This was one of the better Christian fiction books I have read. The writing was well done and the author did a great job in portraying his view of spiritual warfare. The power of prayer also figures strongly into the narrative and is a good reminder to “pray without ceasing” (I Thessalonians 5:17).
The author introduces us to a spiritual battlefield that feels real in every way. It is an eye-opening adventure into the world of Satanic influence and Heavenly interference and protection in our lives. Once you read this book, you will never feel the same about the unseen spiritual forces all around us.
Anyone who is a Christian would understand this book. I have the hardcover of this book and read it often. Prayers actually do strenghten an individuals faith and the church family.
I must say, this book is what set me on my way back to reading. I absolutely loved the realistic descriptions of how demons attach themselves to fallen mankind.
Loved this series back in the day and plan to read again. This novel and its accompanying novel heavily influenced me in my own novel writing. Recommended.

This is one of those books that will make you so angry that you will literally want to throw the book but it is so well done and amazing that it is one of my absolute favorites. It is a heart-wrenching book

A powerful story of good vs evil, in a small town and it’s inhabitants lives. Impassioned people on both sides of the battle, some are aware of the spiritual struggle, others blinded by darkness, as well as some truly evil and manipulative characters. Thrilling!
It helped me see the spirit world as real as it is.
