Shari Slade and Amber Lin have brought us the quintessential opposites attract book with a raw, spicy edge to it that reads smoothly. This is fiction so of course the characters are an extreme in their personality traits, but it makes for an exciting sexy story. One I think was well worth the time.
Smoken hot. Loved the chemistry. Great ending,
enjoyed this book very much.
Another really bad rock star book.
While I realize this was fictional, I really didn’t care for it. I believe it sends an untrue message to younger women which is you go and act like a whore and end up with a fairy tale life.
I gave two stars because it was well written…….
Loved this book would recommend
While this was entertaining, some of the scenes went beyond the typical romance novel.
I thought it would be sweet unlike the title. It was like Oh, no. Don’t do it. But she did it every time. Finally things worked out with shocking twists, and it was over. The second book was twisted with different characters, and it made me wonder which stars have lived this? Exciting books.
The blurb made this book sound like a book I would enjoy, but sadly it all most landed into the DNF pile. I did end up skimming pages because I wanted to see how the book ended.
I felt that this book had large gaps between events and people and lots of jumping around that left me confused.
The storyline was awesome; Sunday School Teacher and Rock-N-Roll God spend three hot nights together, but that is about the only thing that was good about the book. I do understand that this book is fictional, yet it is just so out there. I can understand wanting to find out who you are, but do it under the pretense that you need to find your sisters baby father? Not buying it. Hailey never even really attempted to do that such thing.
The sex between Hailey and Lock was super-hot, but felt that both were lacking love. Sex and love are two different things. They barely even share any of their pasts, no emotional bonding, yet they fall in love in three days. Still not quite sure about the M/M/F scene (not my thing) and what the real relationship between Krist and Lock really is/was.
I was left with a few questions still swirling around in my head but maybe that was the intent of the authors so readers will continue with the series. I did enjoy the ending, but I felt that even that was rushed.
Loved it!
didn’t like it much. It started out with a bang bu then kind of petered out.
