I didn’t expect to fall off the stage and land in the powerful arms of this gorgeous man. He’s a brutal warrior on the rugby field and a delicate artist with the cello, and the combination is irresistible. His music seduces. It inspires my dancing and demands my surrender.I gave up on my dream once, and I’ll need his help to resume the chase. And when we take the stage together, I’m willing to … together, I’m willing to give him everything. My submission. The dark secret I’ve been keeping. Even my tenuous heart.
But will he want any of it once he knows the truth?

The Blindfold Club world Nikki Sloane has created has given me alot of memorable moments. I’ve enjoyed all the books, but this might be my favorite. In Three Guilty Pleasures, Tara, a recurring character since book one, is the star of the show…in more ways than one. A skilled ballet dancer, she’s employed by the club to fulfill the fantasies of strangers, no strings attached. It’s a secret life she loves…
I love that Tara’s a strong woman who lives her life on HER terms, even if she feels there’s something missing. The only real relationship she has fulfills her need to submit, but she longs to have the kind of love and acceptance she sees when she’s with that couple. She also dreams of choreography and dancing professionally. She has a plan, and she quite literally falls into the arms of the man who might be key to her success…
Enter Grant. OMG! He’s the best book boyfriend ever. A brawny rugby player, a television producer, a gifted cellist. He’s the full package in EVERY way. He’s also got secrets of his own, once he realizes where he’s met Tara before. Through everything, I loved his genuine care for Tara and his willingness to listen to her needs. He is almost perfect, even with his flaws and secrets.
The heat of this book is off the charts. I don’t know another author who incorporates eroticism into a story the way Nikki Sloane does. Dirty and graphic, yes, but not gratuitous. It’s a living, breathing part of this book.
If this is the last book I read this year, I couldn’t be happier. With impeccable writing, characters I wholeheartedly love, and a sizzling storyline, this 5 star read has my year ending with a bang!
Nikki Sloane does it again! Three Guilty Pleasures is the final book in the The Blindfold Club series and features Grant and Tara. It is a stand-alone with appearances from many of the past Blindfold couples. There are no rules with these stories!
“The elusive blindfold club catered to wealthy clients who had deep pockets and a taste for kink.”
Grant and Tara meet accidentally- meaning she accidentally fell from a stage and he catches her! Their chemistry together is palpable! But there are secrets between them and rules are put in place (no spoilers). Oh how hard it is not to break these rules! It is so erotic and incredibly hot watching them navigate around the “rules.”
“I was a free-spirited dancer, who wore provocative clothes, never fit in, and stopped trying to years ago.”
What can I say? Nikki Sloane writes some of the hottest, erotic stories I have read with usually at least one ménage. The pages will burn your fingers as you turn them! Three Guilty Pleasures had me squirming in my seat! Seductive, steamy, sexy and romantic!
I felt that there was so much more of a connection between Grant and Tara than any other of the Blindfold couples despite the secrets between them. Grant and Tara shared an intimacy, an emotional bond as they confided their fears and secrets (well, most of them). Of course there is a bit of drama and a touch of angst to round out the story. I have enjoyed the series and my husband has enjoyed the after effects!
If you want to step outside of your comfort zone, want to read a hot & steamy story with a touch of the forbidden then Three Guilty Pleasures is for you! Although it is a stand-alone, you will want to go back to book#1, Three Simple Rules, to watch everything unfold from the beginning….
“Sex and love were something I separated a long time ago. You didn’t need one to have the other.”

Three Guilty Pleasures is every bit of awesome and deliciousness you were hoping for! Tara gets her story, and it’s unique, unexpected, and at the end I’m not 100% sure what it looks like going forward, at least for everyone involved. I want a little more! However, this series is one that I’ve read the books multiple times and always have a hard time picking my favorite. Book six has appearances from other characters, which is awesome, and the way things are brought back around is so cool. Nikki can sure plot out a scene that makes you picture every moment perfectly- no matter how many people are there (wink, wink). You can read this on it’s own, but it goes best with the all the other books in order for the full feel. Tara is free spirited, sweet, and you get a better idea of what her life is like. Grant is a good match for her, similar in many ways, and pretty open minded. I love them together.
i love this series, but it wasn’t as nearly hottt as the others. Truthfully, her first, 3 simple rules was my fave.
I loved this book! The music, the dance, the chemistry in the relationship. It was a great ride and so glad I got to tag along. Tara and Grant drew me in and did not let go. The Blindfold Club has been a great adventure!
Jewel E Ann sprinkles the perfect amount of magic into her stories because they are also so emotional but yet so beautiful! I can’t get enough of her words. The progress of Bodhi and Henna’s relationship was so, so beautiful. From the meeting, going their separate ways, to the reunion. I just loved following their journey. By the end of the story we got more than just a romance between two people. The depth that this story went to was amazing. Tissue might be needed. As I sit and reflect on this story I think you never know who you are going to meet in life and you will never know what kind of decision you will have to make… until it happens. The story was amazing. High emotions. I loved meeting these characters and following their story. I highly, highly recommend this book!

Earlier this year I read my very first Nikki Sloane book, The Doctor. It was an absolute #fuckfest and I really enjoyed it. At the time, I meant to start this series but I only got as far as purchasing the books, so when Three Guilty Pleasures came up to blog review, I jumped! You guys …. this series is WAY more than just a #fuckfest, it’s a well written, perfectly executed romance journey, all wrapped up in a delicious #sexfest! WELL FUCKING DONE!
I was hoping I would have all the books read before this book released, but no such luck. I’m only about half way thru Three Hard Lessons, but even so, every single book I have read thus far has hit the mark deliciously well! Sometimes, sexually driven stories are just that, sex. OH NO, not these, and especially not Three Guilty Pleasures! I haven’t read a story with such powerful sexual drive, wrapped in the most beautiful heart, in a very long time, if ever.
The adventurous way the author still had my girlie parts singing even though, rules was mind-blowing to me. The story-line was so ridiculously captivating that I read every single word , some even twice or three times! The story built from page one and it just kept building and building until I thought I would burst. I just cannot sing this story’s praises high enough. So why not a 5 star rating you ask?
*** SPOILER ALERT***Well, honestly, I don’t fully understand the FBI thing … it was thrown in at the end and not explained well enough to stand on its own, IMO.
***END SPOILER***
SO, the book gets 4.75 stars LOL but it looks like 4 stars because I don’t round up
Guilty of not loving this book.
I have loved & enjoyed all the other Nikki Sloane books I have read (which is 7, including 3 Blindfold Club books). This book had some points that were not appealing to me, but I was invested enough in the story, the main characters & the author’s writing to push through and finish the book. The points I did not like are not mentioned in the blurb, but the main one was that Tara stayed in a submissive relationship with Silas & Regan (her Doms from another Blindfold Club book) while dating Grant & let them tell her how Grant could touch her. These points made me not as emotionally invested as I usually am. As I said, I did like both main characters, Tara and Grant, because they knew who they were & were not apologetic about it. I loved their second meeting (you will understand what I mean if you read the book), a meet-cute that leads to insta-lust (and I don’t mind insta-lust!). And, of course, I enjoyed the happy ending for the couple after the drama was settled. Even though some of this book wasn’t my cup of tea, I will still read Nikki Sloane books.
Ready to start your year of with a BANG?
Lets be honest, this one includes LOTS of banging… and several O’s. SO SO GOOD!! Grab this one now!!
4.5 steamy stars!
When I want steamy, I read a Blindfold Club book by Nikki Sloane because they never disappoint and this one certainly met the challenge! For some reason I don’t remember Tara super well but I loved her character in this book. A gentle heart who’s trying to chase her dreams and be accepted for who she is, Tara is a great heroine. Grant is a rugby playing, quasi journalist,”hot cello” playing guy who happens to save Tara from injuring herself in a dance move gone astray. Grant and Tara have immediate chemistry and attraction, but this isn’t the first time they’ve met, unbeknownst to them. Secrets are just part of working at the Blindfold Club but Tara really wants to put it all on the line for Grant, but Grant’s holding back something too.
I loved the dance and musical elements in this story; I felt it really elevated it to the next level adding depth to the story and characters. Tara and Grant have to get creative physically due to some “rules” and it was so hot, almost hotter than the act itself! I loved how they bent the rules. And then there is the last scene….holy moly is all I can say, I was on the edge of my seat reading it.
My only complaint keeping me from giving 5 full stars was with editing. There were a few tense mistakes with verbs in the first third of the book that tripped me up causing me to reread a sentence cause it didn’t quite make sense. It wasn’t a huge deal, I just don’t remember ever catching that from the previous books and it did detract from my reading experience slightly. Overall I enjoyed it and look forward to more books in this series!
The Blindfold Club is how I first discovered Nikki Sloane and it has proven to be one of my most favourite series. When a new, sixth book was being published, I was all kinds of excited. Each addition to the series is a wonderful opportunity to revisit beloved characters and fall in love with new ones.
Three Guilty Pleasures is Tara and Grant’s book and, as is typical of this series, the chemistry between them is explosive. We have seen Tara make appearances since book one and she shines now that she finally has the spotlight. Grant is Ruby’s best friend and I loved how sweet and open minded he was. He loves a good challenge and he was totally up for the challenges Tara and the rules posed. I’m always impressed by Nikki Sloane’s ability to write such hot scenes while still allowing the characters and their relationships to be so emotionally vulnerable and endearing. There was also the perfect amount of drama and angst, thanks to certain secrets, to keep things interesting. A wonderful and highly enjoyable addition to an already amazing series.
Omg! This book was great!
As a fan of this series I love to return to Club, to see old characters come back to life and see what have been going on with their life.
But these two, WOW, I love them. I love that for one is the guy who is the inexperienced one in terms of BDSM, his curiosity and eagerness was refreshing and super sexy to read.
I would not mind reading a little novella of them getting freaky again, I need an encore of that foursome!!!
Five guilty stars!
Damn it! Three Guilty Pleasures by Nikki Sloane left me speechless and breathless! What a way to end my year with such a pleasurable and intense masterpiece. This book is a freaking unicorn! It has everything that make your panties wet and make you swoon. Merde! I can’t find the right words to describe how much I enjoyed and loved this book. The writing is elegant and hot as lava. Nikki Sloane penned a stunning romance with BSDM touches, some shades of music and dancing. This book is everything and more. She simply mixed what I love the most in a book: a unique plot, strong and complex characters, sizzling chemistry, music, dancing and love.
In my opinion this is Nikki Sloane at her best. There is not a surprise why she is one of my favourite authors. Her books are explosive and incredible hot. She captivates readers with strong heroines, sexy AS male characters and original storylines that leave you aching for more!
Books like this remind me why I love to read! Three Guilty Pleasures has the right amount of passion, attraction between the main characters, drama, smoking hot moments and slow burn love. The storyline is vibrant and all-consuming. I spent a great moment reading this book. I couldn’t resist falling in love for Grant. At some point I wished I was Tara because who doesn’t want a hulking rugby player who also plays cello like a god?
The story of Tara and Grant is explosive and scorching hot. The attraction between those two is pure fire. The ballerina and the cellist player. The submissive and the rugby player. They make a powerful couple that will burn everything to ashes. They are driven and highly talented; together they are dynamite.
Three Guilty Pleasures is an erotic tale. It pours passion and it is deliciously dangerous and hot. It brakes all boundaries. Is is perfection with capital letters.
Nikki Sloane is one of the few authors that always surprises me with books that take my breath away and make my cheeks burn. Her writing is unexpectedly powerful and the intensity level of each of her masterpieces is out of this world. It is like she knows what exactly her readers need.
Disappointing. Not as good as her earlier books like “Sordid” or “Torrid”. I had a hard time finishing it.
Three Guilty Pleasures . . . . can you say holy hotness! Honestly, this was my final read of 2018 and it sent out the year with one heck of a bang!
Grant may be one of my favorite alpha’s ever. He’s such a contradiction of passions as a rugby player and classical cellist. He wants Tara, but can’t have her . . .but when she literally lands in his lap he can’t resist her.
Tara is also living a double life as a dancer and as part of the offerings at the Blindfold Club. She has one last chance to make her dreams of being a professional dancer come true and convinces Grant to help her.
Grant and Tara are simply magical when together. Their passions burn so hot and compliment each other perfectly. But, both are harboring big secrets that have the potential to end them for good. Once exposed, can they ever find common ground again?
Seriously, this book was hot hot hot! Oh so steamy. But, I also really fell in love with the characters of Grant and Tara. Watching their passions of music and dance literally collide together was stunning, and I couldn’t get enough. And, the ending of this book left me utterly speechless!
This was my my foray into Nikki Sloane’s Blindfold Club, but it definitely won’t be my last. 5 stars!
Three Guilty Pleasures is the 6th book in the Blindfold Club series. It’s unlike the other books in the series. There is more than one relationship dynamic that changes during the course of the story. The characters are very much entwined in more than a casual relationship. There are secrets that keep the story flowing with intensity, culminating in heartbreaking revelations.
Grant is a cellist/line news producer who is out for a good story. Enter the Blindfold Club, an illicit den of iniquity. Too bad his identity is quickly unraveled and he is sent on his way.
Tara dream is to dance. The black sheep of her family is out to prove herself. She dances by day and works at the Blindfold Club by night. Tara is in a open relationship when she accidentally soars into Grants lap. They have strong chemistry from the start and Grant is willing to compete for Tara’s affection.
This story may take you out of your comfort zone. It should be read with an open mind. It’s a sexy story with emotional twists. I appreciate that the author took a chance and gave us a uniquely sexy love story. 4 stars
5 hottest ever stars…
Seriously. First book I’ve added to my kick ass refer to as many people as possible for 2019 list/shelf!
Three Guilty Pleasures was AH-maxing!
I mean. Every flipping word.
Hook.
Line.
Sinker.
I don’t know how she does it over and over again but Ms Sloane is phenomenal and I love her stories… I wish I could Unread them to just reread them again.
They’re that awesome.
This is Tara’s book, she works at the club. We’ve met her in book 1 and she’s made an appearance in nearly every book since. She’s in an open ménage dom/sub relationship (Three Dirty Secrets is where this starts).
The Hero is Grant. He’s a friend of Ruby, who we met in Three Sweet Nothings. I love this guy. He’s strong. But sweet. Cares. I just adore him. Hot too!! To find a guy that is accepting of all these hurdles in Tara’s life, #unicorn.
This was a phenomenal story, awesome plot, great character building, SMOKING HOT SEX… I mean *fans self* whew.
Note: ménage scenes. Hot. No cheating of any kind.
This could be read as stand alone but there are lots of spoilers for previous books. I’d recommend starting at beginning.
It’s. Worth. It.

Nikki Sloane’s Blindfold Club books have always been a guilty pleasure, they’re so decadent and kinky, and I love them! I was super hyped to read the sixth book in the series, Three Guilty Pleasures, and I’m happy to say it lived up to all my expectations! This is classic Nikki, she excels at writing hot and heavy ménage that makes us wish we were part of the scene, and we have the added bonus of three Doms in this story. Be prepared to have your panties light on fire, this is a HAWT one! As fans of the Club know these stories are Standalones, with interconnected characters; I was so happy to see Joseph make an appearance, he’s still my favorite Dom of all time!
Tara Vannett grew up in a loving, but straight-laced and conservative family in Iowa that made her feel she was a square peg. She had left her home, dreaming of dancing with the Chicago Ballet Company but she knew her turns weren’t perfect for a professional Corps, and now that she was twenty-eight she had given up that dream long ago. She was good at choreographing and still dreamed of making dance a career.
For the last three years Tara had been working at the Blindfold Club, a private club catering to men with particular tastes. If anyone asked, she claimed to work in sales, which wasn’t exactly a lie. Being bisexual and submissive, she started “playing” with Regan, one of the sales associates from the club and her partner, Silas, nine months ago. Tara hadn’t dated anyone in three years and had recently started yearning for a relationship, similar to the one they had.
“I didn’t get lonely, except for moments like these. Sex and love were something I’d separated a long time ago. You didn’t need one to have the other. But that didn’t mean I didn’t think about both, or want to have each.”
Grant Kruger had left his affluent and ultra-conservative South African family to study in the States and had stayed to work, as a producer for a morning news program. He loves to play the cello and rugby, but knows he has to have a regular job to make a living. When he hears about a private sex club, he decides to investigate and try to break the story. He makes it into the Blindfold Club, before he’s confronted and thrown out. Poor Grant, bigger and better men had tried, and failed, to reveal what the Club really sells.
When Tara literally lands in Grants arms, he can’t believe his fortune. When he realizes who she really is, he decides to keep it to himself. It’s only one of the few lies being kept from Tara, from people she cares for deeply, and she’s devastated when all the truths finally come out.
“My mind was too loud and too angry, and my heart was too hurt. It was an invisible wound, bleeding in my chest where no one could see, but I felt it with every painful breath.
Everyone had lied, which was hard to handle, but I wasn’t sure I’d survive Grant’s latest betrayal.”
I loved this couple! Well, I should really say both of them; you really need to read it to find out who and what I mean. You’ll thank me later!
This book is aptly titled because it – and this whole series – is definitely one of my favorite guilty pleasures.
Grant, oh man is this guy surprising. I really didn’t want to like him in the beginning, but my fall was imminent. Everything about him draws me in. He’s deliciously sweet and caring, yet also tinged with dominant alpha sexiness. In a nutshell, he’s flawed but perfect.
Tara is complex and I love the two sides to her personality. She’s unique and independent, not afraid to go after what she wants out of life. But she also craves that structure and discipline that only a dominant lover can provide.
I always get so happy when I see a new Blindfold Club book because this series is fantastic! I had high hopes for this latest installment and Nikki Sloane did not disappoint! Grant and Tara were blazing with chemistry and the heat level of their story is off the charts! For those of us who have followed the series from the beginning, a few past favorites make appearances, making the story even better. I can’t recommend this series enough.
I am conflicted on this book. There were parts I really liked and parts I didn’t. This is is Tara and Grant’s book. Tara is an ameteur ballet dancer and she works at the Blindfold Club on the table (as a prostitute). Grant is Ruby’s (from Three Sweet Nothings) best friend. He is a semi-professional rugby player and a cellist. While Tara is rehearsing on stage for a performance, she falls off the stage into the orchestra pit and onto Grant’s lap. The two have a pretty instant connection and like each other right away. But Tara has some major complications and things that she is afraid to tell Grant, like that she works at the Blindfold Club. The two have a lot to work out before they can begin a relationship and they fall in love along the way.
I liked Tara and Grant. Tara is very open sexually and a free spirit. Grant is a good guy and he doesn’t shy away from Tara’s secrets. He wants her any way he can get her. They had good chemistry and made a fun, sexy couple and a good match.
What I didn’t love was that Tara is a committed submissive with two Doms, Silas and Regan from Three Dirty Secrets. I didn’t like that she was a necessary part of their relationship. It ruined their HEA for me a bit. I didn’t love the descriptive sexy scenes between them sprinkled in the book because I felt it took away from Tara and Grant’s relationship. Admittedly, FFM menage is not my favorite. While Tara did not love her doms, she really liked being with them and their sexy times. It is a big part of the book that she has this relationship with them and it dictates how her relationship with Grant plays out. It is not clear at the end of the book whether she continues to be their submissive, while being in a relationship with Grant. He showed himself to also be a dom and he loved her. I didn’t understand why he would possibly not be enough for her. Maybe if her doms had been two random others, instead of a past couple from the series, I would have liked the scenario more or understood it better. Instead, it made Silas and Regan, and her being their submissive, the obstacle to her relationship with Grant and the “bad guy” in the situation. She abstains for actually sleeping with Grant because of their rules for her, meanwhile sleeping with them even at the very end. I only enjoyed the sexy scenes with Grant alone.
Also, the fact that she worked at the Blindfold Club and had sex for money, was a turn on for both her and Grant. We didn’t know if she continues that or not at the end. I was just left with the feeling that monogamy and one sexual partner in each other was not that important to them. I was not comfortable with that. In all of Nikki Sloane’s other books, I liked that the couple was truly committed, possessive, and obsessed with each other alone. That did not feel the case here. The end felt kind of rushed and vague. There is an epilogue, but the details of their relationship are blurry and not defined.
This is definitely a sexy book. I liked Tara and Grant as a couple and felt their love. I just couldn’t wrap my head around Grant being okay with Tara sleeping with others. I wanted more of a defined relationship and I needed more details of how it would be. Still, this is an entertaining and easy read. I enjoyed the book overall,. even if it’s not my fave from this series. I still love this series and Nikki Sloane’s books and look forward to more from her in the future.
