But Elliot Sinclair doesn’t go down without a fight.
I’m just not sure who I should be fighting…

This review is for the Kindle format that i own and the audio format that i received a free copy from the author. This is me leaving an honest and volontarily review for both formats.
So happy to have found a series where the characters are over 20 yrs old!! Thief is as good as the previous two books of this series Spark and Trials. Action-packed, suspenseful, a strong heroine and four hot candidates for best book boyfriends ;)- The chemistry between Ellie and her men is scorching hot!! A well written series that flows flawlessly from one book to the next and that i can’t put down.
Also Sarah Puckett does an excellent job narrating this series. I love her voice and how she brings life to the story. Her rendition of the males characters is very good and could easily discern who was who without problem.
Thief by Sadie Moss is a medium-burn paranormal academy reverse harem romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Sarah Puckett. This is the third book in the Academy of Unpredictable Magic series.
This is the third series of Sadie’s that I have read and it definitely won’t be my last. She does an amazing job pulling me into the story. I can’t help but binge them in one sitting.
I love the relationship between Elliot, Cam, Asher, Roman, and Dimitri. I really enjoyed that we got Dimitri, Cam, and Elliot’s point of view throughout the story. It really brought the story to life.
I can’t wait to dive into the next book in the series Threat so I can get more of Elliot and her men’s story.
Sarah did an amazing job on the narration! I love that she uses different voices/tones for each character. She really knows how to bring a story to life.
I would recommend this book to anyone who loves paranormal romances, academy romances, or reverse harems.
Audiobook Review:
This series is continuing to grow and get me more engaged with every new addition. I could clearly see the relationship growth between Elliot and her guys. New lines were crossed and new details about them were revealed. There was also a growth in Elliot’s powers. That not only brought with it plot twists but also helped resolve issues. The mystery that’s been building across the past few books continued to develop and threaten everyone in a whole different way.
Sarah Puckett remained the narrator for this book and I loved it. She’s really good with the multiple voices that were needed for the multiple characters and gave another entertaining performance.
Overall, I really enjoyed this third installment and look forward to the next book and getting closer to finding out who’s behind the attacks on the school.
Ok, so I think the storyline in this book upped the ante from book 2. I enjoyed the mystery going on and how the random thing Elliott saw was the key. I didnt expect the story to go down that route, but it was amazing how Elliott, with the help of Demetri and Roman helped save one of her loves and the others from what happened to them. I liked the showdown and think its going to culminate in a big baddie showdown at the end of the series! I think the addition of Kendall into the group was a very great idea. I really like her and hope maybe she gets a happy ending or a short story somewhere. She is totally growing on me. I think it was adorable to see some milestones overcome in the beginning with the shocking ending of book 2 still being dealt with. Made me want to grab Demetri and just hug him and cuddle him. I also am loving how the relationship between Elliott and Maddie, and now between Maddie and Elliott’s harem. Looooove it
I don’t know what else to say about Sarah’s amazing narration of this series. I got all choked up with Demetri in the beginning of the book. I think her inflections and feelings really shone in that moment. I also love the tension she helps elevate between Elliott and Demetri. She make Asher and Cam so amazing for Elliott, you can feel the growing love between everyone. 5/5 easily from me. I am trying to take a long time with book 6 because I don’t want this series to end, but its hard not listening to more haha.

Things are really heating up in these stories! The relationships between these 5 are coming along nicely. I really love all these guys for different reasons. Some are compassionate others are outgoing but they are all open minded. Dimitri drops a BOMB on parents day to Elliott.
There is evil magic afoot in this story. Magic being taken away from students. After being blamed for doing it Elliott decides to clear her name.
I listened to this on audio. Sarah Puckett is the narrator. She does such a great job. I could easily listen to her narration all day!
5 stars for Thief by Sadie Moss. This is book 3 in the Academy of Unpredictable Magic Series. This book picks up a little bit after the cliffy we were left with at the end of Trials. I have been waiting to learn more about the guys and this book did just that. Again, Elliot is accused of something she did not do. “ Do I have a flashing neon sign above my head saying, Chaos and Calamity Welcome Here or something?” These books just keep getting better and better. The relationship between Elliot and the guys is growing deeper with every turn of the page. I want to find out who is behind everything that keeps happening to Elliot and the guys. I am starting book 4 now.
Loving this Series! Amazing Story & Narration
Thief
Academy of Unpredictable Magic, Book 3
By: Sadie Moss
Narrated by: Sarah Puckett
Sadie Moss pens another amazing book in her “Academy of Unpredictable Magic” series. I love the imaginative world and characters she created, it is fascinating and magical. I love the lead characters, they continue to evolve and their relationships and bonds grow stronger. This book up weeks after the 2nd book ended, Elliott who was comatose finally wakes up, just in time to start her second year in the Academy. The unpredictables are still being looked down upon by the magical community and this semester brings more problems to the school. Someone or something is stealing magic from students, leaving them empty and stripped of all power. Some point fingers and try to lay blame so Elliott takes it upon herself to get to the bottom of it and find out what the thief is. The heat continues to rise for Elliott and her boys, they are all ok with sharing and she is set out to love each one of them. I loved how everything plays out in this book, it is well plotted with plenty of drama, action, angst, twists and turns, some thrilling suspense and some hot romance. I am looking forward to what comes next for these great characters. Sadie Moss, thank you for another amazing story.
I listened to the Audible edition, Sarah Puckett is a talented narrator and voice artist. She continues to bring these characters to life, giving each their own voice and personality. She does an amazing job portraying the characters and projecting their passion and emotions into her performance. She is an entertaining storyteller and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another awesome listen

Theft, Threats & Blossoming Love!!
(Read using Kindle Unlimited)
Although darkness shrouded this story it somehow felt lighter & shorter than the previous books to me!? **Contains some spoiler type of info!**
‘Thief’ opens with Elliot still in the magical coma caused by a spell in ‘Trials’ but it’s now 3 months later!! Her 4 men & sister Maddy are all staying in Roman’s home together. They’ve all grown really close in the stressful & upsetting time, while they’ve searched for ways to bring her back to them!! They’re finally successful a week before they all need to return to the Academies.,
Throughout the period of this book the relationship between Roman, Asher, Cam & Elliot strengthens as she allows her heart to open to each of them. There are some hot, steamy scenes, that I hope will continue to burn hotter in future books?! During this time Elliot & Dimitri have a huge, pain filled argument & he tells her a truth about himself she just can’t deal with & it breaks her heart. They stop talking completely from that point onwards!!
After a fairly low-key & quiet start to the term, shock & horror are instilled in everyone, some student’s magic is stolen from them!! This leaves a dark pall over the Academy yet again, as the Unpredictable Magic Community is once again under a sly & insidious attack!! After being accused herself, & months of attacks, Elliot decides she can’t do a worse job than anyone else in solving who’s attacking the student’s. One of their own group then becomes a victim!!
This is another good addiction to this series. It’s well paced with the romance, steam & action keeping you gripped throughout the entire story! I’m looking forward to book #4!!
(Am I alone in thinking the sisters absentee Father is the most likely candidate for being ‘The Big Bad’??)

I just love how this story is progressing. The ending gave me goosebumps. There is tons of action in this book. Someone is stealing powers and Elliot is determined to help figure out the cause before the academy ends up being shut down. I really enjoy Elliott’s character. She doesn’t back down no matter what she is against. Her guys are all awesome too. Even Dimitri who can be a bit difficult. I look forward to reading the next book.
Getting even better!!!
I can’t really get enough of this series, love how each of our MC are growing up and becoming closer to Elliot, even she is opening up and finally accepting her feelings… As she and the boys are working up their relationship, a new threat hits the Academy and several students are attacked… Will they discover in time who is behind of these attacks and stop him before is too late?… This story is getting better with each book, love Elliot and the boys, but have to admit, Roman is my favorite … Can’t wait for the next book!!!
