Do not read this book. No, seriously, I have absolutely no idea why one was even written about my life. This is ridiculous. Not only did I live in the middle of nowhere in a drug infested town, under the roof of a trailer that was literally collapsing on itself… but nothing, and I mean, nothing interesting has ever happened to me. Well, unless you counted being abandoned outside of a motel, … motel, picked up by my new foster father that was always too high to remember my name, or spending the last six years traveling the United States practically homeless. Oh! Let’s not forget to include the jerk that I really needed to break up with because let’s face it… he had actually started to scare me. A lot.
I’d spent the last six years of my life feeling horribly out of place. Feeling like I was not only in a time that didn’t fit me but in a place that was so lackluster that I had issues believing it was real. So when I tell you not to read this book? I mean it.
There is nothing of interest in here. I promise.
Well, I suppose there was one memorable and interesting moment in my recent past… the night of my eighteenth birthday. You know, the one where my four hot neighbors, and known criminals, kidnapped me onto a river boat. You could say I was confused when I found myself falling asleep floating down a Missouri river… and waking up to marmalade skies and a talking river otter with a hot pink top hat. None of that confusion, though, compared to when my four psycho kidnappers made me remember everything I’d forgotten.
Because I had been right, I didn’t fucking belong here.
I belonged in the Kingdom of Snark.
This book is anything but sensible. Time for Sensibility is a standalone reverse harem romance that is fast-burn with violence, swearing, a band of hot psychos, a wonderland inspired world, and a haunted slightly naive MFC. Abuse is mentioned. +18 audience.

Another amazing book! I just love when the crazy psychos love and cherish there women. This was awesome and I enjoyed the journey and I can’t wait to see what else this amazing author has up her sleeve.
I was expecting more of an Alice retelling, not just things that would remind me of the classic tale, but overall this was a good story. If I see that a book is has anything Alice in Wonderland mentioned, I immediately run to read it because it’s one of my obsessions. Also, the FMC is the queen of Snark… how awesome is that?
Davina hasn’t had an easy life- her parents are dead, the only constant person in her life just left her, her boyfriend is abusive, and she has a strange pull to her four psycho neighbors. They decide to leave town and her life turns a strange hue of colors, she’s having weird dreams that seem real, and despite it all, she feels more herself than she ever has before.
I didn’t exactly feel a connection with any of the characters in this story, but I liked that the guys were well described and the flashbacks provided vital information to their past. My favorite character was Mr. O, the talking Otter. Don’t ask me why because other than the fact that he could talk, wore little hats, and had marshmallow pie I have no idea why I liked him so much.
I felt like the ending and taking back the Kingdom was a major let down. It felt rushed within a couple of pages and underwhelming after what these characters had to endure for six years. I did enjoy that time and colors were important factors to the story which made it feel unique. I’d love to see more of these characters, The Kingdom of Snark, and The Kingdom of Hearts in the future.

As always this book was amazing. I love that Sinclair went a different path than her normal reads. And love it even more that she made this version of wonderland all her own but still stuck with the bright and weird of the core
This is about Davina and her story is one you’ve never read before. I liked this book very much because the guys are psychotic and were truly devoted to Davina, their girl. They are hot, possessive and treat her like their very own goddess. Highly recommend this book! Yes it’s on the shorter side but that is fine by me when written well!
This was definitely a unique read. It’s a fast burn book that pulls you in from the start. I love the uniqueness of the time changing. And the men… oh the men. I love how possessive they are. Davina has an amazing personality and it’s great seeing her become into who she is meant to be. I found the story easy to follow and it made me want to know more about before. You won’t want to miss this book.
I have always loved M Sinclair’s books and this book did not disappoint. I honestly could not put this book down. It kept me on the edge of my seat waiting to see what happens next. I loved the romance and the action within the book. I love this series and cannot wait to read more of it.
I love a story with overprotective men who would do anything for the one they love and this story fits that perfectly. I also liked the Alice in Wonderland references that were sprinkled throughout the story.
So good I read it in one sitting and who needs sleep!
Davina is the MC and she seems to have had a rough start in life. The 4 main men are very, very yummy! She doesn’t understand why she likes them so much but as you read you find out the secret. It was a great story with no cliffhanger and a happy ending! You must try it, I bet you will enjoy it!!!
Time for Sensibility was a fast paced story that kept me on my toes from beginning to end. For the sake of spoilers, there is not much I can say. The twists and turns of this book are what made it so dang good! Davina and her slightly psychotic band of guys pull you in so hard that you’ll be begging for more. Between the steamy bits and fantastic storyline, Time for Sensibility is an impressive standalone.
this book was a trip; literally! loved the Wonderland feel and 4 hotties (okay, they were a little psycho). fabulous job as always, Ms Sinclair
This author worked her magic again. Time for Sensibility is what I would like to call a mix between Alice in Wonderland and Narnia. Davina is a great FMC living an unfortunate life with a guardian prone to addiction and an abusive boyfriend. Little does she know that there are four guys looking out for her.
As the story proceeds, pieces of the puzzle are provided until everything finally clicks together. The world building is magical in this fastpaced read. One thing I always like with this author is her ability to write amazing characters and she definitely delivers with these four protective and protective book boyfriends.
Davina, Davi, Mini, Gorgeous & Kitten..
All of the above are a sweet character who doesn’t know how cherished and protected she his by her sexy and dangerous neighbors. That is until the day she goes to them for help; once she says one word the truth comes out. A whole new world is opened and it is full of technicolor love.
M. Sinclair is a very talented author who captures a readers imagination with her colorful words. I only wish this book has been a bit longer, given the reader more time with these characters.
Great original ideas. Perfectly written and fully developed characters. Amazing world building and perfectly accompanied by a great story line. Well done!
I love this book! It is such an amazing love story and a fantastic read! The characters are brilliant and oh so
bada$$! Once I started to read this book, I could not put it down. Definitely a Must Read!
M. Sinclair has done it again. This book was a home run from the first page. It dives into the story from the first line and you feel Davina’s painful upbringing and current situation. Introduce the four steamy neighbors who are always around to help her out and you can’t put this book down. It is a very fast paced book but that’s the premise of the story. It easily could have been dragged out into a trilogy or more but as a quick read single book, it did its job and was a great read.
Favorite quote of the book; Our girl had a very, very dark side to her. It was one of the many reasons I was in love with her and had been since before I even knew what love was. I only knew of love because of her.
