Helicopter pilot Taylor Blankenship’s time schedule is maxed out. Between his job, his one-hundred and fifty pound slobbering mess of a dog, and his matchmaking grandmother, he has no time for anyone or anything—especially a woman. If only there were a way to get Grams to back down. The job of New York City dog walker suits Caitlin Ramos perfectly while she preps for her CPA exam—steady, … exam—steady, scheduled, and requiring very little human interaction; a huge seller since she’s still on the mend from a toxic relationship. Men suck. Especially her bossy, hot client with the Saint Bernard that thinks it’s a lap dog. No way will she go for his plan to pretend they’re engaged to get his grandmother off his case. Down, boy.
Offered a bargain she can’t refuse, Caitlin finds herself playing the part of fiancée to Taylor. Fortunately, it’s only for three days. All she has to do is fake a relationship with Mr. Bossy Pants in front of his entire family, survive a fierce game of truth or dare with an unscrupulous pair of octogenarians, endure a one-on-one round of Twister with Taylor, and not lose her heart to a guy who turns out to be a lot more than she’d bargained for.

I really enjoyed this book.
One of the best books I’ve read! I could not put this book down! The characters are lovable, the plot is adorable, the mood is funny, romantic, sexy, and caring! Plus it counts as a Christmas story. Double plus: there are animals, and one especially cute and rascally St. Bernard. This sweet romance is perfect for reading by the fireside or in the glow of Christmas lights!
Do you love funny romantic movies that are so good you watch them over and over? Three Day Fiancee, by Marissa Clarke had me giggling from page one. I loved her funny sense of humor paired with the searing unbridled attraction that flowed between her hero and heroine. I laughed out loud, snorted and even covered my mouth at some of the hilarity of the scenes. I loved the addition of animals to the story and think the writer’s descriptions of animals and their actions made the whole book come to life. Warm, funny, and sexy as sin, don’t miss this delightful page turner. I’m putting all of Clarke’s books on my to read list
This was a cute book. Easy to read and fun.
Good read
Couldn’t out this book down. I loved everything about it.
Good read.
I buy books like this because the title intrigues me. And I need something to read on the light rail riding to work and home.
This was an easy read. Dialogue was fairly witty. Didn’t require a lot of thought and was predicable but enjoyed it
Like the very much
Humor in a pretend-fiancee situation with family members in vacation cabins make for tension, creative lies, and close encounters of a sexual nature! Then add a 280 pound cupid St. Bernard dog, and laugh, read and enjoy!
Fun book
Cute
This might be one of my new favorites! Taylor and Caitlin play fake fiancee’s for a long weekend with Taylor’s family….only for real feelings to emerge!
Taylor was a helicopter pilot who worked all the time so he had little room in his life for a girlfriend. He also has a grandmother determined to see him settled down. He’s supposed to be attending her upcoming birthday party and knows she’ll give him no end of grief he he arrives without a date. So when the opportunity presents itself, he convinces Caitlin to pose as his fiancee and attend the party with him. In return, he’ll take part in her organization’s auction. This made me laugh out loud a few times. It was fun, I loved the characters, and hated when it came to an end.
Smiled all day after I read it.
Hard to put down – read over three days.
Funny and just a great read!
When a story can make you laugh at the silliest things, it’s usually due to good writing. Given that Caitlyn and Taylor both love animals was enough to get me interested. But how the family plays a big in their getting to know each other was what sold me on the book. With just enough romantic, sexy moments to hint at the obvious, Ms Clarke wrote a very credible and enjoyable book with Three Day Fiancee.
This was a sweet and cute fake fiancé story. This was my first book by this author and I didn’t know that it was the second book in the series. I had no trouble following along. This is a good book for animal lovers, there was some shenanigans from them at the end. I thought Taylor and Caitlin were cute together and they some insta love kicking after 2 days together. I’d be interested in reading a book about their friend, Fiona. She’s all kinds of shy and awkward and I’m sure that would be a great book on whoever she ends up with. Overall, not too shabby of a story for me.
