So, I’ve checked off some life goals and added a few new ones to my list.Goal #5: Get out of hell’s belly without letting my ungrateful charges die.Goal #6: Get a new name that’s more badass.Goal #7: Stop wasting my breath on lectures and start annoying the quad hell squad every time they annoy me. Fight fire with fire. Ha! Another hell pun.Goal 8: Find out who the hell killed me.I’ll add more. I … the hell killed me.
I’ll add more. I don’t want to overwhelm myself before I even finish checking off my old goals. But seriously, I really do need a more badass name, considering how much I have to keep saving my damsels in distress.
I probably shouldn’t call them damsels, since they’re a little murderous and all.
Maybe I should add seeing a hell-certified psychologist to my list of goals.

4.5 stars. Book two in this series is just as awesome as book one. I loved the humor, and there was a ton of it. The main lady was just as snarky and fun. The men were hot and protective. There was more heat to this book, though it doesn’t take away from the story line. Its almost a tease. There was also more action and the plot moved a bit faster (as we didn’t need to be introduced to as many people). I loved the new developments discovered and cannot wait to read book three. This does bed to be read after book one, Four Psychos, as it is not really a stand alone.
Just keeps getting better
Boy how I’ve really come to appreciate and still hate a cliffhanger… In this installment we get lots of answers to questions we either had or had no idea we needed to be asking.
I couldn’t stop reading… The angst, the sexual tension it all kept me hooked. I need Two Kingdoms ASAP!
Funny and hot and darkly twisted
Book 2 in The Dark Side series, please be sure to read book 1 first, as these are not standalones, and book 2 picks up where book 1 left off.
There’s some cool (or should that be hot?) world building going on as we get to see more of the underworld and its denizens, learn new information about some of them we’ve already met, and also learn a little more about how the whole system works. But there’s no info dump here: we get the info along with a whole lot of action, plenty of chemistry and tension, and more than a few laughs as Keyla and the guys work out what the boundaries of their relationship should be and how much they can trust each other, even as they work at unraveling the mystery of who they really are.
While we get some questions answered in this book, including the big one regarding the true identities of Keyla and the guys, a lot of questions remain. Funny and hot and darkly twisted, this is a great continuation of the series as we get some of what we needed but are still left wanting for more. 5 stars
I need the third book right meow!!!!! This wait is slowly killing me. Those revelations, that ending…. holy crap! *screams at the top of her lungs*
RH is a fairly new genre for me and Kristy has officially sucked me in.
I love this one more than the first one. The story line is awesome. Completely original. The heroine didn’t lose her humor. I can’t wait for the 3rd book. This one ended with a cliff hanger. I want to talk about this but don’t know how without spoiling certain plot points.
