Since my family and I were placed in witness protection, I always had a feeling that someone was watching me. That he was watching me. It was a tingling almost imperceptible sensation that constantly lurked as if my energy was being assaulted by someone else’s. Like how the magnetic field of the earth gets assaulted by cosmic rays from the sun. In the pit of my stomach, I knew something awful was … something awful was coming, just not what or when. These random thoughts tortured my mind, elevating primal fear, decreasing logic and self-control.
It felt as though I was going crazy, but I wasn’t. Because he was standing right in front of me.
Rowan had come for me…
Till Death Death Do us Part is a dark romance, and the third book in the Imperfectly Perfect Series. It CAN be read as a standalone, but it is HIGHLY recommended that you read REJECTED first.

Dark and thrilling!
This is a dark, thrilling and utterly intense story that will have your emotions all over the place. It is a fast paced story that will captivate you and keep you on the edge of your seat until the end.
Rowan and Alexa, ugh these two! There is just so much pain, anger, hate and passionate love between them. This story helps us to understand Rowan a bit more but it is still gut wrenching to read.
Great story with fantastic writing. I can’t wait for the next book in this series.
It is a quick read that will leave you wanting more of these two characters. Lym does an excellent job writing these intense, dark, and painful scenes. The emotions of both characters are easily felt while you are reading.
This novella focuses on Rowan and Alexa. We learn how Rowan came into the criminal world. Chichi may be behind bars, but she is still calling the shots and currently wants Rowan to take revenge out on Alexa. Rowan does what he can to prolong having to hurt Alexa, but time in running out and Chichi forces Rowan into taking action. I felt bad that Rowan had his hands tied. He would rather “punish” Alexa, than have her hurt by someone else. The little twist towards the end was very interesting and I love how even though there is some darkness to this story it still ended with a HEA.
*trigger warning: kidnapping
I love this series. Lym Cruz writes some of the most strong heroes AND heroines!
She didn’t disappoint with this one. Though I will say I felt like it was rushed and could have been more than a novella. But I still loved and enjoyed it very much!
The whole storyline between Rowan and Alexa was totally different than what I was thinking it would be. The fact that he was told to do things to her that he just couldn’t think of ever doing to her put him in so much pain.
Then Alexa, the poor girl didn’t know what was even the reasoning why she was being targeted. But even though she was having to go through what she was, she still tried her hardest to keep her spirits up.
This is a dark romance that is about kidnapping so if that isn’t something you are about then I wouldn’t read this.

Rowan and Alexa are caught up in a game of revenge. Rowan’s past and how he came to be a criminal is revealed and why he has Alexa as a target. A truly dark romance that starts out cold and cruel but turns into a love affair like no other.
I really enjoyed this book. Alexa and Rowan were great characters and they had amazing chemistry. One of my favorites by this author!
Ok, I surrender…I’m speechless. I’ve sat on this review for hours and I still can’t find the right words to describe this story. I mean, how is it possible to hate, pity and love a character all at the same time? I don’t know how Lym Cruz did it but she managed to make me look outside the box of the typical love story and welcome this one with both a open mind and a open heart.
Till Death Do Us Part is a dark romance Novella. It is darker than any of the other books I have read by Lym Cruz. But the story is fast paced and will keep you reading till the end.
Rowan Alcott has had a very rough childhood. After his mother abandoned him, he ended up living on the streets. Until one day, a beautiful woman found him sleeping in a cardboard box. She was nice. No one had ever been that nice to him. She said to call her Chichi. After that day, his life changed for the better. He was never cold or hungry. To this abused ten-year-old boy, she was a savior. There was a price for his new life. Chichi was head of a dangerous cartel. A woman who ascended to power in a male-dominated world of drugs, sex, and murder. She had raised Rowan into a beautiful man with a tainted soul. She wanted to use him to wreck revenge on the people who had hurt her in the past.
Alexa Collin was a beautiful young woman with a bright future before her. She had no idea that she was the one that was chosen to pay the price of the revenge from the sins of her own father. Life wasn’t fair, and it certainly wasn’t going to be fair to Alexa Collin. Since her family and her had been placed in witness protection, she still didn’t feel safe. That he was watching her. Rowan Alcott. The man her family and her were running from. And then he came for her. Till death do them part.
This is quite a story, but you can pick a happy everlasting ending. You will see!
Ms. Cruz is a relatively new author for me. I jumped into the story at book 2, and I was caught. This novella, provides Rowan and Alexa depth. I keep coming back to dark romances. They just have a way of grabbing and keeping me totally engaged. Ms. Cruz did a great job with this!
I received an advanced reader copy, and this is my honest and voluntary review.
I honestly wasn’t expecting a book this dark, but wow, Lym Cruz delivered an ominous, frightening, often poetic, and unique romance that I won’t be forgetting any time soon!
There is no way you can read this book without a sense of foreboding…my stomach was in knots waiting for the expected and the unexpected! Heart pounding and heart wrenching, you might find some of the scenes difficult to read, especially because you’ll want to cover your eyes!
Rowan had been taken in off the streets by a woman who ran a cartel, and if you read Lym’s last book, you’ll be familiar with Chichi and her evilness. Growing up learning how to be heartless and cruel, he feels indebted to Chichi and ends up caught up in her plan for personal revenge. Alexa is his target, but knowing she’s a innocent pawn makes his job that much harder.
All love stories are different, with different beginnings and different paths, but this love story is beyond different…it’s like no other!
I honestly wasn’t expecting a book this dark, but wow, Lym Cruz delivered an ominous, frightening, often poetic, and unique romance that I won’t be forgetting any time soon!
This book is a dark love story. Yes, I know I’m recently reading only dark romances, but my favorite authors seams to write only dark books these days and I’ve to say this one is a little bit different dark .
It’s a story about the ugly world of criminals and the power that they have over other people and what they can do with it.
It describes what you are willing to do to have some attention and love, but it also describes that there are limits to what you’re willing to do if you still have a little bit of moral sense in you.
This is an intense and gripping novel. The question that I asked myself during reading it is, can you really fall in love with your kidnapper?
Yes, I know what you think, Stockholm-Syndrom is a disease. Of course it is, but this short novel is a dark romance that describes the slow process from target to captive to lover and a real love story between the kidnapper and his captive with a amazing HEA.
I’ve read two other books by Lym Cruz, but this one is not like her other books.
It’s dark and ugly at the beginning and transforms in a unique love story at the end.
This is as much as I can give you without spoiling this story.
I liked and enjoyed this short novel, but it was not my favorite book by this author.
