Great read. Hard to put down
Wonderfully convoluted
Well written, good characters and story line, if a bit overdone at times. A few details could be cleaned up (the newspaper writer described as having calloused hands more than once, for example) but all in all a good read.
I highly recommend this book!!! I don’t doubt one bit this terrible thing happens in real life….
I cried and worried. There was a very good mystery, and the characters were real.
A very good read
It really makes you think about what is going on in the world around you and is really interesting in the story. Plot twists and turns are imaginative and believable. It kept me guessing until almost the end as to who the murderers were. Very well written.
Great heroine felt her pain n her striving for justice in recovering her baby girl n great description of miss heat n humidity so glad I live in Denver low humidity .
Good but slow.
Boring read
I loved this book and couldn’t wait to read the next one!
Gripping
Characters were complex but interesting and a good plot.
Couldn’t quit reading it!!!
Well written book, characters were interesting, and the plot unfolded nicely without any loose ends or deus ex machina contrivances.
I did not finish this book it was just too slow. Not with finishing
The writing was weak (too many flash backs, too many sentimental comments), but the story was entertaining (probably was the result of an actual case ?). I have another of his/her books and I’ll also write a Review of that one when I get around to reading it.
Soooooo much dialog. It was more like reading a script than a novel !
It was good watching for some mire
This book was good and held my interest throughout. Things came together nicely.
