly attraction destroy them before they can save Theresa’s life and Zeke’s soul? It might…but it’s so hot between them that it might almost be worth it.

She’s spent the last two centuries trapped indoors and Theresa Nichols is so over being stuck in dragon form, especially since she’s about to miss out on her one chance for love. So makes she a deal with Satan and she’s finally human, only everything starts to fall apart…the man she’s falling for is an ex-dragon slayer, her ex-lover from a couple centuries ago is stalking her and there’s a team of active dragon slayers hunting her down. Not only is there no chance for a dragon and a dragon slayer to make a relationship work but there’s no way she can protect the Goblet of Eternal Youth.
The second book in the ‘Immortally Cursed’ series is as bright, funny and vividly passionate as the first but it also puts new meaning to the song “Crazy Thing Called Love!” It’s crazy, its zany, its super feisty and so energetic that keeps readers holding on the edge of their seat from beginning to end. The chemistry between Theresa and Zeke is electrical which keeps the pages singing with sparks and passion but this relationship is hits the rocks from the very first ‘in the flesh’ meeting and only gets more feisty and explosive from there.
The plot is fast paced and full of non-stop action, excitement and laughs that keeps readers in stitches even while they bite their nails in suspense of just what will happen next. A whole host of wonderfully different, uniquely charming characters ensures that the readers can really get involved in the story and with stunning twists, fun and quirky elements, vivid imagery, this story is a diabolical delight.
This is an extremely well-written adult adventure featuring Theresa, who has been stuck in dragon form (and therefore had to stay indoors undercover) for two hundred (or one hundred eighty: the logistics are a little fudgy) years. It can be read in a weekend if nothing interferes with your reading. I read an ARC and this voluntary review is my own opinion.
No spoilers of any kind included!
So this is all I’m going to say about this book and that is I absolutely loved it!
I think S.A. Bayne aka Stephanie Rowe is definitely an amazing story weaving genius because of the awesome characters and realities she creates, she always leaves me wanting and needing more at the end of every book of hers I read.
So it’s going to be a big YES I most definitely do recommend this book because I thought it was fantastic!
I received an ARC copy of this book for an honest review.
This book is fantastic, fast paced from the start and doesn’t stop until the end.
The sassy Theresa is funny, witty and a strong female woman/dragon. Who unwittingly cybersexes a dragon slayer
Who then leads some assassins her way. As you can see this is only some of what happens throughout the book, throw Satan and the Gobet of Eternal Youth into the mix and you have a page turner on your hands.
This series of book’s are definitely worth reading and are books that I would absolutely recommend
Theresa and Zeke’s story is an opposites attract and are better off for it kind of story. I found this book enjoyable but a little too comical for me. This is a very lighthearted story that reads quickly. I really enjoyed the characters and plot and am looking forward to the next book.
Funtastic Read!
Fun, lighthearted read, that surprisingly addresses a few deep character issues well. I love how the author has her characters grow while still retaining the breezy tone of the book.
Theresa and Zeke are anything but perfect. Yet they are perfectly suited for each other. The fact that she’s a dragon and he’s a dragon slayer might make their relationship a bit problematic, but it also makes it entertaining.
One of my favorite side characters from this series is Becca Gibbs. Theresa interacts with her a lot in this book. They could almost be considered friends, just don’t tell them that. I hope to see a book for Becca in the future. She is only one of the quirky, yet deadly characters that make Theresa’s life interesting.
The action is pretty much nonstop, yet still manages to be balanced with humor, sizzling lust, and a few sappy feelings that made my heart go pitter-patter.
I voluntarily reviewed this advanced reader’s copy of this book. I recommend this book to anyone who loves a fun paranormal romantic adventure. I know I’ll be lined up waiting for book three.
I received an ARC for my honest review.
I truly enjoyed this book. To have a book that just makes me laugh and smile the whole time I am reading it is such a joy. Everything about this series and this book is a joy to read. Its the pick me up feel good that will put you in a happy mood. S.A. Bayne is becoming one of favorite authors to read because of how good I feel when reading her books.
I have come to run into the next one from this author they are so delightful. They have captivated me the characters in any given one I read from this author. In this one two of the most unlikely get together for maybe a likely. Theresa and Zeke take you on this all around read you go into it disappearing for a good while. You are given a mystery, romance and humor you are guaranteed to eat it up as fast as you can. At times they will have you racing even to see what is around the corner. This just gets better and better.
Theresa is an absolute blast! I think Iris said it correctly, when she said she was proud that T was growing up and taking responsibility. She has been the humor release to all of the bad scenes in the earlier books. This book is hers and she owns it! She finds 6 ways to trouble and manages to solve it all. This book definitely kept her on her toes.. and me too. Loved the action as much as the characters and the story.
I wish I could give this book more that five stars! Theresa and Zeke are my favorite couple ever! I have enjoyed these books. They make me cry and laugh sometimes at the same time! Lol I truly did love Zeke! He was broody and sexy. He truly felt he did not deserve happiness. Theresa had always been herself, but she felt like no one really cared about her. Together they made the perfect couple. This author truly is talented. The worlds she creates are so imaginative. Seriously, you need to read her books!
I have really enjoyed every book I’ve read by this author, and this latest is no exception. I loved Theresa from the moment she was introduced, and her getting her own book is fabulous. Zeke has a great personality that works really well with Theresa’s. They actually made a great couple, and their path to couplehood was really fun to watch. I did feel that the book went on a tad too long, and the conclusion was a tad too fast. However, this wasn’t a deal breaker as the writing, plot, and characters were just so much fun. Highly recommend this book, and I received a complimentary copy which I voluntarily reviewed.
Theresa, T, is on a probationary period as a Guardian for Mona. You remember Mona, right? Intrepid magic user, turned into goblet which grants immortality? If not, try to keep up, it only gets weirder from here!
T is just a great big ball of rage, wrapped up in a smoking hot dragon body, her human self eluding her since she drank from Mona. But a certain homicidal, egotistical ex is making waves and trying off T, so forgive the girl for being a tad cranky.
Zeke is the master of finding missing persons. But when he is ut on T’s case, he realises that it’s not so much a family estrangement as world domination that is in the offing! He’s trying to put his former life as a slayer behind him, but his pheromones and T’s flames? Well, they are like a lighter and gasoline!
Mona almost steals the show as a shapeshifting coffee machine. Satan returns with some hinky dealings and T tries to show the Council that she has what it takes to be a Guardian. Pity the whole cybersex games she has with Zeke may just compromise both of their sanity’s!
Switch off the brain, engage the imagination and go along for the homicidal hayride!
This is a great second book in the series. This is a great story with great characters. I really enjoyed reading this book and didn’t want to put it down. This is a great read.
This is a well written book with an entertaining paranormal romance between Theresa and Zeke who have a hot chemistry together. The author brings tons of humor making this a fun read. I enjoyed watching them come together and loved the ending. I would recommend this book.
I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book. All opinions in this review are my own and freely given.
I loved this book! Theresa is hilarious! I mean she’s a dragon that wears crop tops! There was a lot of action mixed in with a great romance between Theresa and Zeke. Zeke was quite an interesting character; how he wanted to redeem himself from a His past. The world building is fun and fresh. And, of course it is always great to visit with the zany Satan! Hers to hoping that the other characters will get their own stories.
WOW!!! I have so long been waiting for this Author to start writing and look at her go this is book 2 and I do love it .
T and Zeke are so very right for each other and so very wrong that they make me smile . They make you want to punch them ! aww They even made me want to jump into the book and shake the ever loving mess out of them .
I love all this book has to offer. I love that T has to start taking charge of her life and stand up for what she knows is her responsibility. Its just great to watch someone grow before your eyes. Zeke well he is a big pile of hot mess that I wanted to blow smoke on him myself . lol I think they are great for each other like I said and I cant wait for the next book to come out .
Anyhoo I personally loved this book and feel you should read it .
Dont forget to get book 1 Immortally Cursed .

About the Author: S.A. Bayne is a gift to the universe, at least according to her dogs, and everyone knows dogs are world-class judges of people. She was taught to play by the rules, but after suffering numerous apoplectic breakdowns, she realized that she had to ditch the rules, figure out her own way to live, and then turn that into a high-octane, irreverent, unpredictable-as-hell, paranormal romance that will make your day so much better just by reading it. And yes, she is also New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Stephanie Rowe, winner of the 2018 RITA® Award for Best Paranormal Romance. Because she’s nifty like that.
This is a NON-SPOILER REVIEW. Curse Of The Dragon by S.A. Bayne is the second book in the Immortally Cursed series. I really enjoyed Theresa and Zeke’s story. This book should definitely carry a LOL warning! The characters are crazy likeable, the story line is well thought out and the character interactions will leave you holding your sides from laughing. We once again are gifted a glimpse into Satan’s domain, we learn more about Becca and let’s not forget…. MONA! This addictively sweet and spicy read (Mature Readers Please) offers a plethora of cringe worthy situations, sexy slayers and yep, a dragon. Prepare to be entertained!
