A pining prince needs: a second chance at love.Prince Julius has only ever wanted one man. Raised alongside Prince Dante of Thedes, the two were inseparable until their unspoken mutual attraction ignited into a single passionate encounter. Convinced that it ruined their friendship, Julius retreated to his duties in Rosavia, where he daydreams of another chance to win Dante’s heart. After four … heart.
After four years apart, fate brings Prince Julius back to Thedes. He offers Dante a coveted invitation: return to the Rosavian palace for ten days, and be his plus-one to the Royal Ball of the century. Before long, they realize one night of passion wasn’t enough, and they can’t imagine losing each other again.
As the clock ticks down to the ball, Julius catches wind of Dante’s family meddling, and he must decide if their feelings are real or if they’ve both been played. Were they always meant for each other, or is it all an illusion that will melt away at midnight?
Welcome to the tiny European country of Rosavia, where roses ramble over alpine slopes and princes fall for the men of their dreams. Every Rosavia Royals book happens simultaneously, so books can be read on their own, or in any order… but keep an eye out for familiar faces around the palace!

Similar to the others in the series, you can’t help but immerse yourself into the world of royalty. Benedict has trained his entire life as a spy and he’s assigned to find missing jewels. He’s teamed up with the brilliant Felix, and the two butt heads immediately. I loved how this story played out; with tons of action, quirky and funny back and forth between the two men as they got to know each other and eventually fell in love. A great read!!
Throne Together was simply perfect. Two princes that were destined to be together, and I appreciated the way the author showed the development of their connection, from childhood best friends up until the present day attempt of mending past mistakes and broken hearts.
I loved Julius and Dante, their meddling family and friends, and the picturesque backdrops of Rosavia. The story wasn’t too angsty, and with lots of humorous and passionate filled moments that were the icing on the sweet second chance romance.
Recommended.
4 ½ Stars
This is the first I’ve read by this author.
Throne Together is a lovely second chance romance between best friends. Those are always the best stories for me.
There is a lot of introspection by both characters that caused the book to drag in places for me, but not so much that I didn’t enjoy the story and romance.
These men are beautifully written, and their backstories lend a heartening and heartbreaking quality to the piece.
Their sexy times are very well done, and their HEA is satisfying and believable.
I look forward to more by this author.
This is the third novel is the Rosavia Royals series. It may be read as a standalone (but I highly recommend reading all of them!). This novel features the friends to lovers trope and some royal hi-jinks between 5 princes searching for their forever.
Prince Julius is the third in line of the throne. Prince Dante is of royalty in a neighboring ocuntry to Rosavia, Thedes. Due to their same age they had been close friends since infancy and a lot of their family members joked that they would wed when they were older; but out of duty not for love. However due to a misunderstanding they lose contact and don’t keep in touch for 4 years. By chance they run into each other at an art show. Everything they thought they buried a long time agom resurfaces and both princes have to decide if their friendship and the love they have for each other is something they can finally act on.
I love the best-friends to lovers trope and this one encompassed all the sweet things about friends finding that lifelong love connection. I loved how both men were portrayed in the novel and how they could be sweet and passionate but also realistic and upfront about what they finally wanted from each other. I highly recommend reading this novel.
I received an advanced copy of this novel for an honest review.
I absolutely adored Julius and Dante!
Childhood best friends, always meant to be together, their love and bond goes above and beyond what the intricate palace politics may or may not want for them.
This was an absolutely sweet and adorable story, I loved every single moment of it!
A beautiful second-chance, best friends-lovers romance!
Finished it in one go.
Book #3 of the Rosavian Royals series focuses on Prince Julius-the responsible and shy middle child who has but one regret in leaving behind his childhood friend and one true love-of-his life-Prince Dante of Thedes, following a unresolved misunderstanding during their university days together, deciding to take the diplomatic route out and placing duty before love. Prince Dante in much the same way, is plagued by the memories of their times together and the mutual love they share for each other.
When they are thrown together owing to obligations for the upcoming ball, their intense and passionate feelings they hold for each other come rampaging through. It was a treat to read the slow burn- the two rekindling their friendship, the easy going bond they share, subtle gestures and looks leading to the moment of confession.
I really liked the author’s writing style, the use of intense, emotive phrases, great imagery to create this amalgam of anticipation, tender and heartwarming moments. I also liked how the author portrayed both MCs- both strong men, having their own insecurities and being held back by the burden of their lineage and the need to appear perfect. Though both their families and the entire world kept pushing them together, they wanted their love to be only theirs and something born out of true feelings and obligations. Also, the detailed descriptions of the Rosavian and Thedian landscapes were such a treat to read . Great penmanship.
Overall, this makes for a perfect second-chance, friends-to lovers romance that will leave you yearning.
Highly recommend.
Oh wow I have been lucky enough to already read all 5 of these and to be honest I do not have a favorite and love them all equally.
Loved the concept, the characters, the settings, the love, the roses, the blueberries and even the cats!
This is Book 3, Jules and Danny but they can be read in any order as they run concurrently and the authors have done a wonderful job in interconnecting them.
Being close since birth and developing feelings for each other is not easy when you are princes and you have a duty. They were expected to be together by everyone but by political reasons and not love. After four years of absence they reunite and they have a second chance at happiness.
The action and characters development was amazing with funny moments but also emotional when they learn they have to be a united front to achieve their heart desires. The proposal was my favourite felled with happiness and a good dose of emotion.
Is amazing how they grown and how their love blossomed to a happy future.
Jay and Danny were best friends since infancy. Their story had all the feels, especially the angst! They had one moment in time, fast forward 4 years and they meet again. They still have those darn feelings but neither one knows how to act on them. Prince Dante comes to Rosavia to help work a treaty before the Rosavia Ball. Prince Julius shows him around to reacquaint him to Rosavia. Their story was wonderfully written, so romantic, I cannot wait to read more of the “Rosavia Royals” I am voluntarily leaving a review form an ARC that I received. My reviews are solely based on my thoughts and opinions
Jay and Danny are two princes that we’re friends since birth. Their love story is sweet from start to finish with just enough angst and tension to make it interesting. This is defiantly going in my re-read list because the story makes you want to check in on them in down the road to see their kids, the way they work together and just how sweet they are to each other.
This book was wonderfully written. Zoe Dawn is a new to me author, but I’m definitely going to grab her other books immediately. I was drawn into the stories and fell in love with both MCs right away. I did not want to put this book down!
This was the third book I read in the new Rosavia Royal series, since they can be read in any order, and I’m excited to read the others. Most of the authors of this series have written the Men of Hidden Creek series together, and they did a phenomenal job with that, so I know this will be fantastic as well. I love the idea that all 5 books take place at the sane time, and I’m looking forward to seeing familiar characters and events throughout each book in the series.
ETA after reading all 5 books: I really loved how all 5 authors had bits & pieces from each other’s books without giving anything away. I also love how they each kept the other brother’s personality & quirks when they wrote them into their books. If you didn’t know each book was written by a different author you wouldn’t be able to tell, they all flowed that well together.
I received an advanced copy and voluntarily gave my honest review.
