5 star review of Three Blind Dates (Dating by Numbers #1) by Meghan Quinn
AUDIO REVIEW:
I don’t believe I have read or listened to a Meghan Quinn book which I have not thoroughly enjoyed. Three Blind Dates was no exception and Ava Erickson and Aiden Snow did an amazing job with the narration.
From start to finish the author and narrators captivated me with the story and their performances. I loved everything about this story;. It is funny, sweet, heart warming, romantic and altogether a fantastic listen.
A new restaurant is looking for a celebrity to promote them and Noely Clark, TV host for Good Morning Malibu is your woman. She is a romantic looking for love but with no time to go searching. This was such an intriguing idea and I totally fell for Noely as she navigated the world of blind dating. She is fun, feisty, independent and someone who would be a great friend.
I spent many hours laughing out loud whilst listening to this one and I know I got many weird looks while travelling to and from work. It was Who will Noely pick? The suit, the rebel or the jock?
For fear of saying too much , all I will say is that this is one story you need to listen too. This was one of those books I did not want to end.
Meghan Quinn has to be one of the best examples of Rom Com authors out there today. I highly recommend this one people and at you need to one click to experience the true brilliance of Meghan Quinn.

This was a fun book with a lot of witty dialogues and I especially liked the messages between the main characters.
I liked the storyline, it was building up to a eventful ending, very nice!
Another thing I really loved was the secondary characters and how the author made me curious about their future.
I did have a feeling about who she was going to pick, but I wasn’t sure until the very end.
No unnecessary descriptions of surroundings.
The love scenes is steaming but also sweet. The suspense is long but I didn’t notice because the book was so engaging and enjoyable.
There’s feelings described but this is not a tearjerker it’s more light and funny, I liked that very much.
Narrator was good, clear pronunciation and read with feelings.
Excellent 5 stars audiobook
Once again I wish for that extra .5 star! This one made me laugh to tears. Well edited with the occasional miss.
Noely decides that she is going to try the new ‘Going In Blind’ dating website/restaurant. It is a cute concept – a matchmaking website tied to a restaurant where the matchees can meet in a safe place for the awkward first date. Anyway, Noely decides to give it a shot. But, because she is a morning talk show host who used company resources for her interview video she is forced to also talk about her ‘date’ on-air. This would be fine, except she is serious about giving it a shot, and, she inadvertently used her date’s first name live on-air. He is not pleased, even if she only used his first name once. So, she leaves The Suit behind, and moves on to The Rebel. He is great, except he has a boatload of baggage he has not dealt with yet. So, it is on to The Jock. He, also is great…except…his heart is still with the last girl. Noely gives up…except…one of the three decides he really wants things to work out. Which one decides to risk his heart? Which one reaches out? Which one wins the girl?
This was a really fun book. There were scenes that made me laugh until I had tears and my husband wanted to know what was soooo funny. I did feel like the ending was a little rushed. Overall though, a great light and fun read. Enjoy,

Such an adorably charming & sexy read. I smiled, swooned, laughed & had a lot of fun cheering on my favorite bachelor (& of course, Noely) throughout the entire story!
A Justin Timberlake-ramen noodle hair moment, hilarious sibling & friend exchanges, some delicious oral lovin’, witty & heartwarming text messages… these were just a few of the reasons why I fell so hard for this book. It was unputdownable.
Looking forward to getting books for the other two bachelors! All of them had very endearing qualities, so I can’t wait to see these guys find their perfect match too. 🙂
Who couldn’t LOVE this author, this book, the crazy fun concept of 3 Blind dates! I read lots and lots of books but I don’t think I’ve read one like this.
Noely is a talk show host of Good Morning Malibu along with her bff. Together they get into some wacky predicaments on and off screen. Now, Noely wants a HEA, with the man of her dreams so when a local dating app publisist asks for her to be sort of a celebrity Guinea pig for it, she agrees. What could it hurt? She might actually find Mr. Right. It’s all on the up and up, not a hookup app, supposed to really match you with your perfect someone.
Noely is in..but was she expecting to meet her perfect man on the 1st date? ‘The Suit’ is intense but also fun, swoony as hell and is absolutely drop dead gorgeous. Is he the one? ‘The Rebel’, so bad he’s good, leather clad, dangerously hot, sexy and adventurous. Could he be the one? Next up, ‘The Jock’, can sports loving Noely resist his sweet, easygoing, steamy goodness? Will he be the one? We will see!
Who will win Noelys heart? Well, Meghan kept me guessing until almost the end with her creative storytelling and the very unique way this story was revealed was too enticing to put down. I lost some serious sleep over this little gem! I loved the wild ride on this romcom with a heart. This book is an absolute MUST read, especially if you love to end a book with a gigantic smile on your face. Don’t we all need that sometimes?
Now I have to read the next in this series to find out what happens with????? Can’t tell who or it would ruin the ending of this keeper for you.
Omg another hit by Meghan Quinn. I loved this book. Noely is just a 27 year old looking for love when she signs up for Going In Blind . She sets off on the journey to find love when she gets paired up with The Suit who should be her best Match, then The bad boy and last but not least The Jock. There were many laughs and even a few tears along the way . I loved how as the reader I didn’t really know who I wanted Noely to give her heart too. The book keeps you on your toes . As soon as Noely things her hope of finding love is lots in comes The Mystery man , one of her previous dates who wants another chance but who is it. I
This book was a great read , you can not go wrong with picking it to read.
5 stars
I loved this book. When I read the blurb I didn’t know what to expect but the plot really surprised me and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was delightful, heartwarming, fun-loving and with so much humor. The characters and plot were well written and well developed.
Noely Clark is Good Morning Malibu’s morning host. She is trying to find love, someone who she will spend her life with and the right man. She’s using dating app Going In Blind to help with her quest. She’s introduced to three different but very attractive men: The Suit, The Rebel and The Jock. At some point it turned out that all of three men were unavailable for different reasons. In my opinion she really had chemistry with all of them but the man I was rooting for her to end up with was Jack aka The Suit. He made her feel the most. He won me over with easy going banter and connection they shared and the time they spent together. Jack is super sweet, romantic, loves to woo, and he is a very private man.
I loved Jack and Noely, their connection and the way he treated her. I loved the fact that he didn’t give up easily and was fighting for the second chance. Loved that he was appearing at the most unexpected times trying to woo Noely and make her give him second chance. I loved the chemistry and tension between them and the fact that You’ve Got Mail was their favorite movie. Such a swoony happily ever after!

NO SPOILERS!
Three Blind Dates was a fun, sexy, humorous, and highly entertaining standalone romantic comedy, and I absolutely loved it! Meghan Quinn is an extremely talented author, and she never ceases to blow me away with her amazing writing style and the storylines and characters she creates. The concept for Three Blind Dates was incredibly unique and I truly enjoyed reading every single page. Ms. Quinn’s signature humor and wit were in full supply, and there were plenty of laugh-out-loud moments throughout, especially between Noely and her best friend, Dylan. Three Blind Dates was an excellent start to the Dating by Numbers series, and I would highly recommend it!
The characters in this book were wonderful, and you couldn’t help but fall in love with them. Noely was funny, quirky, relatable, and I immediately liked her. I really enjoyed her personality and how her story progressed. The author did an amazing job of making the reader really guess until almost the very end who Noely would choose: The Suit, The Rebel, or The Jock. I thought for sure I knew who Noely would pick, but it really surprised me in the end, and I was very happy with her decision. The Suit, The Rebel, and The Jock were all great characters and I enjoyed their personalities and the chemistry they each had with Noely. They all had their own pros and cons, but I truly liked each and every one of them. It was kind of hard to decide who I hoped Noely would end up with because each of them were wonderful in different ways, and I certainly didn’t envy Noely in making that decision. There were plenty of twists and turns throughout that kept things interesting and the reader on their toes. I honestly don’t have anything negative to say about this book, other than it was a little slow at times and I wished there had been more of certain things here and there. It was just missing a little something extra that would have made it a full five star read for me. However, I truly loved Three Blind Dates, and I was extremely pleased with the conclusion to Noely’s story.
Three Blind Dates was a unique, sexy, humorous, and entertaining romantic comedy, and I immensely enjoyed it from start to finish. Meghan Quinn did a fantastic job with this book, and I was very happy with the outcome. Ms. Quinn is by far one of my top favorite contemporary romance authors, and her books are always funny, sexy, and utterly entertaining. I have read several of her books so far and have dearly loved each and every one of them. Meghan has made me a fan of her and her work for life, and I am so excited to read more amazing and hilarious novels from her, especially the rest of the Dating by Numbers series!
I have gotten behind on Quinn’s books. When I picked up this series, I clearly had forgotten how much her books make me laugh. I laughed out loud so many times, so so many times.
I was drawn in by each of the male characters and their connection to Noely. It was bliss and torture just how much she was able to hit it off with each man. Then for things to fall apart with each one of them. I guess that is what happens when you go on blind dates. Instant attraction. Lust. Then, nothing? I mean, it’s normal, right?
I fell in love with each man in this book instantly. The Suit. The Rebel. The Jock. What other book has all three of the most popular book boyfriend “types”? At the same time, this was a downfall for me. I couldn’t decide which I liked more for Noely. I had no clue who I wanted her to end up with by the third blind date.
There are plenty of ups and downs in this book. Laugh. Frown. Laugh. Frown. I was on a very hilly road. I did eventually decide how I wanted the book to end. I can’t tell you who I chose for her and who she ended up with. This is something you need to find out for yourself.
OMG! Three Blind Dates was so damn cute and I laughed so much reading this book. Meghan Quinn is a master at lighthearted, funny, romance. I loved Noely. Just saying her name makes me squeal. She is so wonderful and genuinely looking for love. She is awkward at times, sweet, and funny without trying.
Noely takes a chance on Going in Blind a dating experience that matches you up with men who you are most compatible with and all you have to do is accept their date. This where she meets the Suit, the Rebel, and the Jock. Each man is dreamy, sexy, and has everything she wants in a man. But they’ve all got baggage and her connection to each man is different. The question is which one does she feel closely connected to and which man does she see herself being with.
Three Blind Dates was a wonderfully funny book that I absolutely loved about a woman looking for love and a man to build a future with. You will fall in love with each man, but Noely can only choose one. This book was so good and I laughed so hard. This is a must read.
***5 ‘Your Heart is Never Blind’ Stars***
Three Blind Dates was such a fun and addicting ride! I couldn’t, and didn’t, put it down until there were no words left to read. It brought out all the feels along with lots of laughter and a good dose of smexyness as I followed Noely in her journey to find the one that made her heart soar.
I adored Noely. There were times where I had to question her judgement and sanity, but outside of those moments she was open, honest, funny and had a quirky and just snarky enough wit that had me grinning from ear to ear. But what made her so likable was how comfortable she was in her own skin and stood her ground when it came to what she felt she deserved.
Now for #TheRebel, #TheSuit and #TheJock. I honestly loved all of them. I know that it appears to be a cop out, but I really did like each of them. Going in the jock had a bit of an advantage because I had already met him in Back in the Game (Team Player Anthology) but by the end of the book, they’d all set up shop in my head and heart and I wanted them all to get their own HEA, even if it wasn’t with Noely.
As far as the journey Noely goes on to get to her HEA. It was filled with everything you could imagine would happen on a blind date and more…and I do mean EVERYTHING, especially with three different men in mix. Is the one Noely picks in the end the one I would have picked for her? Yes and No, I know it’s vague, but I feel that you need to go into this blind and experience each man as you meet them. But I will say that the chosen one is the one who fits her perfectly
When Three Blind Dates was announced I was quite curious as to how Ms. Quinn was going to hand the dates and I really liked how she did it. There will be those that won’t like it, but I think it was done perfectly because it gives the reader the opportunity to really get to know each guy and how they affect Noely. As always, the secondary character were unique and were highly entertaining…highly and I do hope that we get to see them again in the future. As for the two who didn’t snag Noely’s heart? Well…it looks like we’ll be seeing them both again sooner rather than later and I for one cannot wait to see what’s in store for them and the woman who’ll bring them to their knees!

Three Blind Dates is full of laugh out loud moments and moments that will warm your heart.
Noely is on the search for love. She’s been single for awhile and has gotten to that point where she wants someone to love, someone to be her forever. So a new app has come available, to go on blind dates. And just pretty much jumps at the chance. She has dates with The Suit, The Rebel, and The Jock. But who will hold her heart forever?
Quinn has been one of my favorite authors, She brings so much life to her characters, and I highly enjoyed this story. I didn’t connect fully with the characters. I think the reason, is I wanted her to end up with someone else. I know, I know I just thought there would be a different ending. But all in all, it was well done. I can’t wait to see what happens in the books to come.
Overall, Four Boundless Stars!
Noely is looking for love and she is letting fate and algorithms be her guide. It shouldn’t be so hard to find someone to love and be loved by, but Noely seems to attract the bottom of the barrel despite all her redeeming qualities. All the dating apps in the world generally boil down to a meat market free for all but when a new one comes on the market promising a true chance at long term results she figures what the hay. She’s going to give it the old college try!
The Suit – Jack:Noely’s first match and boy does the app get it right. They have an instant connection and Noely really could see a future with the businessman.
The Rebel – Beck:Option number two, Beck leaves Noely breathless and feeling so free. Their insane chemistry is off the charts from the get go.
The Jock – Hayden:Last, but certainly not least, Hayden makes her laugh and comfortable and she loves being him.
Three Men… Three Shots At HEA… What Could Go Wrong?!?!
I voluntarily read an advance reader copy of this book
I loved this book! At first I wasn’t sure which way it was going to go with the 3 dates. I was seriously rooting for each of them. I was all you, no you, noooo pick this one instead. I don’t know how she did it, all 3 are pretty great guys. I was really excited with who she ended up with. Although I loved Noley and the 3 guys, can I just take a minute and talk about her bestie and all the interactions with her brother and his wife. Omg I was laughing my butt off with all 3 of those characters, so funny. Meghan does great side characters, I pretty much love them all. And hell yes that we’re getting books on the other 2 guys. Can’t wait!
Oh Meghan Quinn, I adore you. I really do. You have the ability to just suck your readers in and keep us engaged. Three Blind Dates is no exception. It’s fully of wit, humor and three very delicious men.
Three Blind Dates takes us through a unique dating experience with Noely Clark, who happens to be a TV personality. This dating app sets you up with a potential match and if you both accept, you go to the restaurant where this all begins. After that, they give you options for upcoming dates.
Noely’s dating experiences are extremely relatable and she ends up dating three very different men, dubbed The Suit, The Jock and The Rebel. Each guy is different and bring his own pros and cons.
As we follow Noely down this dating path, we get some great laughs, good times and some swoon worthy moments. Which one will you choose?
I want to admit that my rating is a bit false. I absolutely adored the book, I promise. I just needed more. My expectation going into this was that I would fall in love with all three and it would be hard to decide but that didn’t happen. I fully connected with Jack (The Suit) and I was done. I just couldn’t connect to other ones the same and I wanted to. I wanted to be so torn that I had no idea what she would do or what I would do if I was her.
Overall, this is a relatable, witty and down right hilarious. From start to finish you will be fully engaged and begging for more. Don’t miss out on the fun, get Three Blind Dates now and tell me whose team you are on. #teamsuit
I know who I would pick between The Suit, The Rebel, and The Jock……but after going through all her dates, it was hard to know which direction she would go. Ultimately, she followed her heart and gave in to the feelings that were always there, even when she tried to deny them. Her perfect match wooed her in such a sweet way, that you couldn’t help but forgive him for being an idiot in the beginning. They really were amazing together, and I’m more than happy with her choice.
Looking forward to reading the rest of the books in the series, as there is definitely so much more to learn about the men who didn’t win Noely’s heart!
This book is laugh out loud funny. I loved following Noely through her 3 blind dates and meeting these 3 great guys.
Meghan Quinn is one of my favorite authors. She’s so funny and has a way of pulling you into a story. This book is no exception. Set in four parts, you’ll never guess which bachelor sweeps in for the happily ever after.
Meghan never fails to deliver the trifecta of “musts.” Heart, Heat, & Humor. Three Blind Dates is romcom perfection. The Suit is intense and from the get-go it’s evident that he is a game-changer. The Rebel OMG my kindle nearly melted! There is more than just the motorcycle riding leather jacket wearing sexual appeal here. Oh and let’s not forget The Jock. Beneath that sexy professional hockey player persona is a sweet and hilarious man. I loved every second of finding out who Noely’s happily ever after is.
I absolutely loved this book. It was funny, sweet, emotional, and very relatable. I definitely recommend this book, this author and this series.
