From the best selling series, Something So comes the spin-off Series This is…ZoeWhen you grow up surrounded by hockey players you know one thing for sure, I was never going to settle down with one.Heck, I didn’t even know what icing was. I was too busy climbing the corporate ladder, becoming one of the most successful realtors in New York City.I wasn’t interested in dating or anything that got … dating or anything that got in my way.
First, he was my client and then he became my friend.
Viktor
My parents told me I skated before I walked.
When I was eighteen I was drafted into the N.H.L third overall, playing in Los Angeles—the city of dreams.
What more could I ask for? I played hard, but eventually, I partied even harder.
Five years later I was traded a week after I entered rehab.
There was no time for anything except my health and making sure I’d come out on top. I had to be better.
There wasn’t another option.
One of the rules of recovery was ‘don’t fall in love’ and I made it a top priority. She was off limits in every single way.
Until it was too late
One night, one decision, one act can derail everything.
When push comes to shove, I’m only certain that, This is Wild.

While writing this review I wanted to page through this book. And ended up reading this story once again. It’s one of the most beautiful books I have read this year. It touched my heart so deeply.
Natasha Madison is letting all her haters know that she is force to fucken fear…. she shows her amazing talent at writing and capturing my attention time and time again.
So this book deals with some heavy and heartbreaking issues. Viktor has been dealing with heavy demons, a past that almost destroyed all that he had. His struggle and fight is something that you feel on every page. I ADORE THIS MAN. HE GIVES US RAW EMOTIONS AND REAL STRUGGLES.
Natasha put down his struggles for us in the most tactful way possible. For a broken, damaged man that is trying to build his life up this was the perfect way to do it and he is damn lucky he landed in the right place.
Zoe is my kinda girl, soft hearted yet so damn strong. She is beautiful inside and out. She has a huge heart. I adore her loyalty and willingness to fighy for what she wants. She is so protective of those she loves. And boy when her broke my heart broke. Her heartbreak was so real and palpable. There is no way you don’t feel her pain and choke up.
They are both to lucky to find each other, they deserve all the happiness and love. Viktor is damn lucky he met Zoe and her amazing family.
These two have such amazing qualities, chemistry and willpower.
They are sexy and fun. Just everything about them, this family, this book was Perfection.
I hope you all enjoy them as much as I did.
Enjoy!!!
This is Wild is the first book by Natasha Madison that I have read. I am now a big fan and will be checking out her other books! I loved her writing style, her character development and the storyline!
This story is about second chances. After making a huge mistake and almost losing his career, Viktor has been given another chance to do what he loves, play hockey. He struggles with his drug addiction every day but with the support of his new teammates who are more like a family and Zoe, he is finding his way back. He may have been broken but he is doing everything he can to be a better person and find the light that leads him to happiness. Little did he know, that light has come in the form of a beautiful, sassy woman named Zoe!
I really enjoyed his story about Viktor and Zoe. His struggle hit me in the feels so hard and I just loved the friendship that the H and h built. The slow burn romance was perfect!
This read was about so much more than dating and hockey. It was about failing and overcoming. It was about finding your strengths and leaving your past behind. It was about leaning on those who will hold you up and be there for you at your worst. The support system this author created for both Viktor and Zoe was incredible!
This was my first book by Natasha Madison, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The writing felt a little too descriptive at times, basically stating every single thing the character was doing step by step. Additionally, because there were so many characters in the story and they often engaged in group conversations, the dialogue was confusing and chaotic due to the fact that it wasn’t noted which character was speaking every time. It was a bit of a guessing game during some scenes.
I love a good sports romance! Hockey isn’t one that I read often because I don’t know/follow the sport. I appreciated the author’s attention to detail when it came to describing the games or plays. It helped me understand what was going on and what aspects were important for the main characters.
I will absolutely read other books in this series because I fell in love with the entire crew and can’t wait to see what happens with everyone.
This is wild, was a wonderful and beautiful story. You have Viktor, who is a hockey player but also a recovery addict and isnt looking for anyone, because deep down he dont want to hurt anyone like he did in the past.
Along comes Zoe, who is Matthews sister and a real estate agent. Max asks her for a favor to find him a home and she does that, realizing who he is, she decides to help him out, without realizing that he needed a friend and eventually ofc they become more
I love the way Zoe and Vik are together and the things she does to drive her brothers nuts lol..
Check out the story and go through this journey

Not my first read by author & freaking loved book #1 very much, so I have been looking forward to this broken one, I say broken because I had a feeling it would bring out all the emotions out in me & I was right!
Viktor is fresh out of rehab and trying to get his life in order. First things first…find a place to live…that’s where Zoe comes in, a beautiful 24 year old that is very familiar with and around the hockey field, but a bad-ass realtor! Among other things like, smart, confident and funny! B U T wait till Viktor finds out there are two of each HAHA loved that scene!
Viktor is recovering and Zoe does not date hockey-players for a lot of reasons, the cross-road in that is that, when two people have chemistry things are bound to happen…but before that I have to say that MY HEART for Viktor, he is doing his best to stay clean and figure out how to continue living. I can only imagine the struggle especially after only being out of rehab for a little while. All jokes aside, this is a serious matter and the way the author pertained it, was amazing..i felt every single feeling. Oh and Jeffrey, you will love him!
Then Viktor does out to nip the bud in everything and basically calls her over to let her know that THEY CAN NOT DATE, that SHE CAN’T FALL IN LOVE WITH HIM but she’s hot and all but no way go, ever. Zoe, puts on her fakes smile and move on…right, not like she wanted to anyways….right?! So that’s how it goes, they both try to live on, ignore each other in any sexual possible way and of course try and joke with one another to keep it light, and of course hide their true feelings.
What an emotional ride WOW, I really loved both characters, their struggles and the biggest heart that Zoe has, but hides her pain with being funny…this book really got me, I may or may not have shed a few tears more than once…but I won’t ever tell, hate to ruin my street-cred and all BUT god did I cry my eyes out in this book, not your traditional and you’ll see why! Natasha WHY WITH ALL THE FEELS….! Trigger: Addiction! 2 EPILOGUES!
I am warning you be prepared for the feelings, the on the edge must keep reading and the heartbreak…again, not your traditional but amazing in the same sense, it was just plain beautiful from all the angles!
A MUST READ!

PERFECTION!! That is all I can say about this book. I knew going in that this was going to be very emotional. However, after finishing, I had such a big smile on my face.
We meet Viktor, who is just out of recovery and drafted to NYC. (thanks to Matt taking a chance on him). He meets Zoe, Matt’s sister who he referred to Viktor to help find him an apartment since she’s one of the best realtors. The sparks between them were there from the beginning, but Zoe had a rule not to date hockey players and Viktor is still trying to better himself and be a better man.
I was rooting for them from the beginning and loved their building friendship. She didn’t judge him and accepted him for him. Seeing all the family and friends throughout the story was great too. The guys were hilarious and the women were amazing. This book gave me All.The.Feels <3
There's nothing else for me to say except you must read this book. Viktor and Zoe were everything!!

I am wrecked! Gritty, emotional, hilarious and beautiful. Powerfully written, dealing with highbrow real life issues and done with justice. Natasha didn’t take the easy route of Viktor finding the woman to save him and all was cured. No Viktor found himself and with the assistance of Zoe, saved himself. I truly immersed myself in this book like it was real life. Amazing! Anything with the Stone family hits the spot for me, but having the Cooper, the M&Ms and Evan being a force, more often a comical force, made the book special. Wonderful book.
I think I am going to need a break from reading after this one. I am a grown ass man and I will admit there were tears with this story. This is Wild is an understatement title, because this is so much more than wild.
Natasha Madison, you have reached a new high with me in your writing. Not only am I overwhelmed by the depth of this story, but by the detailed message you share with the reader. If there is such a thing as being pulled into a person’s life, with this story you not only pull, you push, you drag, you tease, you persuade and you direct. The buildup of the story is calculatingly slow, but that is needed, as we need to know how each person deals with the other.
Sometimes a man has to understand the importance of his position in life. He has to understand his own limitations, respect his decisions, and be aware of his past misgivings. Those lessons are the foundation to any man becoming a success versus a failure as he moves forward in his life. THIS story tells of that man in Viktor.
The strength of a woman is not measured in what can be seen, but by what she carries within. Her power may not be in words, or successes, but in the compassion she shows and shares with those of importance in her life. Zoie carries her world on her shoulders with a softness that allows her to support family and friends with quiet encouragement, and subtle challenge.
Viktor and Zoe had me from the first words of this story. And what a story. Natasha, your ability to bring this message to paper and do so clearly makes you a new best read for me this year. Congrats on this success and I happily give it all the stars I can find…plus a few more I cannot find.
I have been reading Natasha Madison since she released her first book Something So Right in July 2016, and I absolutely love her storytelling. But make no mistake This is Wild is her best book yet. Viktor and Zoe were incredible characters and I desperately LOVED their story. Viktor faces some very real challenges, but you can’t help but love him. Zoe is Cooper Stone’s daughter… and sister to Matthew Grant. Longtime readers such as myself have watched her grow up (figuratively ) and I loved seeing her get her very own prince charming. The story flows beautifully and with the dual POV, you can’t help but fall helplessly for these characters since you’ll understand their reasoning and mindsets while they navigate their way through their growing feelings. This is Wild is emotional at times, as it deals with addiction issues, yet its also true to Natasha’s style and offers some LOL moments and a metric ton of sexy. The fires were stoked for what felt like forever between this pair until a bomb was dropped and Viktor and Zoe could no longer keep their hands off one another. The story keeps to a consistent pace and I couldn’t put it down. Natasha Madison delivered another irresistible romance that is equally sweet, sexxxy, and unputdownable. I HIGHLY recommend it whether you are new to Natasha’s books or a longtime fan, you are sure to love this one!
Beyond amazing, so emotionally deep. Natasha Madison added a whole new side to her writing with this one. Viktor had hit the bottom, lost to a world of cocaine and parties while his career went down the drain. The answer was rehab but would it cost him everything? Pulled from the clutches of despair to play in New York, Viktor had one chance to redeem himself. Zoe along with her twin sister were the princesses of hockey royalty. Funny thing, she hated hockey and vowed never to date a hockey player. When they meet, they know the rules – no dating. Is this something they can live with?? Can they be just friends and still find their happily ever after. I loved following the “family” again. I really got lost in this one. It’s one of my favorite hockey stories from Natasha.
Wow what a incredible book 2nd in the series def addicting this family love them! Zoe & viktors story was so good can’t wait to read some more about this family
4.5 stars!!! Great addition to the “ This is” series! This one is Zoe and Viktor’s story. So heartfelt and emotional!! Loved it!
Addiction is never an easy subject to write about. Add in being part of a romance, and the author needs to be able to find the perfect balance. Natasha Madison was able to find that valance. You didn’t only focus on the addiction aspect of a character only, you were able to focus on the growing emotions between the characters.
Something about this book touched me. Maybe because it deals with the realization of struggles. Maybe because it has amazing characters. Maybe because she incorporated humor. Maybe because she did not sugarcoat life.
Viktor has his demons. Working through them will prove harder than he anticipated. But being given a second chance is something one should take seriously.
Zoe is driven, determined and adamant in her dislike of hockey. Yet, her family is everything to her. They stand together, they fight together and they laugh together. They are the most supportive group.
Viktor needs a friend, someone he can rely on, and Zoe stands steadfast in that friendship. To watch them grow into their own, to find their way and to fall in love is the thing dreams are made of. But there are always demons, the issue is do we fight through them?
This is the 2nd book in the This is series, and I can’t wait for more. Just simply amazing!
This book truly had my emotions all over the place. I laughed, cried and even pleaded a few times. Viktor and Zoe will take you on a wild ride that will have you begging for more. Wonderfully written book!
Natasha Madison I loved everything you have written including This Is Wild this can be read as a standalone you’ll meet other characters from previous stories while reading this . While Reading this I felt so many emotions which wasn’t surprising it’s just what the author does . The story line just drew me in a held my attention even when the characters could be a bit frustrating with how they handled things but over all they were amazing and held my attention . If you are new to this author you need to get her books as soon as possible they are really good and they always stay with me even when I reach the end .

I can not express on how much I freakin loved Viktor and Zoe’s book!!! This is Viktor’s second chance for redemption after completing his stent at rehab. He is grateful for this new hockey team giving him a second chance to do things right and play the game that he loves. He meets Zoe who is a real estate agent and the sister of his GM and he is instantly drawn to her. While she invokes feelings that he knows he has never felt about another, he is a broken man who struggles daily with his addiction and his will to keep clean. He doesn’t want to bring her down into his life. Zoe is in love with him but is that enough to make their relationship be lasting? Their story is emotional, definitely a lot of tears shed for them both. I loved this story so much and I can safely say this is a top 2019 read for me hands down. It’s a phenomenal, well written story and one that i highly recommend. This author did an amazing job in telling their story….its honest, raw, and real and her best story to date. I can’t wait to see what this talented author comes out with next. Well done!!!
Loved Zoe and Viktor’s. This book is jam packed with all the feels. This book surly packs a punch and will have you on the edge of your seat.
Viktor is starting over on a new team after completing 90days in rehab. He doesn’t know what his new life will bring but he knows he needs to fight for himself before he can fight for anyone else. Will having Matthew, Max, and the whole Stone Family in his corner make him realize that he is worth it?
Zoe vowed to herself never to fall in love or date a hockey player that is until Viktor is thrown into her world. While helping him find a new home in his new city they develop a friendship. What happens when these feelings turn into more? Will Zoe and Viktor take the risk or will they play it safe?
Natasha has done it again and this story is absolutely beautiful and in an ironic twist addictive. Her writing gets better and better and the stories run smoothly, with fantastic relatable characters and a bit of juicyness thrown in. Whats not to love? Great book…
I loved Viktor and Zoe!!
Natasha Madison takes on a serious topic as part of this story and I think she did a great job writing it. Zoe and Viktor were both loveable characters and story was so realistic.
They came together at a very difficult point in Viktor’s journey so it was anybody’s guess as to how they would handle the feelings they were both trying (and failing) to hide. The attraction was instant but the coming together was a slow burn, maybe a little too slow for me, but once they admit it and they decide to go with it, I was so happy!
I loved the way, the entire Stone crew was a part of Viktor’s healing, they took him in as one of their own and it was a judgement free zone. They didn’t push, they just went at Viktor’s pace.
I enjoyed the story and I always love hanging out with this family. I say bring on Vivienne’s book I was intrigued by the little snippet at the end of this is wild.
