This series is getting better by the book in my honest opinion and I loved every single page of this book and Iam so looking forward to reading more from this author
I recieved a free copy of this book and now I’m leaving a voluntary review.
I love these books. This one is full of suspense and twists and turns.
Pick this series up immediately. You wont regret it.
4.5 Star
This is the third book in the series and it really needs to be read in order.
When a killer seems to be targeting newlyweds and leaving one alive the police believe all the evidence is pointing in a certain direction. Then another killer seems to be targeting men who happen to be cheating on their wives. When the two meet up unexpectedly their murders are explosive.
Annabella Englewood is getting over the past and the death of her family at the hands of their neighbor. She is supported by her boyfriend, Detective Xavier Montague who blames himself for letting the killer, Ricky Preston, get away.
Sofia Everette had almost her whole family taken away from her and she was shocked at who was behind the killings. She is trying to put the pieces back together. Her boyfriend, Detective Ryan Xander, is trying to help her with everything.
When the killers come together will anyone be safe?
This was such a great book and I am really enjoying this series!
I had my guesses on who the killers were and I was right. I loved how it all played out and how they came together. Their crimes escalated and the violence was through the roof and I liked how everything played out in the end to a certain degree.
I really enjoyed how Sofia and Annabella came together and shared their experiences about what they went through. I liked how they seemed to gain strength from each other and their respective boyfriends.
The twist with Sofia’s stalker was super interesting and I don’t think we have seen the last of that person.
I was definitely worried towards the end of the book and what was going to happen. My heart definitely broke a little bit and I was freaking out. I really wish one person had not ended the way they did as I hoped that they could get help but I was glad they confessed on where someone else was located.
I’m looking forward to more in the series! – By Rebecca
Suspenseful and Thrilling!
Another suspenseful, thrilling and action packed story that will once again keep you on the edge of your seat anticipating what would happen next. So many twists and turns throughout with another shocking and amazing ending.
What a complex ending.. bringing two couples together & two killers. Tying two story lines together perfectly. I was definitely holding my breath and burning through the pages with this one to find out what would happen next and how their stories would end. SO GOOD!
Wow. This book has all the main characters from the first two books. Joined together to battle with each other to save each other and themselves. Jane did an amazing job with this one. I was hooked from beginning to end with this one. I had to know what was going to happen and to who. You put two serial killers together and magic happens so to speak. Ricky and Isabella are both killers and they meet up one night when Isabella is in the middle of killing one of her latest victims. These two fall head over heels. Detective Ryan and Sofia are still working on getting past what happened to her when he starts working on this case that involves Ricky and Isabella. I could not believe how well written this storyline was. These characters are absolutely amazing and so well written. I loved the ending to this one but yet want more. Jane blew me away with yet another great book from this series. I cant wait to read more. I so want this series for my very own.
Absolutely amazing, intense, dark, emotional read from beginning to end it pulls you in and has you pinned to your Kindle wanting more and more. With more than one serial murderer on the loose will Decetives Ryan and Xavier be able to save the day before its too late? So can’t wait to read the next.
Book 3 brings us, not ONE, but TWO serial killers!
Really enjoying this series. It’s dark, twisted and full of suspense. Even when I wasn’t reading, I was thinking about this book. Look forward to diving into book four.
So where do I begin, Three combines books 1 & 2 and OMGEEE the plot twists were amazing! This time around we have 2 killers and we have a stalker!!!! The killers are the most twisted, well written crazy I have ever read. I have enjoyed how well written these stories are, I am normally an MC romance kinda girl, and these books are so well written and draw me in from the start to finish, the crazy is so good, the plot twists are great.
Was so good being with the two couples, even though it meant two killers. The author tied the storylines together beautifully with yet another jaw dropping ending.
Wow this book was amaing I absolutely loved it and how she interweaves two stories into one I loved it and gave so much more insight about them and I sooo cant wait for more to come
What a start to this third book in the series, if you haven’t read books One and a Two you need to in order to fully comprehend what is happening.
Once again this author has amazed me with her creativity when killing off characters, a bit scary really. There is plenty of action and drama throughout the book that keeps you on the edge of your seat however the culmination is intense to say the least.
In this story all of the previous loose ends are tied up and the intricacies are all finely woven to create a truly suspenseful masterpiece. Another wonderful book in this sensational series.
I know that it’s still pretty early in this series but I think this is my favorite one thus far. It was almost like books 1 & 2 had a baby and produced Three. I loved that we were reintroduced to the other killers. Terrible and horrifying things happen to others when 2 deranged killers come together. This one had me on the edge of my seat right up until the very end.
Holy moly! If you combine books 1 & 2, you don’t even come close to the craziness that is Three! Bringing together the detectives from both books was a great idea, bringing the serial killers from both together? Well that’s a thrilling chase with a lot of blood. It’s creepy in a “I need to keep reading but this is gross” kind of way and it builds to an awesome conclusion to the Annabelle/Sophia storylines. Can’t wait for book Four!
I loved that this merged the leads from books One and Two and two erratic and deadly serial killers (even if I didn’t mind the one that killed men who cheated on there wives, joking, kinda hahaha). I enjoyed seeing the couples and the turns there relationships have had since the previous books.
3 1/2
I went into this story expecting a new killer, that was not the case. I was surprised but glad we seem to link book one & two well.
The signs are that Ricky is back but this time his targets seem to of have changed.
Annabelle & Xavier are together but Annabelle is still suffering the betrayal from Ricky.
Sofia & Ryan are steadily building their life Sofia is still shaken from her families deaths & the secrets uncovered.
The two Detectives Xavier & Ryan come together when the cases they are working on coincide.
A little slow going but glad I persevered and I’m looking forward to reading four.
I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book
What happens when two serial killers end up meeting at the next soon-to-be crime scene and fall in love? The return of Ricky and Isabelle from two previous books.
One physco killer targets newly weds. A bloodbath for one as body parts are flying and the other one lives. Whereas the other killer targets men who are cheating on their wives drowning them in their own blood. I could visualize the detailed description of the murders.
Working together as a team, the two serial killers create more havoc, higher body count which ultimately seals their love and strengthens their bond to one another.
Annabelle and Sophia are trying to heal over the death of a Nat and devastation the two serial killers put them through with the love and support of their boyfriends. The detectives are determined to do what it takes to catch these killers.
Sophia’s stalker has reappeared after a year. One who is obsessed in protecting her. Detective Paige also has a stalker. One who is violent and won’t hesitate to kill her.
The author writes incredible stories that will keep you intrigued with unexpected twists and turns that are woven beautifully into her stories. I am totally hooked!
The catalyst for them killing is gone but that hasn’t stopped these two killers. He continues getting grisly pleasure out of spilling as much blood as he can, leaving witnesses along the way. She has continued killing cheaters connected to her family. The blood lust is still raging in both of them. What happens when they meet up? The ladies are still feeling the impact these two had on them and so are their men. The team is busy trying to catch them but this time the killers aren’t the only thing they have to worry about since the stalker is back. This author continues to weave complicated plots that go hot and cold for action but definitely keep the suspense going. With the stalker still out there it will be interesting to see where the author takes this series.
