I really enjoyed the book. I can’t wait til the sequel is released. It’s a slow burn, it didn’t all just happen at once and that’s a nice change. The relationships are building and Lise is definitely a wild one.

This was a fantastic story. It is full of action, drama and suspense. It is one that draws you in and keeps you there until you get to the end to find out what happens. The characters were beautifully developed and have fantastic chemistry. Their personalities are felt throughout the story. The descriptions are vivid and allow you to easily picture what is going on in the story. It is definitely a fantastic read that does end in a cliffhanger but I can’t wait to read the next book in the series.

I love alien romances!! This one was amazing, and really interesting. I loved the terms and names used for every day objects and places, specially Evik’s expressions, those were hilarious. And he’s such a kind, sweet and gentle soul, always ready to help his “egg sac” mates. Alder’s whining and tantrums were quite amusing, and his ignorance was a bit concerning but he came around, now I just hope he gets through this to prove he’s not just a spoiled sixteenth generation prince. This book was super exciting and entertaining, it was adventurous, funny, hot, I can’t wait for more
Lise, Adler, Morpheus, Evik and for the love of AI Bluebird are characters that you will want to know about.
Lise is the only full compact hume and captain of the ship. Blue is her closest companion even if she has no physical body.
The guys and I use the term loosely are in fact alien life forms blackmailed into be crew members. Truthfully there is something appealing about these guys an Lise is not immune to it.
Looking forward to the next book in the series to find out more on Adler.

I thought this story was rather funny. I liked Lise, a short human, who is lost far from home and who ends up blackmailing 3 alien conmen to be her crew. Of course things go wrong from the beginning and the funny part begins. It had action, danger, steamy scenes, and crazy futuristic one liners. And the 3 alien men end up jealous of each other which leads to a few scenes that made me laugh out loud and roll my eyes hard due to their whining and misunderstandings. But like I said it was entertaining.
When Lise Klein ends up traveling through an uncharted wormhole she never expected to have a crew of con men. She also didn’t expect to take on an alien ruler to end slavery in a galaxy far from home.
I absolutely adored the characters. They are definitely interesting, somtimes amusing, but always fascinating. Wonderful world building, exciting action, and plenty of surprising twists in the plot. I loved this book!

Awesome a must read. Interesting characters to say the least.
Tommelise “Lise” human captain of a ship trying to get back to her world. She goes insearch of a crew to help her get money; little does she know she gets much more than she bargained for.
Morpheus the winged hybrid. Seems the most accepting of everything. Evik of the Chilchek is what seems to be a giant bug man of some sort.
Alder Regulus the far prince outlaw. Became an outcast due to a broken marriage proposal.
The adventure they go on and still have to go is interesting and action packed. Not a fan of alien romance but this author is awesome no matter what she writes.
If I hadn’t started it so late it would have been one sitting read. Fun sci-fi with varied characters. The main female is human while the main males are each a different species. Story is fast paced and has lots of action. Humor was a plus in this one. Liked the camaraderie of the guys. It was a little weird with the interspecies love making for me personally but just because it is a bit different than my normal reading. Overall a very fun sci-fi adventure. Looking forward to the next one.
A romp through the universe!
This is an action-packed adventure from beginning to end. Four conmen/pirates of four different species join together to better conduct prosperous schemes. The “tiny and fierce” member is the human female Lise who owns the ship. Her compatriots are male, hence the reverse harem. There is an explicit sex scene of Lise and an alien of insectoid origin. If you find this offensive, you should probably give this series a miss.
The atmosphere is mostly light-hearted. These are not violent criminals, but three of them are wanted for “crimes” that we would not consider crimes. They are captured, escape, free all the breeding slaves…..and so the manhunt is on!
The epilogue sets up their next caper so I’m sure Margo plans this as the beginning of a new series. Give it a try if it sounds like your cup of tea.

This one took me totally by surprise, again! This writer go off the spectrum each time I read the start of one of her new series. I thought Stephen King and Dean Kountz blew up my mind with their weird offerings, but Ms. Collins is definitely in the running, except she is not as gruesome. I just don’t expect this type of original story each and every time! Congratulations Ms. Collins, you have pulled it off again. I am so impressed with your writing and your ideas, good job…

This book started with a bar fight and then got down to business. It’s fast paced and never lets up. I enjoyed the three con men (alien con men, oh boy) and how well they fit in the story both with each other and with Lise and her ship Blue. I am looking forward to future adventures with this crew.
I was given an advanced copy for an honest review.
Lise and her ship Blue, were sucked through a wormhole that closed up behind them. They are stuck along in a hostile world of an evil empress. Lise decides she needs a crew that are familiar with the ins and out of survival there until she can find her way home. Unfortunately, the three men she “blackmails” into becoming her crew all have bounties on their heads. Before they can leave the planet, they are captured and taken to the empress. They are to be sold as slaves. Before that can happen, they manage to escape with a bunch of females that were about to be sold as “breeders “. They manage to deliver the women to the only neutral planet in the galaxy. They escaped from there, after off loading the females so that the “crew “ wouldn’t be discovered and taken into custody. Now they are wanted by everyone!! They decide the only way to survive is to cripple the empress by destroying her slave business, which supports her. No money, no bounty!! Brilliant, if not a little stupid! This is the first book of a series.

WOW, what a first book of a series! The characters are different but they all have one thing in common get away from a crazy queen. The men are all different alien types (definitely not human men!) and Lise is a human who got caught in a wormhole. Together they’re the beginning of a great romance while on the run. Hopefully we’ll get more back stories on them and from the ending it looks like we will. Can’t wait to find out what happens next!
A Fae, a bug and a butterfly man walk into a bar. I LOVED this book. Lise is a girl after my own heart. She is determined and willing to do what needs to be done in order to survive. This story is how she chooses her alien crew in a universe far away and how she got to that universe. This is the first of their adventures. I look forward to many more. I would highly recommend this book.

I have to say I enjoyed this book more than I expected to. Lise is basically lost in space with her bestie that happens to be the ship’s AI, Blue. She’s looking for a crew to help her when she stumbles upon a trio on con aliens. Turns out all 3 are wanted males so she blackmails them into becoming her crew. From there the adventures and hilarity ensues. All 3 males are completely different species and while they’re a team the differences and misunderstandings are ridiculous. All 3 feel a pull to the tiny human who happens to be smart and fierce while she’s just trying to survive her new reality. The fae prince is vain, selfish and shallow. The reason for his warrant is the least dangerous and the most foolish. The other are not true criminals but are males who are lost and Lise recognizes kindred spirits in them. When they’re abducted truths come out and their adventures turn into a dangerous escape.
This was a great read overall. Well written with an interesting storyline. I like the differing POVs that really allow us to get to know the characters and I am excited for book 2.

Tiny and Fierce
This is a great start to a new series by authors Margo Bond Collins and Eli Constant. This was the first time I read a book from either authors but I loved it and can not wait for the next book in this series!

I have really enjoyed Ms. Collins books but this one was a bit too out there. Characters were unbelievable. Tried too hard to make modern phrases sound futuristic and failed. A lot of it came across as crass or downright cringe worthy. I don’t like giving less than 3 stars but I have to give this one only 2 stars.

If you are looking for a fun spicy sci fi adventure, this is a good pick.
This series starter hits the ground running. Tommelise meets and picks up new crew members and together they jump into adventure.
I enjoyed this book. It kind of reminded me of a combination of Star Wars and Indiana Jones. This is a page turner.
I liked how the characters relationships grew and I adore Blue.
This is a great series starter that leaves you wanting to know what happens next.
I usually enjoy books from this author but it was not what I expected. The story line not enough for me to want to read the next book.

The first book in the Her Alien Crew series, what a way to start this series off with a bang. I want to read the next book. Lise Klein is one gutsy woman who when three different alien men come into her life will fight with all she and Blue have to keep them. I recommend this book.
