TNT is book 23 in the Reed Security series and it is suggested they be read in order.TonyAfter walking into my girlfriend’s house and finding her murdered, I’m really struggling to get back to normal. Everyone’s looking at me like I’m damaged, but they don’t know the truth. And when they find out, they’ll never look at me the same again. But a one night stand changes everything. Suddenly, … everything. Suddenly, everyone at Reed Security is trying to set me up with this crazy woman that can’t cook, shows up at my work, and call me at all hours of the night. I don’t want to hurt her, because she’s so nice, but how long is a man supposed to go along with a crazy person that thinks there’s a relationship where there isn’t one?
Molly
After meeting Tony at The Pub one night, I know without a doubt that he’s the man for me. He’s everything I’ve been waiting for, and I’m not going to let this opportunity slip through my fingers. I know that he’s slightly damaged and dealing with a lot, but with a little encouragement from Tony’s teammates, I refuse to let him push me away. I have a whole arsenal of tips and tricks that my momma taught me, and with the help of my best friend, there’s no way I’ll fail. Now I just have to make Tony see that what we have is forever.
“Uh…you know, this isn’t working,” I said briskly.
She tilted her head, all cute like and looked at me in confusion. “What do you mean?”
“Us…whatever this is. It’s not going to work. You’re nice and all, but it’s just not working.”
I waited for the tears and the drop of her face. I braced myself for the yelling and name-calling. But no matter how much I steeled myself for her reaction, I just wasn’t ready for what she actually said.
“Hmmm. Well, I appreciate your input, but I think it’s going good. Pop tarts?”
“What?”
“I’m sticking some in the toaster. Want some?”
I blinked several times, shook my head, and even slapped my own face, but nothing changed. She was still standing in front of me, asking me if I wanted f#@king pop tarts after I just broke up with her. She actually refused to break up with me. Could that really happen? Did I not get a say in this? And if so, was I destined to just be with her for the rest of my life? I’d never been in this position before. I’d never had a woman refuse to let me break up with her. What was the protocol for this? Did I just go along with it? Maybe I should just not return her calls. Of course, that hadn’t really worked so far. She always showed up, with food.
“Honey?” She quirked her head to the side and smiled sweetly at me. “Pop tarts?”
Shaking my head, I tried again. “I’m serious, Molly. I’m breaking up with you. I don’t want to be with you anymore. It’s been fun, but let’s just end this now.”
“I hear you. I really do, and while I think you make some not very valid points, I’m going to pretend like what you said makes total sense. But we’re not breaking up. You’re just freaking out and you want to end this before it gets too real. I get it, but we’re still not breaking up.”

I was excited to read this book. I knew that it would take a special woman to capture the heart of Tony Tacos and Moly was perfect. I always enjoy reading about the Reed Security group. The characters are vibrant and lively. The scene are so crisp I can picture them as I am reading. The story lines are unique. I laughed at the antics of both the men and women.

TNT is right! Totally explosive hit! I was not entirely on board with Molly’s character at the very beginning, but just like she did in the book she just ran me right over! I was captivated by her kindness and warmth. And in the end she showed so grit too. I thought she might be a pushover but really she just loved SO extremely that it shows great strength. When Tony really struggled she really pulled him from the cliff.
Tony was a very different character from other books here. He wasnt his typical joker self. He showed much more depth than we have seen from him previously. Their rollercoaster of a relationship was really interesting. And when he really remembers it was really amazing how it all really came together. As usual the guys were crazy funny. Never a dull moment. And the “creamsicle” was priceless.
I’m sure that I didn’t laugh hard like this in a long time.
He is Red Security guy. We meet Tony in previous book as secondary character.
Ex- military,no nonsense approach and apparently doesn’t know how to deal with women..
She is the woman you may describe as hippie and klutz. She has one talent, she can burn everything in the kitchen.
But she is sweet, trusty and know that Tony is the man for her since the time she saw him in the bar.
It did take some time for TNT/ Anthony/ to realize the feelings he has for her and admit this. It was close call and he almost lost her.
Of course,we have all old crew from RS “helping”
Enjoy reading

Another hit by Giulia with TNT. Molly and Tony have a very interesting beginning to their relationship and some miscommunication that causes some hilarity for the pair. I think I really like Molly as a character because everyone knows someone a little like her in real life, the person that is the eternal optimist.

Reading TNT was one of those times I wasn’t sure what I was getting myself into. I generally love a good series, the longer, the better, but I like to start at the beginning. Reading TNT, which is the 23 in the series, left me feeling like, uh-oh am I even going to know what’s going on here. Giulia Lagomarsino gets props for dragging another person into her universe, who now is planning on getting all the background stories.
Tony and Molly’s story had me wondering at the beginning, not sure of what or how this was going to play out. But when Molly starts making “lunch” for her new man, I started laughing. I don’t think I have laughed that hard in quite some time. Molly is just adorable, clueless but has a heart of gold. And she’s got her work cut out for her.
Tony is a hot mess. His story is where not having read the previous novels can cause some issues, but the author does a great job of filling in enough blanks to keep you interested and piquing your interest to go back and read the previous novels. I loved the bantering and wordplay (ok, let’s call it what it is — the trading of insults) amongst the members of Reed Security. The harassment and good-natured ribbing made the story that much more enjoyable. The brotherhood amongst the characters is clearly evident. I am not going into Tony’s story any more than what I indicated because spoilers. Read the book.
This series has clearly snuck up on me and totally ensnared me. I already have book 1, Sinner, on my Kindle so I can go back and get everyone’s story. If you read this book for no other reason, read it for Molly’s cooking, you will laugh until you cry.
Fascinating with his humor and a touch of drama
Excellent episode, full of humor with twisted characters. It’s very well written, very hot and sometimes a little dark.
This episode takes place 2 months after “Coop” the story of Coop and Becky and the dramas they experienced. We are following Tony who has lost his “sex friend” Delaney, Becky’s roommate, killed by a psychopath. But Tony especially blames himself for not having been there, when his teammates think he is mourning his lost love. In the course of one night, he meets, seduces and quickly escapes the next day from Molly’s bed.
But Molly is completely or psychotic, or naive. She follows the rules of her mother who brings her more harassing behavior than a girlfriend (which she is not). She has memorable food and no one dares to tell her that something is wrong. In short, she seems relationally completely unsuitable and when she receives advice, they are either unsuitable too, like those of her friend Jenny who pushes Molly to execute her version of “Fifty Shades of Gray” to which Tony cannot answer either …. Hilarious.
When the members of Reed security understand and discover Molly, they play it with Tony, if only to forget the murder of Delaney. But this is difficult because the murderer’s trial is approaching.
