I love the idea of older characters and the humor in this story. Headstrong but lovable Olivia and sweet, romantic Nathaniel. It was a fast read.
Great read…. fun and enjoyable
Loved it. I love this period but many of the novels are so forced they aren’t believable. This novel got the period, setting, emotions just right. She is one of my favorite characters. The romance is a little more graphic that I think it needed to be but it didn’t ruin the story at least not enough to change my rating or stop me from reading to …
One of my favorite reads. The main character was her own woman when it was frowned upon.
Charming and entertaining.
Story and character development wasn’t too bad…. Easy to read and entertaining. Did delete it after I was finished…. Just wasn’t a book I would ever read again. Overall, not bad.
imperfect characters made it more interesting.
Read this book twice so good!!
Not what I expected
A nice escape into a historical romance. Well developed characters.
Likable characters. Good dialogue
It was a very interesting take on the Romance genre.
Cute story, although It is a bit sexually graphic (my reason for the 4 star instead of 5). Very entertaining and I read it all in one day.
I enjoyed it.
