Graham Holt, the hottest dude in the world, just moved in next door to my mom.
Seriously. Drool-worthy muscles, panty-melting green eyes, and—wait for it—dimples. I mean, how is that even fair, for one guy to be so sexy?
He’s been pestering me for a date since the day we met, but I don’t have time to mess around. When I finally do say yes, the joke’s on him, because I’ve decided to employ my best … decided to employ my best friend’s infamous third date rule: no nookie before we’ve gone out three times.
The question is . . . can I stick to my own principles? Or will Graham convince me that rules were made to be broken?

Books 4-5
I enjoyed the books but like book 1-3 in the series, i would recommend combining. Its difficult to give a favorable review of the books as separate because it’s not enough content but together you have a short story or novella.
I enjoy your writing.
Our heroine finally agrees to a date with her hot neighbor, but she is going to use her friend’s three date rule. Will she be able to hold out?.
This is book four in the series, but it involves a new couple so it works perfectly well as a starting point.
I love this series and this story fits in well with the previous ones. The story is very well written with fun and well developed characters. The chemistry between them is easy to see right from the start and we start betting against the three date rule almost immediately. This was easy to read and very enjoyable, making an excellent evening read.
Highly recommended.

This series continues to peak my interest with great characters and well written storylines!
Graham and Natalie, oh my word the sizzle. Graham lives next door to Natalie’s mother. He has gotten under her skin in both good and bad ways. She can’t get involved with him, she can’t, can’t. Too bad her body betrays her brain every time he is near her. Will Graham be able to break down her walls? She thinks the only way to save herself is to tell him about the 3rd date rule. Unfortunately for her, he loves the idea of getting to know her better without taking it further.
Graham does his best to woo Natalie much to her dismay. She tries her best to get him to either leave her alone or have a one-night stand to get him out of her system. But Graham is all in.
Tease, Tempt and Take follow the passion of Graham and Natalie in another 3 book series from Tessa Kent. Grab these or the 1st three featuring Paige and Jackson (Crush, Crave and Crescendo). I voluntarily read and reviewed an advance reader copy.
How to wait for at least three dates and resist a strong attraction?
Excellent beginning to this trilogy, but too short: I loved the recalcitrant character of Natalie but even more that of Graham who always manages to anticipate her actions and pierce her armor.
I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book
Natalie’s dad died six months ago. Now anytime her mom needs help she calls Nat. Only when she shows up this time Graham is there helping. Graham is her mother’s neighbor who irks her to no end.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
This is the start of Natalie and Graham’s and just like the last series we follow them on three dates this was a good quick ten-minute read and I enjoyed it.
Natalie is Paige’s friend from the first Third Date Rule arc. She’s ambitious and knows what she’s looking for in a partner. And Graham Holt is not it, or is he? I think Graham is perfect for her, but only time will tell if Natalie will come to the same conclusion. Their first date is just a teaser after she institutes the third date rule. Natalie finds herself drawn to Graham, but he has a “willpower of steel,” and Natalie would be wise not to underestimate him. Even though the chemistry is already there, this is just the beginning of Natalie and Graham’s tale. It is a fun and engaging read which will leave you eager for the next part of their story. If you enjoyed Paige and Jackson’s story, you don’t want to miss Natalie and Graham’s. But even if you haven’t, you need to give this a try. It’s a quick, interesting and fun read, which promises more, and I guarantee will deliver.
